I love love Love this place. Its my Disneyland. I have never walked out with nothing. ( Rules and regulations 😂) the ladies at the cutting tables are always so sweet. As friendly as they are they are fast AF. But you dont feel rushed . Its excellent customer service. ( I worked in CS for 30 years, I know it when I see it ) I love the door Busters. I love the online coupons I love how they almost always have what Im looking for even if I dont know what Im looking for. The manager is the best . I could say nice things about this place all day, but I have quilts and crafts to make. Side note. As we were in line a man walked in looking like he was on his way to a basketball game 😂 he looks around and says this place is poppin 😂

Guys, I spent $57 and saved $102. Lovely store out here in Las Vegas. The web site said plan to spend two hours to experience the store. They were right. So good to be shopping after Covid-19 vaccine. This Texas lady is quite pleased.Come on down . . .

Mostly all the crafting needs! wish they had better quality faux fur though, its pretty low quality stuff, even compared to Amazon. everything else is perfect tho!

So if you are into crafts, sewing or making customized tees, believe it or not this is the place. You can find computerized sewing machines, classes and affiliate programs for those that may have social media for what they sell or class . Definitely go to the website for this information and screen shot the online coupons.

Very lazy employees that stand at the front and talk and dont go on register when theres a huge line, even when people on register ask for help. This is the worst joann Ive ever been to. Save time and money and go to Amazon. Better prices and selection there too.

While I love Joann...and shop their for some of my business needs. I went in today and there was a lady at the counter. My son ..whose 9..took his shirt off in the car because he got a bunch of In-N-Out burger sauce on it. The lady at the checkout counter said that he cant come in with his shirt off. I was totally confused because hes 9...so we had this conversation about it and then she says well im not going to stop you from shopping. Well...i know youre not. He is not some grown man walking in here shirtless from the streets. Some people just amaze me.

Understaffed, didnt have the item i needed even though it said it was in stock... was nice and clean and was busy so that mightve have something to do with it

I came in for 2 yards of muslin. Walked around before asking someone where it was. On the wall with a finger pointing was my answer. The thing is, the wall goes the entire distance of the store. On lap 3 I finally found it. Went up to the cutting counter and only 1 of 4 employees was wearing a mask at all. (None of the sewing machine workers had one on at all, coughing up a storm)This location does not value your time or your health.

Since buying a sewing machine a few weeks ago, Ive visited Joanns So. Many. Times. The staff are all super helpful, patient, and kind, and I always leave with at least one useful sewing tip!

DID I GETANY ONES ATTENTION ON THE FLOOR? I ASKED THE DIFFERENCE IN FUNCTIONS BETWEEN TWO SINGER FLOOR MODELS

Joann is keeping its original purpose while still meeting todays demands. It was a pleasure for me to wander thru the store seeing its updated changes since I havent purchase there in a few years. Good job.

I went to purchase some new paper pads for card making and they were not available in store, and since its halloween, I need some cheesecloth or guaze fabric in purple, green and orange, they only have black and white. It was a total wasted trip. On the bright side I went home and placed an order to be shipped and it has already shipped this morning. But not happy with wasted time and gas to drive there and then had to pay for shipping.

I went to Jo-Ann Fabric day before Thanksgiving and received some wonderful deals. Clearance on yard, fabric, storage bins, and carrying cases. I even got a cookie sheet copper that was $39 for !9, buy one get one free offers, buy two get one free offers. This is the time during this pandemic to learn to knit, crochet, sew and sew😷

Cute decor. Def bring coupons because their sewing supplies are over-priced. Their fashion fabrics are pretty to the eye, but are really not great for sewing with. I do appreciate the convenience of shopping irl when a color match is important, for instance. However, their spectrum of nudes is very slim. Someone needs to take a serious look at the lack of diversity in the skin tones.

This particular store has a lot more products and choices than others Ive been to. Its a bit more expensive, thats why the 4 stars. It had everything I needed! They did have nice discount items, and coupons upon check out.

Store has always been well stocked. The line at the cutting counter can get long fast, and coupons are always worded AWEFUL. But store and staff are nice.

After going to several stores I went to JOANNS and found exactly what I was looking for. They have the greatest variety of everything in sewing notions. From now on Ill be going there as I know I will fine what I need for all my sewing projects.

Mostly junk and a lot of stuff was out of stock. Staff was very friendly, and check out was fast for what we did find, and prices were good too. Hence 3 stars for staff, and having some stuff, would have rated better if more stock was available, and if they carried some more high end products, like real goose down for making pillows and down comforters with. They had none.

Perfect. I was buying a artificial flowers for 2 fall arrangement for my house. I did buy some of the flowers a Micahels & Hobby Lobby as well.

