A lot of cheap tools which help to solve your fixing issues without too much expense. Their personnel is not too fond on the customer service/help area. It seems that they are fed up with dealing with too many customers. I will attest that this place has been packed with people the times that I have visited it. In this store you are on your own if you need help with finding an item. You rarely find an employee on the floor and if you do, do not expect a smile because that is not part of their rude body language. If their attitude towards the customer was better, I would rate it five stars.

Decent selection everything was a little hard to find tho. Customer service was good but they had three registers open but I still had to wait in a very long single line

This place is always busy. The staff was friendly and we found what we needed. The prices are good and they have a huge selection of tools.If you need a tool, go here. If you need a tool with and engine, be careful. Electronics and engines are not their specialty. They might be cheap, but cheap almost always fails. Make sure you buy an extended warranty.Stick to the hand tools and you will be fine.

Harbor Freight is one of my favorite took stores. I normally give their locations 5 stars but this time, the rush of customers had left them quite cleaned out. No fault of theirs. Highly recommended!

Harbor freight is a good place to buy cheap tools. Are they going to be something that will survive a professional setting where the tools are used and abused? Sometimes. But for the average Joe, the tool will often last long enough to see if you need a more heavy duty version. My personal doctrine is the buy the cheap Harbor freight version and if I use the tool hard enough to break it, then Ill upgrade to something more heavy duty and professional. Granted dont risk it with things that will injure you if they break.

Impact socket adapter broke off after 3 years... my fault... 120lbs torque +_ on the smallest adapter. Walked in for a warranty validation and walked out in 3 minutes. No questions asked. Excellent warranty policy.

I went to buy a engine stand buy they have any the manager could not sell me the display one. I understand stand they are just doing there job. I guess is my luck every time I go to get tools they ran out and they dont have them in stock. Kind of disappointed but that is business

We developed a way to levitate using vibration. We found all the gadgets we needed at Harbor freight tools.But then we got called out of the matrix and now we have to leave this simulation.

The staff can be a little more friendly and customer service driven. I had to walk all around the store to get some help only to find an associate that was in the mood to help, pretty much answered me while giving me her back and walking away.

My first time at Harbor Freight, however, typical of Laredo people, the cash register employee was extremely rude. The attidue of the man does not desire anyone to return to the store. Its a shame because they have good products. Gave it a 1 star because I could not rate them lower.

I wouldnt buy there again - thats Harbor Freight in Laredo at San Bernardo Ave. Never again.Tried to refund an item today and was rudely treated by the store manager. Guess he forgot that customers pay his salary.Company needs to sent him back to the unemployment line. They need to do a better job at training their employees.I have spend a good sum of money at Harbor Freight in the past, but never again. Youve just lost a good customer. Ill rather pay a higher prices at other stores, than to buy there again. Ill do my shopping where I am welcome.

The store is new and the staff doesnt know much yet, took me 3 tries before I could find someone that knew what a Lathe was. Still, that should improve over time. Very well organized store with everything where it belongs and it is clean. The staff was helpful. The manager was helpful. A great addition to Laredo.Lets see how long they can keep it up, before falling into Laredo standards.

This place is ok most tools are from cheap quality. This place is like the dollar store of hardware stores. As a handyman I definitely was not impressed with the inventory or items on display. Two stars is well deserved.
