If I could give these guys a hundred stars, I would! They were amazing every step of the way. I worked with Tristan and he was incredible - very pleasant, responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. He made me feel really confident in leaving my SUV with them.We had some issues with our insurance company providing a tow and Tristan immediately jumped in and sent a reliable tow within a few hours. Once the repair was complete, they arranged to drop off my SUV for us - we weren’t going to be able to pick it up for a couple of days and they were low on space, but still, it was a huge life saver and so awesome of them.And then, these angels fixed up a bad scratch on the rear of my SUV that wasn’t even related to the original accident. They just saw a bad scratch and fixed that while they were doing the paint work on the front bumper. Absolute angels - I had been stressing about getting it fixed and had gotten a quote from Caliber to fix the scratch (Caliber quoted me hundreds of dollars). PS, the Telshor Caliber is the worst - I had worked with them before and refused to go back. So, anyway, when I saw they just painted over the scratch without even a second thought, I couldn’t handle it. They saved me hundreds and dollars and time having to deal with it.Last, they gave my SUV a super professional deep clean before dropping it off. I know it’s not uncommon for body shops to give the car a wash before handing it back, but this was above and beyond the standard wash. My SUV looked brand new, inside and out, when they were done. They are all around, a class act. Businesses just don’t operate like these guys anymore and I’m so lucky I found them!!

I was in a fender bender and he looked at my entire bumper and told me that it needed replacing because if I didnt it would cause problems with cooling my car.

I went to APAB after someone backed into me in a parking lot. The damage she did started at the front rim and it ended in the middle of the rear wheel well. My front passenger door was completely caved in. My husband and I decided since the womens insurance company was going to pay for repairing and painting 1/3 of my truck that wed paint the rest. There was some hail damage from a few years ago as well. After all was said and done my 17 year old Doge looks brand new. Besides quality work all the staff is absolutely awesome.

The owner and his crew went out of his way to finish the work on my vehicle and at the same time did a top notch job. They even fixed issues that were not not directly involved with the original accident for free. When a parts supplier did not come through on delivery on a Friday evening, the owner went down to El Paso himself to retrieve the part so I could be able to leave towards my next destination on time. The owner was very friendly and his technicians were thorough and did an excellent job on the repairs. I would recommend Advanced Placement Auto Body to any and everyone.

These guys are fantastic. I compared their prices to some other body shops. Theres was a bit better and they did a terrific job, plus, have the car back to me beautifully detailed, saving me the $140 I usually play to get that done. Ill be back for all my body work.I should add, for any others who know nothing about cars, and might feel intimidated going into shops, you will feel completely at ease here. Its a family business, with a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. Cant recommend it enough.

To all the car guys out there, this is where you go to get things done. They know there stuff. I dont trust people when it comes to my car but i did for this shop. I tried a lot of shops here and in el paso and never did I get such good service. They did a great job fixing my car. To prove they stand by their work, they warranty their work.