I love Joanns Fabrics!! This location is a bit aways from where I live but worth the drive. They always have great sales going on and are always very helpful. I went there to purchase some burlap, fake flowers and fake leaves. After all my coupons and store discounts I spent $45. I recommend downloading the app. because you will get a lot more deals and coupons sent directly to your phone. The employees were very welcoming and helpful, I cant wait to make up an excuse to go back!

You know they had everything organized and everything was discounted and outdoor furniture indoor things jewelry yarn material but John used to have a lot more assortment and buttons than they have and the cost of buttons is outrageous not really sure what the whole thing with the organic buttons but I think that they slipped through the cracks a little bit like Michaels is already a craft store Joanns was supposed to be everything sewing thats what it used to be mostly everythings selling anything that had to do with sewing not so much anymore its really sad even the thread wasnt as high quantity as the fabric there was even minimal in patterns and theres a lot of thread out there in different types of material stretch glow in the dark nylon acrilic. the Joann that I went to when I was living in California had much more selection but I guess people in Vegas dont sew buttons or need different types of threads they must only do arts nd crafts hmmmm

Most of the time Joann has everything I need to create anything I want. It does get a little crowded on weekends and one can be waiting for a while in line to pay. Service is friendly but they do get pretty busy and sometimes when you need them they are not available. Better to go on Tuesdays and Wednesday evenings. Lots of great stuff!

I really love shopping this craft store they have a lot of great stuff and the sales are amazing, I only wish we had more locations or that the supply meets the demand because its the only store in town aside from the Henderson location they quickly run out of stock on a lot of good stuff because everyone shops JOANN Fabrics and Craft Store even through this unfortunate pandemic. The only thing I dont like and I feel needs to be a little more accommodating is when you do an online order for items that it says are clearly available at the time you order and pay for your purchase in full, for store/curbside pickup, but by the time your order is ready for pick up they automatically cancel items if theyre no longer available after charging you for the full amount of your total purchase rather than offering you an alternative to the product, but wont refund the difference that youve been charged until you actually pick up your order even though they dont have everything because it was canceled due to no or low inventory. It would be really great if they could offer you the option of maybe shipping the items to you, refund the difference immediately when they cancel the unavailable items or other possible options since youve already been charged and this is my one con, but other than that Neutral location, nice customer service. I love shopping here at JOANN Fabrics and Craft Store as well as my daughters. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone whos into crafting, sewing, floral, decorative, baking and they also carry a lot of Cricut products which I love along with many other fan fans and etc...for your one stop shopping needs. They have a lot of awesome stuff and great prices 👍

The store has an amazing selection of fabrics, however it is ridiculously overpriced. The sewing machines on sale at the store were in the range of $900 to $2600 with no affordable machines in lower price range. All Christmas ornaments were 50% off, however even with such discount they were still at 2x-3x the price for similar products at other retailers. Overall - overpriced, providing little value to anyone dealing with arts, crafts, or fashion.

Representatives are friendly and helpful no matter what you need. If THEY dont know the answer, they find someone who does.

Hello,I just want to give Ms. Betty at Viking a shout out. Im a District Manager for a company in town. I had an issue where I needed to replace some parts for a very upset customer. We decided to head up to Joannes as they have a Viking distributer in house. They also had the parts on hand. Ms. Betty was very patient with my customer as she was frustrated with the situation. Ms. Betty found all the replacement parts and tested the items for the customer. She was very cool, calm, and collected. Though this process she eased the customers anxiety and got her on her way.If you are in the market for a sewing machine than please go and speak to Ms. Betty. I became an avid knitter over the winter and all of my Christmas gift were handmade. I found everything I needed and more. The only thing I dont like is that when you need assistance or have a question about a product is hard to find someone.

I had never been to a Joanns before this trip I took there the other week. not only did they have exactly what I was looking for but the sales were killer and I got exactly what I needed for much less than I was expecting. The staff was super friendly and helpful as well.

Be prepared to wait if you need fabric cut or go early to avoid a long wait. This store has everything along with some pretty good sales and clearance items. Customer service is pretty good but...The long wait.Good grief!

The day after Christmas and Joanns is packed, the checkout line was all the way down the center aisle, but they did pretty good, we kept moving so all in all checkout went well, the fabric cutting was busy as usual, and they had some great sales, I truly believe we have outgrown 2 Joann stores, one in the southwest area would be great, the 2 stores we have now are busy busy all the time

Called ahead for order. They handled it drove up and they had my order waiting just sensational. Staff is excellent. Use this place for all the craft needs you have clean safe and wondeful
