Office Manager Diana was very helpful & kept me informed regarding the time frame, we had an issue with the Permit due to my property is on the Historic District, but Diana handled that very well and kept communication with the Committee to speed up the process! Bad experiences, after the windows came in.The wrong dimensions were wrote down on the order they say. They fired the guys that came out to the house that took the dimensions.Now its 6 more months.They had 2 windows that were correct, so they installed them. Chipped our brand new wood floor in the bedroom. Chipped the sheetrock on the window sills.The outside edge of the window they cracked and chipped out large pieces of stucco. Bad experiences.Oh yeah its covid. Not professionals, no safety equipment no tools for the job. New workers.I feel bad for them, but I feel worse on using them. Salesman promised the best install and a great product.I should of bought the windows myself and installed them myself.Say no more. Tom

Due to COVID-19, my window installation took a little longer than it should have, but in the end it all worked out. Window World strives to make things right for the customer, and I really appreciated that. Their prices are fair considering the quality of the windows and doors; my home is already easier to cool and heat. Not to mention it looks a hell of a lot better!

My wife purchased some windows on a property for my son coming down from Vermont.Aside from the wait due to Covid on anything right now, If your going to make a decent investment into your home and be waiting during this pandemic, always expect service.Marco the sale agent was always attentive at any time due to unforeseen circumstances we had gone thru and needed assistance. Marco is simply great at what he does. Thank you. He sat with us and explained step by step what we are needing. Then helped us paint a picture of what our install completion would look like and even a window demonstration. The installers were also great. I have to say, 7 weeks later once installed, the visual perception Marco created for us is exactly what we expected. Rooms were getting extremely cold and couldn’t believe it was coming from our windows. He ran a few test to show us and we immediately knew this was the company for us. Took us a week to decided and had many questions during that period. What helped us make the decision was his attentiveness to leave no questions unanswered through the week. We had several windows in our home replaced by two different companies. Window World people were the best. There was a leak problem on a couple of the windows and, without hesitation, the installers came back and fixed the problem. They told me We take leaks in our windows very seriously and will fix the problem. Dont worry. They did fix the leaks and we couldnt be happier. There were issues with the other windows installed by the other company and I am still trying to get them to come out and fix them. I would call Window World again without hesitation.

Horrible service. I set up an appointment for the 21st @3pm. I made arrangements with my tenant as well. I waited 20 minutes, called them, and apparently they set me up for the following week. Obviously they have issues with their office workers, I was looking forward to having this company do some windows for me. I was quite embarrassed being that I made an appointment with my tenant. I am a realtor in Las Cruces and stick close to my calendar, I will never recommend this company to anybody.

The product is very impressive, quick to install even though there was a waiting period.

One word RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am a licensed general contractor here in las cruces new mexico the first window i ordered from this company was a $4500 custom casement window it took almost three months to get the window installed. Once the window was installed i noticed that the installed had not bothered to plumb the window in the wall!! I then ordered a second set of windows for my sons room waited for another three months for these windows to arrive (bear in mind that the window world office could not give me an answer as to the arrival time of my windows i had to call them again and again). When the window finally arrived it was the wrong window i ordered an upgraded casement window and they sent me an entry level single hung window, this was after almost three months of waiting. Not only was it the wrong type of window but they ordered windows for the wrong locations, there was supposed to be two windows ordered as a replacement in a bedroom what i received was one window for each bedroom leaving the job incomplete. The salesman that i worked with was the most incompetent individual also he name is steve so buyer beware. Long story short i cancelled my contracts for addition windows and am going elsewhere with my business. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH WINDOW WORLD!
