We went in for a massage pad for a chair. We needed one that didnt have shiatsu massage. We looked for one online and where to buy. This store had it in stock and a reasonable price. I expected to get lost, but there was a display at the entrance. Most likely due to Covid there wasnt a store display to try. It has straps to fit office chairs. Im using it on a sofa either with my legs up or fully reclined. My type of sofa doesnt work with the straps, but it might be possible with a different type. My only complaint is that the buttons are behind my back. I have to stand up to change the heat or massage settings. It also comes with a car adapter. Maybe something for a passenger, but due to the difficulty to adjust settings while sitting I wouldnt suggest it for the driver. The controls are on the right, so sit on the LEFT side of the car. This will give you arm room to operate the controls or receive help if needed. We are considering buying another, even if the price increases. This way everyone has one. Its lightweight and foldable. So its quite easy to travel with. A carrying case wouldve been helpful, but I guess they werent thinking of people traveling with it.If for some reason you need to turn it off quickly, the buttons are not the easiest way. Pull the ac cord out instead. Its at the bottom of the controls and easy to do. When you plug the cord back in it will start up at the last setting.

They were restocking so the shelves were kind of bare. But the prices and experience was great. Helpful staff.

I ordered an item online for pick up at this location which was the first time I visited this store. Customer service at pick up was nice and friendly. Store needs improvement in maintenance. Some of the items were stacked on piles on floor, the floor needed cleaning, displays needed to be tidied and the entrance promotion items needed to be more organized. More lighting is needed as well to brighten up the interior. Parking is great with handicap access. Convenient location off Hwy 95 at N Rainbow.

This is one of the best stores out there. Great selection and even better bargins, especially as a member or the coupon. Please shop. Lets keep em in business.

Not what I expected. LOW INVENTORY. Didnt have black pillow cases!! Come on! REALLY?? HARDLY ANYTHING in queen size mostly standard sizes. Disappointing. I HATE to settle but I HAD to. Time was ticking and settle for THAT EXORBITANT price?? UGH!!

They had what I was looking for and the cashier gave me a better coupon than the one I had!!

Terrible customer service I spoke with two managers from the store becasuse it’s candles in the wrong spot said $2 and the price when you paid 16.99 I walk to the aisle and see 20 more candles and the same spot and all said $2.00 the dais it’s customer fault the move all the products 🤬🤬🤬🤬nooo customer we don’t have time for move 26 product and the shelf and not find tag with the price 16.99 anywhere around and she repeats customers keepMoving everything 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

I went in for Smith Brothers cough drops. Online said had in this store. Looked around, asked an employee. He looked at me like I was crazy and said, lets look over at the personal hygiene, toothbrushes, vanity mirrors, etc. Then he just walked away back to behind the register. I asked him, what about the cough drops? His reply was, we dont have them. I can order them for you. Me; But your website says they are in the store. Him; Well its wrong. I dont plan on having a cough in a week or 2, I have a cough now. Was not helpful at all. I made a special trip, went out of my way to go to this store.

Hotel was great, service awesome, drinks and food you amazing, and plenty of beautiful spots to fill your friends timeline (CLIQUE Bar & Lounge) . And it better be because this place $$$$!Bars are plenty. Several hidden speak easy types that give you an old Vegas high.Slot machines took plenty of OTHER peoples money but I won a few times before I called it quits.So after hours of this I couldnt find my parking ticket to leave the garage. That was another $30. But seriously everything - every last thing was amazing about this place.

This is the place to be if you want to eat off the strip, especially if you have a car.The wait was not long and the atmosphere is great. Real simple and chill, delicious organic food.Prices are great ($10-12) and coffee/tea are around $5 as well. So my grand total for lunch was $15 :)I highly recommend this spot for those visiting LV for a good Saturday/Sunday brunch.

Shopping There today they went way out of The way to get me a bedding set offThe highest shelf (that I did not end up purchasing) as well as a few golden knights pictures that were out of stock, and the manager went online to find the barcode so I could purchase the display ones. Very helpful and kind and I loved that they help with sending care package items to military wives to send toOur deployed soldiers. My husband is a retired marine and it meant a lot to be able to donate to that cause. Overall pricey but had great sales and clearance Items! Thanks BB&B we will definitely be back!

