If you need to get a window replaced DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It took SEVEN WEEKS to replace one piece of glass. Every time I called, I got the run around. The first time I called AFTER I put down half of the total as a deposit, they said it would be 7-14 business days (this was already 5 business days after I had been charged and they told me the window was “ordered”. Then after 16 business days I called again and it was “oh it will be here this Friday we will call you.” Another week and no call. I called back and they said it apparently had “just gotten there yesterday so we will schedule you for the replacement tomorrow.” Tomorrow came, and they called to reaffirm the appointment but then changed it to an hour later, then what do you know, we get a text saying the window “broke when they were unloading it and it will be another few days but we can schedule you for Tuesday!” Tuesday came and went and no call AGAIN. Finally the next day they came and installed it. I would give no starts if I could. The only positive was that their installer was very polite and did a good job. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS the runaround I got, the lies they told me and having to deal with all of this when I had already paid for half it the job. DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM IF YOU NEED SOMETHING DONE QUICKLY.

Seriously these guys really helped me out!Last week on Friday we had a thunder storm and my house window had broken, you can image how much water was coming into my home.For hours to tried to get someone out the same day. These guys really pulled through. Even though it was late on a Friday they came out and put in a temporary glass and ordered my new one.Cant wait to have my new installed. Plus turns out they do custom shower doors too! XDThank you guys!
