Hours are NOT posted on the building. I looked online and Google has them open till 9 pm. I needed a phone urgently because mine broke. I get there and they had a customer in there and gates down. I told the female associate (who was rude) that I need to buy a phone. She said she can not let anyone in. I explained I would be paying full price I did not need to finance the phone. She asked if I wanted to speak to a manager. Alfonso came to the door after she talked to him....all he said was no and shook his finger. I was like are you not even going to talk to me? He said no. I have a small buisness and my livelihood depends on me being able to make calls to my clients. I had appointments I needed to confirm for the next day. I am beyond dissatisfied. Alfonso was a complete disappointment . One would expect more from a manager who is also in charge of makng sales. I was for a discount I was paying full price for a phone. Lack of service will keep me from not just this location but probably from T Mobile all together.

I had a great experience upgrading my phone to a new one with sarah! she’s very patient and answered all questions i had! she made sure all my data was uploaded to my new phone which has always been a hassle to do! great experience! make sure to ask for sarah when you go!

Their customer service is not to standards at all. They took forever to come and help me out and out of 4 employees only one knew what they were doing and at the end they suggested me just to do it online.. It is a waste of an open location

I came here at 6:30 pm but they told me they were all ready closed but it Cleary says they close at 7:00pm make sure to change the schedule before ypu make people waiste there time

Just go to a corporate store. These people dont know thier policy and give out wrong information. Their wrong info delayed my phone jump to 6 months .

Pity service, supposedly it closes at 9:00 pm, they go 2 times that I arrive 8:45 pm and they tell me that it is already closed, they do not want to charge me, that they want to leave, if I arrive at that time to make the payment, it is because I work all day, I hope they put more efficient workers, that they are attentive in their work .....
