I cannot say enough about the incredible customer service BillyTheTree provided. I ordered a money clip with the UofI logo for my sons college graduation. After waiting for it to arrive I discovered it was lost in a USPS black hole. Nicole contacted the post office and tried to resolve the situation. When that didnt work she sent me a new one rush mail so that I would have it in time for his graduation. During this entire time she kept in contact via email and reassured me that my gift would arrive on time. Thank you Nicole for all your effort.

The Customer Service was brilliant, I was in close contact with Nicole.I am buying from Australia so i was a little anxious at first but that was soon eased! I was a little disappointed to see some of the paint on the pendant was smudged and out of place however apart from that i am overall happy

Im in Canada and have been ordering gifts from BillyTheTree for a few years now. The convenience of having them ship to the recipient is wonderful. They are so easy to contact too and always helpful. One of my last gifts was a magnetic bracelet, Id ordered it too small, my daughter contacted them directly and they helped by immediately shipping more links and only charging a nominal shipping fee. This year I also treated myself to a few items, couldnt resist and I wasnt disappointed. Great company!

There was an issue with my package and it was not the correct watch that I ordered but..once I informed them, they were very apologetic, very helpful, and went out of their way to get me the product I wanted and even had their distributor rush it for me. I got the correct watch delivered before i even had a chance to send the original package back. I am VERY IMPRESSED with the level of customer service and will be ordering from this site again.

I ordered a couple of charms as Christmas gifts for my granddaughters. This was my first time dealing with this company. Well, thinking that I was ordering in plenty of time for delivery for Christmas, I was very disappointed to receive an email from customer service saying that one of them was not in stock and was going to be late, not shipping til the day before Christmas, at the latest. Well, I know that shipping from Florida to Montana is going to take a little longer than a day. I explained the importance of having this charm on Christmas (it is the beginning of a treasure hunt leading to a new car in the driveway).Well, low and behold, it arrived on Dec 21, drop shipped from their supplier! Both charms are of very nice quality and the customer service of this family-owned business was exemplary! Will definitely shop Billy the Tree 1st in the future!

Bought a watch strap and attempted an order cancellation just to find that there is no way to cancel an order; their e-mail system just auto-responds that its always overloaded and there is no phone number to call. Theyve taken my payment weeks ago and never updated the shipping info so I dont even know if Ill ever get the strap I no longer need. This has been without a doubt the most frustrating online order experience Ive ever had.

My roommate ordered a magnetic necklace. When she got it of course she opened it and put it on.she wore it 2-3days and found it wasnt strong enough.. She then packaged back up and returned it for a refund. She got a letter informing her the necklace was dirty scratched and refused to refund the money. She recieved the necklace back..no scratches....No dirt. They were very nasty. Will not buy or recommend them

I ordered a bracelet on line 3 weeks ago, I followed the return processing. I have emailed the company for information on my return. They received it back. Ive been asking for a phone call to discuss why I havent received my corrected size, no answer, no correspondence. The company doesnt have a phone to call.
