Outstanding customer care & support. Las Cruces store manager, Victor, special ordered a product they normally dont stock. When I asked if the product could be ordered he said Lets go see. Just like that, my searching was over. How nice to know that if something is needed, Victor will do his best to help get it. Shamrock is a great store with great products at excellent prices managed by a tremendous employee.

Nice people. Prices on some things are great for bulk, but not many, but for quick grabs when orders are forgotten or missed, good place.

They have a good selection of food. Mostly large packaged for restaurant size use. But I buy it, cook it and freeze the extra. Friendly service and no crowds.

Decent store for buying some things in bulk. The markup is a bit high considering it is supposed to be a restaurant supply store, but you can still find some decent prices. There are commonly things I would expect them to have, but they just dont carry them, like short grain rice. But if you need a 5gal bucket of BBQ sauce, then this is the store for you!

I like Shamrock. They have many items I need and I stick up when I am in Las Cruces. The bathrooms need some attention. I went there in the morning and it was already really dirty and had no TP. my husband said he wouldnt touch anything in the mens room because of the lack of cleanliness in that one, too.

One of my favorite places to go. Store is clean and well laid out and employees are friendly and helpful.

Excellent groceries store

We love shopping at Shamrock Foods . The store is nice, clean and in order. The management and staff are friendly and helpful. The main manger Victor always makes sure that we get everything we are looking for. They never run out of supplies. We highly recommend others to clme shopping here.

Well, they had a large selection of bulk, vaccu packed meat, plus a decent frozen section as well. We went there for a bag of frozen pot stickers.

Staff is very friendly. Bianca helped me load up some things in my cart that i couldnt carry and also helped me out to my car. This isnt my first time shopping here and it wont be my last. The store is very well maintained it is very easy to find things.

I purchased a brisket on a Friday to prepare on Sunday for Easter and it was rotten! I tried to get ahold of the store but it was closed. Will never shop there again

I go into Cash and Carry every week to shop for ingredients. Victor is one of the managers and is excellent at helping me when I need special orders, items from the back or just help out to my car. All the staff members are friendly and they honor out of date shelf tags if something was priced wrong on accident. Having the membership and buying in cases saves a ton of money and you can always ask them to order something if they don’t have it. They also get 5 deliveries a week so you can get your items next day. Awesome business.

Everytime I shop locally here at Shamrock foods, the entire staff is helpfull & friendly. The shelves are fully stocked &, organized. Prices are very reasonably. I shop here when I need specific things, like large-cut Tri-tip. Last week i needed a copy of a receipt I had misplaced. At first the manager couldnt find it in the system, but he kept looking until he did!. Their customer service is great, and ill always be a customer!
