Travelling from Tucson to Dallas, our Mazda had an emergency on I-10 and it was taken to Borman Service Department. Both Alex, a Service Department Advisor and Doug, the Service Department Manager went far and above in providing excellent customer service to ensure that our car was fixed correctly. We truly appreciate Doug for all his help.