I found a coffee table in the clearance section with no clearance price but red dot spot, and they usually take regular price and mark it down 75%, however they didnt honor their own policy, and us as customers as well,.. My wife was upset after talking to both Managers.

Shopping at Bed bath & Beyond is kinda frustrating they do not have their usual stuff, like Christmas stuff and Thanksgiving, And all the football stuff like socks, ornaments, cups, they dont have it this year.But they did have a Roaster I bought. Other than that it was ok, Shop early and maybe you might find what your looking for..

I havent been to bed bath& beyond in a long time so I dont know whats the norm. This store was not very organized or clean. Felt more like a second hand store. I remember when it was more upscale.

I was really disappointed when I came here. Not an employee in sight besides the two at the registers. Narrow walk ways, disorganized throughout. Items literally falling off the shelf cause of the clutter. Nothing is anywhere easy to find. So many freight shelves taking up the walkway filled with “discount as is items” which I get you want to sell your stuff but how on earth can they think anyone would want to buy it when everything on those shelves are broken, missing pieces. And have dust all over them? Dust all over the bedding they had out on display. The corner they set up for scents and candles and salt would have been nice had if not been so disorganized and have broken items as their displays. I expected so much more than this from what my family and friends had been telling me. I’ll continue to not shop here. I did not find anything I wanted to purchase on this visit.

My girlfriend and I both got headaches and brain fog from whatever air freshener or pervasive scent they have throughout the store. The prices are a bit high, even with coupons, but they do have a nice selection of cool and useful items. We also experiences good service while there.

Good smells

Browsed Halloween half price stuff to begin with. Wandered by the kitchen gadgetry aisles and wall. The Clearance area was stuffed full, several unopened items marked down, items with pieces or parts missing, no packaging, dirty/used then returned. I spend a long time making sure I see each item. I almost always find something, last time a Mandolin, this time a seat cover/pet bed that can be seatbelts anchored in the car. I took up a cart with items, separated into groups to total over $30. I asked cashier if I could use multiple $10 off $30+ purchase. She said sure, so I got $92 of stuff for $67. Mostly for me, but a few small presents. Shop at BB&B so much I joined to get 20% off all items, but saved more by using the $10 coupons. Have to stay away for awhile so I can save for my next shopping trip!

I was in hurry so I asked for the location of electric blankets. They told me where to find them and had someone meet me there. This staff knows customer service! They didnt have the size I needed so they called other locations for availability and they ordered the blanket for me. They asked to send me coupons and notifications by email, I agreed and I was given 20% off my purchase. I dealt with 3 employees, all were courteous and knowledgeable. Ill be back for sure

Picked up some last minute Christmas gifts. Store was surprisingly organized considering it was the day before Christmas. Was able to get in and out with what I needed.

My experience here was great.I was treated fairly!

My husband bought a sliding trash can for under the sink not realizing at the time that it would be to big. My husband misplaced the receipt somewhere and could not find it. I went to return it 2 days later without the receipt knowing that we would get at least store credit. While returning it the employee hands me back a store credit with 20% off the original price that we purchased it for. So instead of 49.99 plus tax it was 43 and some change they tried to give me. I have never heard of anyone taking 20% because you didnt have the receipt and no it was not on sale. They told me AFTER the fact that they take 20% without receipt. So I asked for the item back and the employee gave me a hard time saying I could buy it back. I said no go get a manager. Manager came and gave the item back and deleted the return. The funny thing is when we purchased the item it had a 5.99 sticker on it. My husband could of thrown a fit and said you have to give it to me for the price marked on it. My husband being a good man did not and the woman that sold it to him said to him thank you for being understanding that the sticker was a mistake. So needless to say we have an item we cant use and I would rather keep it then not get our full monies back. My husband thinks the receipt flew out the car when putting it in the car as our item did not fit in a bag.

I havent shopped at a Bed, Bath & Beyond that I didnt like. Its easy to find someone to help you, the store is well organized and clean. The prices are fair, so I will continue to visit this store.

Best of the West Bed Bath & Beyond your Bath(room) is Beyond disgusting. At 11:40am on a Sunday, when it wasnt that busy, your bathroom had no soap, napkins from a fast food restaurant as paper towels and the stalls were cringe-worthy. For the prices you charge, and the fact that you stock these products, epic fail on your part.

This was the 1st time they had a great sale going on I wish they would do more of that
