Stopped by since I was in the area, was surprised by them letting me come in since I didnt have an appointment. Pleasant and helpful service from the receptionist, dealer, and shop hands. What was really great is that they had a hard to find cable in stock.

All 4Wall locations strive to provide top quality gear for their customers at the best price. I use 4Wall Vegas to rent projectors and other video equipment dozens of times a year. The gear is always quality checked and maintained to be the best gear out there to rent (thanks to Kevin B in the warehouse). Jamie V is amazing and always takes care of my last minute orders. And if you are on good terms like I am, they can Southwest ship gear to your desired city. Very excellent service!

Ive been working with him for several years and hes extremely responsive and always helps to find the right fixtures to fit my budget. This once great company has gone downhill. They use to deliver gear on time and in a professional manner. This is no longer the case with the current drivers they have. I miss the days of Omar delivering, was a kind man who cared about his company and customers. The current drivers just care about picking up or dropping off as fast as possible and their trucks are not loaded the way Omar had them carefully loaded. Strapped in, safety bars in place, etc.

4walls customer service is hard to beat, people like Denis Obrien and Lyn Mendoza are hard to find! Their equipment is always in excellent condition and the rare times when we have had equipment problems they are dealt with extremely fast. The 4wall drivers and technicians are always professional and well mannered on site. Our office is FULL of 4wall cases lately!

Men in the shop look at you like a piece of Meat. Guy with black beard and bald guy with bandana at front desk just stare and FILTHY language! I am there for lights not to be gawked at.

Interesting to see another 1 star review just posted. I myself also have complaint regarding their drivers. Their class B small trucks are being driven like race cars. Slow down before someone gets hurt!
