Basic services may be o.k. Requested the A/C be checked / fixed, had trouble locating needed items, and did the best they could. After waiting a week for the vehicle, a/c stopped working 2 days later. Ended up taking it to another place for repair.

I pulled in to have my tire patched asap as I use my car for work. They were extremely helpful and nice. They got me fixed up and back on the road in record time. I cant express how grateful I am for their hospitality and workmanship. I will be coming back for future work for sure.

While on vacation my husband and I had some car troubles, a busted oil pan and multiple shops telling us they couldnt help. That wasnt the case with Nick, from the moment he got our car he went to work finding the part we needed and didnt stop until he got it. Were forever grateful for this shop. Very honest. I went to German Toyota of Naples they told me I needed brakes rotors and a new battery for approximately $800. I said that’s funny I just had brakes done less than a year ago I’m going to go back to the people that put them on. They pulled the wheels off and the brake pads are perfect and the battery was still perfect. Extremely extremely honest people. Family-owned and awesome

I brought my car here because my front headlight went out. I was greeted by Nick, who runs the place. They replaced the light bulb, did an oil change and tire rotation in a really quick manner. I even had them take a look at a part of the exhaust system because numerous places told me I needed to replace my catalytic converter. Not only did RJ Auto give me the right diagnosis, but they took me in to the shop and showed me exactly what they were talking about.In a day and age where finding a trustworthy and hardworking mechanic, I can honestly say I was thoroughly impressed with Nick and his crew at RJ Auto. They were kind, efficient and they’re able to accommodate your every last need. Heck, he offered me his own personal car while they worked on mine if I needed to do something urgent. That’s just like my mechanic from back home but he’s known me for 15+ years. I had my master brake cylinder replaced and was completely satisfied with repair, customer service and price. Their price was MUCH less than any other competitor! I live only a few blocks away but too far for me to walk due to difficulty walking and was offered to be dropped off and picked up when work was completed. So nice!! While on vacation here, the family van we are using had a leak and we found RJs to have great reviews. They actually ARE that good folks! Nicks mother gave us a ride home, while they installed a new radiator. Did a great job and we believe they are trustworthy folks.

The BEST, HONEST, & PERSONABLE Auto Repair shop, anywhere. We brought our anti-freeze leaking Volvo 850 in for what appeared to be a major water pump / Timing belt replacement. Nick gave us the Estimate around. Thankfully, Nicks EXPERT Mechanic Eric diagnosed the problem to be a leaking thermostat housing. Any other shop would have hosed us, but Nick, professional and honest, saved us and now the car is back on the road, running great. We HIGHLY recommend RJ Automotive and will definitely be bringing both our Volvos back during service intervals and ANY unexpected issues.

Nick, one of the owners, is a great guy and very trustworthy. I went in with a blown air compressor and he had it fixed within a day. His prices are competitive and he is very upfront about what the issues are. If he can save you money, he will. I have had a hard time finding a mechanic I trust but Nick is a stand up guy. Mechanics are like doctors for you Car, I definitely wouldn’t want to go to a crappy doctor for my health so why take your car to a crappy mechanic. I trust Nick and I trust his guys. Usually mechanics have an attitude when you ask them questions or bring your car in, this place is totally opposite and truly appreciates their customers.

I feel completely ripped off by this place, on Monday October 12th I took my van to them to get a compressor for the air conditioner installed I got the air conditioning unit from Advanced Auto and RJ Automotive charged me $407 to put the compressor in vacate the system and recharge the system. I took the van to him and told him I was hearing a strange noise last week he told me if the van started making the noise drive to him quickly so he could hear it. Well that never happened yesterday smoke or order out from underneath my van the compressor is no good. The compressor is warrantied through Advance Auto so its no problem getting another compressor but when I called RJ 14 days after he did this work he told me the work is not warrantied and he would gladly fix it for 407.00. Oh yes two days after you put the units in the serpentine belt broke my husband had to replace that as the shop was closed and I told RJ and his mother that I am a caregiver for my 95 year old grandmother and I can not have my van off the road. to me I think RJ is an a****** and certainly should give me a break in putting the new compressor in but frankly I dont think Id go there anyhow because they dont know what the hell theyre doing

Dont go here. This was a while ago, but I brought a car here for over heating. After a few hundred dollars and 3 times bringing it back they told me I needed a head gasket and gave me a price. I had them fix it. The total incompetent macanic totally screwed up the job and then laughed when I brought it back to them. Do yourself a favor and do not go here.

I spoke with a female employee earlier in the day who told me the car would be ready by late afternoon. When I called later in the afternoon to follow up, the gentleman who I spoke with mocked me, cut me off when I tried to speak and told me the car would not be ready until tomorrow. Self-righteous jerk.

Had an oil leak and took it to RJ Auto. Turns out Jiffy Lube screwed up my oil change by not putting drain bolt back correctly. Very nice family run business. They only charged me $15 to fix. Could have asked for alot more. I will get my oil changed here from now on instead of trying to save only a few bucks at Jiffy Lube.

Did an engine swap the engine they put in was faulty they refused to fix it I told them I was going to take them to court when I picked my vehicle up it was covered in leafs they had unhooked all my sensor wires put a bad radiator cap so it would leak gold me it was a blown head gasket I told them I will see u in court looking in my car they took out hose clamps so it would leak broke my brand new distributor wires and told me my warranty was voided because I ran it hot these people are crooks I paid them 3400 dollers they told me I put stop leak in my radiator which I did not they ruined my vehicle which was running when I brought it in now Im replacing the engine they put in they are crooks stay away if this saves 1 person Id be happy I have also heard from mechanics who have worked thier they purposely over charged ACS to make you come back in these people are horrible they only care about money the old owner was a good man but he passed away I feel bad for his legacy and has anyone else noticed that its either 5 star review or 1 alot of those 5 star reviews are fake from friends or people paid to do so
