Laredo Harley Davidson, has awesome and very professional personal like Memo Alvarez he goes above and beyond to make sure you understand and know what type of bike you are looking for or what are all the functions of it. He is always there soon as you enter he shouts your last hey Mr so so how are you today. Also Steven he is there to help you out on the finance side and works with you so you are comfortable with what you are buying and make sure you do not go of your budget and understands all your needs. In short words they are the best!

The absolute best sales experience and team bar none. My sales guy (Mario) and his boss (Steven) did everything to make my experience perfect. They answered all my questions, gave me a great trade in value, explained all my options. The tour was amazing and once I rode off... Smiled all the way back to San Antonio. This place is an 11 out of 10.

This was my first visit here, and it appears to be a fairly new location.Customer service was pretty much nonexistent except for the one younger guy back by the clothing encounter.The selection of motorcycles was pretty sparse. They had any color you wanted as long as it was in BlackIt really doesnt appear they were trying to sell much of anything.

The expierence i had there was nothing but amazing the staff mr mario always being on top of everything always helping me and answering every questioned i asked giving me the information on eaxh bike and every little new details it had. Steve from the beginning of the process so nice and helping me as much as he could with the numbers and negotiating was never rude and towards the end got me the bike that i really wanted and thank you harley davidson of laredo for my 2016 harley davidson break out
