These guys did a fantastic job for us. Our team was visiting the convention center for a conference and we ran out of shirts and needed them rushed and they were able to help us immediately. Not only did they work so hard to make sure everything looked perfect, the shirts were great quality at a fair cost. In less than 24 hours, they had 300+ shirts in varying sizes at the convention center for us. I highly recommend this team is you are looking for a place to get quality printed items fast.

I wish I could give this company negative stars. First, I had to reach out to them several times, each time initiating communication, because there is such a lack of professionalism, lack of communication, and lack of assistance. You would think I was not a “new” paying customer. 🤔 The worst customer service ever. Who tells their new customer they would need to have gone to graphic design school to send a file to them in the correct format? Do all of your customers need to have graphic design experience to receive service? I’m curious. 🤔 Also, where are your customer service skills. Oh I’m sorry, maybe you do not feel the need to treat your customers with decency and respect because you are a multi-million dollar company (you’re not), so who cares about 1 customer complaint? I highly recommend this company for your custom printing needs. These guys came through at a last minute and when I said last minute I mean super last minute order. They were very patient and professional I will definitely return.

Guy was rude, answering calls while speaking to a potential client (and by answering, I mean phone on his ear answering) messing with his laptop which I could tell he had no purpose to do so. Laid back on his chair like he was at home talking to a buddy of his and the vibe I got was hes not interested to converse at all. Print wise, their t shirts on display varies from mediocre to poor quality. You can see on some of their samples that the ink bled out from the stencil. They cheaped it out on the ink, the print is so thin you can see the fabric through it. It is cheap though, and youll get what you pay for I guess.

Staff was very responsive and friendly. I spoke with them the day before and the next day, went in and got my banner completed within 30 minutes. Also got quotes for future work that I plan on sending their way. Will definitely be back.
