Why am I at a VIP Party at a Rent-to-Own store? Because THIS particular store, ran by THESE particular people, have helped us time and again to flex our economic power.To be honest, with all thats going on in life and with all the bills we have, we often arent able to just drop 2000 dollars on a new leather sofa when our puppy destroys the one we just bought. These guys understand that, and they will work with you when the chips are down and times get tough. With the new leather sofa thats Sooo Comfortable or with a new washer/dryer combo when yours finally crud out, this is the place to go, and more importantly, the PEOPLE with whom to do business. If we could give 10 stars, we would.

I am giving this company a 5 star. The help that was given to me was fantastic. Jade was amazing sent me pictures and a video of the chair I was looking for. I needed the chair asap and she made sure I got it the very next day 2nd stop. The delivery people were very helpful and nice they set the chair up and showed me how it all worked. Nadia made contact with me shortly after I inquired about some quotes on their website. She was able to work out a package with everything I wanted. They delivered the next day during the window time just as promised, and the delivery guys were great. They had trouble bringing it in through the front door so were able to lift it over the balcony and into the house they were extremely helpful and polite Im extremely satisfied with the customer service provided during my purchase and delivery. These folks have found things for me that I thought was not something I would be able to get I am still awaiting an opportunity for my living room furniture but as of now she has kept me up-to-date on when that furniture will arrive there customer service from beginning to end has been nothing but a touchdown if you are looking for a place to spend your money and spend it wisely and to enjoy beautiful furniture and appliances this is a place to go if youre looking for a place to get a bedroom set or youre looking for a new place to shop and rent Furniture you found it, experience the experience that I have received five stars to this location great job guys looking forward to doing more business with you and continue to refer people stay safe.

I’ve been using Rent King in Largo for a couple of years now. I am a Home Stager at Blue Butterfly Home Interiors, Inc.. They are amazing, helpful, fair and have great customer service. The furniture choices are great and they are so accommodating! I would recommend them to anyone!!

I have gone through 5 washers in a year, buying used off Facebook. My kids convinced me to put down my phone and go to Rent King. Very glad I did!! Jade is fabulous! Got everything together for us and worked out a great payment plan and assured us we would never be without a washer ever again!! Thanks Rent King..😄

Bought a recliner and rug. paid both off in less than 90 days. I was told at the time of purchasing the recliner that it had a lifetime warranty on the mechanism (Ashley Furniture actually has a 5 year warranty). Less than a year later, my recliner wasnt reclining properly. I contacted the store. They told me I needed to contact Ashley. Ashley told me that the store handled warranty issues. I filed a complaint with Ashley. After a runaround and a month with no results, I filed a complaint with the BBB. Rent King told me that all cash sales are final, but they are reaching out to Ashley to get it resolved...still waiting for resolution. First a lifetime warranty, then a 5 year warranty, then all cash sales are final. $579 for a recliner that lasted 11 months seems a bit steep.

If I am going to rent something THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE I WILL RENT FROM. The owner treats you like youre his next door neighbor! They are that friendly!I started going to their Christmas events. This is the only place my kids liked to go. The Santa (no matter who it was) was always very good with the kids, especially mine. The owner started to remember us so when I finally called to inquire about pricing on an Xbox One S, they delivered it SAME DAY and didnt charge me anything! Of course, Ill be making my first payment tomorrow, but for them to DELIVER the system with a new game without even asking for a CC? Thats how you develop rapport with your customers. Oh AND THEYRE CHEAPER THAN ANY OTHER RENTAL COMPANY. Theyre competitor wanted $30 more a month on the same exact system and they didnt include a game or free delivery. THE COMPETITION SHOULD TAKE NOTES BEFORE THEY GO OUTTA BUSINESS.Also, Thank You!!!!! Yall made my 8 year old the happiest kid yesterday. The whole neighborhood heard his excitement.

After a week of viewing online, found this location and the item I wanted. On a whim I just stopped in right before closing and I’m glad I did. The very item I wanted was on display and just shipped in that day I bought it within 15 mins. Friendly faces, the offering of water over and over again, and great customer service it was a great experience. I plan to have future business with them . Delivery was on time and all questions were explained perfectly.

I love rent king. They all treat you so well there and make sure you get what you want and are satisfied. A lot of these furniture rental places try to give you any type of furniture and want to charge you an arm and a leg and not care whether you’re satisfied or not. They have nice, good quality furniture that isn’t going to fall apart or smell horrible like smoke or animals from previous owners. Thank you guys for being so friendly and nice and making sure that when we leave that door exiting out of your store we’re satisfied with our decision.
