They do a good job. Only complaint I have is I took a sliding glass door to get the glass replaced it was $185 for a single pane which was fine but the guy told me I needed to run a bead of silicone around the frame. You would think for a $185 dollars they would do that. Besides that small thing there good.

Not happy with their service at all! The window extraction was hap-hazard and messy. It took a week to get the replacement glass. On top of not having the materials to secure the window on extraction, or reinstallation, the installer was uncomfortably familiar and unprofessional. Not a good feeling at all!

I cant give a good or bad review because unfortunately I havent been able to get past speaking to their staff on the phone, but I would like to let prospective customers know that they dont make appointments for quotes. You will likely be strung along waiting for someone to come give you a quote.

This is the most infuriating vendor I have ever had to work with. They dont keep appointments, they have been out 3 times and done absolutely nothing but measure or take pictures. They bill for unfinished work. Very unprofessional!!!!! I would give negative stars if I could.

Awesome place!!

Last October, we purchased an oval custom dining room table top from this company. We were required to pay $1000 sight unseen for this custom work. I have an oval oak dining room table and that is the shape I expected for my kitchen table. Well, not so. The oval table came with pointed ends, long and narrow. This was impossible to use as a dining room table. I went on line and found a great, oval, tempered glass (1/8 inch thicker than the one from Art Glass) with also beautiful beveled edges. TOTAL COST $300! I returned to Art Glass and explained all this to Amy. I told her that what I received was not what I expected. I did notask for a refund -I asked for a credit of some kind or help selling our piece for another use (perhaps a coffee table for some one). I asked if she could take it on consignment (absolutely not, was the answer) I offered to sell it back to Art Glass for only $300. Amy said she would speak to a couple of people and get back to me to see what they could do. I never heard from her again. This was last time I heard from her............last November.

Called two different times to make arrangements for repair of a glass shower door. Both times I was told theyd get back to me when someone could come to look at the problem. Still after three weeks no one has responded. Very poor customer service.

They did great work! Got exactly want I wanted and I will go back.

Service was fast and courteous. The price was great. They have always had the glass I needed and cut it to size.

Jeremy is the reason this store should get 5 stars. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. You might have to call back a couple times to get the work scheduled but overall good service!
