I dont live close by to go to the store in person. But I can only imagine the great customer service they have in store just like they do on their online store. Ive ordered twice, with great and convenient shipping time. But I was more impressed with my 2nd shipment, I received confirmation that my order had been shipped not even 30 minutes after I put in my order. I had to return my first order (my mistake) and that as well was a smooth process with quick response. Thank you casa raul
