I would recommend metro storage at this location. I was in need of a storage and I was assited on 2 /12/21 and the employee that help me that day was very, very helpful. She was helpful from the time I walked in the door. I had some problem with my lock after locking up my unit and I went to the office and she was courteous. I have two units at Metro Largo and have thoroughly enjoy my experience. I have an indoor climate controlled unit and a large non-climate controlled unit. The areas are clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Christina has been a huge help with a recent billing change that got a little challenging. I highly recommend Metro for your self-storage needs!

Metro Storage on Starkey Rd in Largo, FL has the most wonderful staff & manager/consultant(s). Over numerous years with them, Ive have always had the best service with them. They are very professional, personable & respond to any & all my questions/issues promptly. If I ever need them again, I know exactly who & where I will go for my storage concerns.

Vary clean and they help you with anything you need. Just the price is a little too high....

I have used metro self storage in the past and have had a good experience. Most recently I rented an out side storage spot and although is was decent, there could be some improvements made to the pavement and some over head coverage to protect from the sun and oak trees. All in all a very safe and clean storage facility.

Great customer service! These people will listen to your concerns and help as much as possible! On that note, please read everything you sign. They made moving in and out very easy. A little pricy for not climate controlled but clean and maintained well.

Wow, talking with Brooke opened my eyes! I thought I needed a small little locker, for just a “couple things”... turns out those couple things take up space and I needed something bigger! No one is EVER there to speak to and the customer service line is no better. Plus they dont allow you to make partial payments to your storage. Example: I want to make a 50 dollar payment for next month.Them: no you cant do that you have to just pay in fullMe: well I wont have the full balance next month thats why I want to give you 50 nowThem: sorry we cant take the money unless you want to pay on full for next month

Brooke (the new Manager) at this location is wonderful. She is very helpful & will do whatever she can to help you out. The prices could be a little better, especially because the units, their doors in the non- climate controlled areas are not new, not very clean & the doors are dirty & rusty- I get dirty every time I go to 1 of my units, even if its just to pick up or drop off 1 item, due to the dirt & rust that gets all over my hands, etc just opening the door to any of my units.. The doors & the buildings could use a good cleaning & paint.. Otherwise, Brooke is great & the location is convenient.

Came here looking for a climate controlled unit. The manager on duty, Mark, was very helpful. Showed us around the property, showed us how to use the gate, and answered our questions as well. The office was very clean as well as the halls in the climate controlled buildings. They offer a lot of moving supplies as well. Great place to rent a unit from, great company, and great, knowledgeable staff.

Mark was extremely helpful with everything. Very informative and answered all of my questions. They have a bunch of reasonably priced moving supplies. The site seems very secure so I feel very comfortable storing with them. Strongly recommend.

Convenient location & affordable. I just wish that it was 24 hour access since I run a business and have my work truck parked there & sometimes get back late from events. All in all A+++ Service!

Mark (the manager) has been wonderful to work with. Hes very kind, courteous and polite. I appreciate having had the chance to do business with him as I live out of state and whenever I had questions or needed assistance with my storage unit he was happy to help. If I ever need storage space in Pinellas County I will make it a point to go to Marks location and would recommend others to do the same.

We are Snowbirds and have had a locket with Metro storage for the last 2 years. The facility is very well maintained and any personnel we have dealt with are very professional and friendly. Facility is very secure.

Staff is fabulous, great rates, clean. I have a unit elsewhere and they are terrible. Moving all to a bigger unit here. Thanks for a great experience and always being great to deal with. Highly recommend.

This is a great place to store your stuff. Rental rates are really quite reasonable for the Largo area and you can actually drive your vehicle right up to the door of your locker. They also offer indoor, climate controlled units at a higher cost. Outdoor parking space rental is also offered with easy access. One of the best particulars about this property is that the gate code may be entered without exciting your vehicle, and access to your unit goes from very early morning, well into the night, 7 days a week. (6a-11p) They also show their appreciation by giving you credit for referring new customers which is always fantastic. So tell them the renter of unit “S20” sent you to see them. I believe YOU will also receive an extra discount in addition to the monthly special offer shown on the marquis out front. Thx a million!

Needed storage space during a recent move. The location and price was perfect for my needs. Brooke was the office manager the day I stoppped by. She was polite, professional, and quickly explained the sizes and took me to view them. Found a perfect size for my needs. If I could give this storage place zero stars I would. They have raise the rent from 62 to 85 in the span of two months there is no rent regulation this is ridiculous.

Not too happy about them raising the monthly rent again. I have been renting from them for about 6 months now and during that time frame, they have increased the rent 2 times.

Owners change rates when they want. Already pretty expensive.

They do not prorate if you move out early. Who does that?! So crappy I had to pay an entire month for an empty unit. Lesson learned! Otherwise the place was ok.
