Several years ago I ordered covers for my B&W patio speakers. Theyve been great. This year I contacted Beyond the Wake and asked for custom made cover for my automatic boat cover. Dan, the owner, made some great suggestions and the quality was excellent.

After emailing the owner and learning what is going on in his life I have got to say that I need to take a deeper look into myself and learn to be more patient. People have things going on in their lives that effect there ability to ship out non essential items, yes I wanted it and and yes I needed it but sometimes especially in light of what is going on in the world today we need to learn to be more patient.So, please do me a favor and purchase from them, for what the owner and his family is going thru we are boat owners should help this family out. I have been told what his family is going thru and I will not share it out of respect (And yes I verified it) so please do what you can and order from Beyond The Wake and PLEASE be PATIENT.

Order arrived, was not what I ordered. Told via email that they were out of stock, so they sent the wrong one. No email or contact prior to my complaint. Told to keep the wrong item and they did not offer a partial refund.

Purchased a tv cover recently and came out perfectly. Awesome customer service. Came before expected delivery date and fit perfectly!! Would purchase again!!

Horrible experience, stay away from this company. Ordered product on 7.18, never heard from them again. Emailed to cancel or change order as needed larger, no responses. Called, no response to VM, sent their contact form, no response. Wrong units arrived 8.24. Quick to take money, no customer service whatsoever. Go to Amazon, cheaper and quicker. Got the correct parts in 3 days from Amazon.

Great company - received the guys that I ordered. They are always responsive. It is perfect. Understand they have been dealing with a family emergency that explains why they may not have been prompt in responding

Had some delays however seller communicated that he has been coping with some family illness of a child. First set didnt fit, seller made another set at zero cost to me even though the first mistake was probably my fault. Excellent businessman to go to those extra lengths!

No confirmation of order, no status info, no shipping info. 5 weeks passes I reached out to the merchant x3 and no communication of any kind. I have to file a dispute with PayPal and credit card company to reach them. Item finally arrives damaged almost 6 weeks later and they said they would replace. No replacement, no follow up, no further replies. Had to file and re-open a dispute with PayPal and credit card company to get a refund after shipping the damaged product back at my expense! DO NOT recommend doing business with this company.

Might be a scam site....not sure yet. I ordered some speaker covers about 2 weeks ago and havent received them nor have they called me back the previous 2 times I called and left a message. If theyre not a scam site, their customer service sucks, so Id steer clear of this company.

I’ve personally bought beyond the wake covers for over 10 yrs they have really good speaker covers. I also bought Outside TV covers and they are very durable and keep our TV free from dust. I will continue to use there products. Five stars for sure

Avoid this company. Very hard with communication. I ordered a design boat trailer pads 2 weeks ago. No email from them until finally emailed. Said they only had black and could send those. I asked for a refund and sent multiple emails and tried calling with no response.

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. Ordered side pole pads for my trailer. Sent 2 emails for status and left 2 vm for status. Then sent an email saying I was going to turn them over for theft to PayPal. He replied to that email stating not a thief and doesn’t like threats and refunded my money. This was all going on over a week. What a way to handle business Dan Webb.

I heard about Beyond the wake from a couple buddies. Who were also happy with his covers for there boats I got the outdoor speaker covers at beginning of year and they still look brand new even with this monsoon season they been holding up great no complaints. Customer service was awesome Dan is super easy to work with i would highly recommend them for any of your boating and housing speaker needs.

We ordered speaker covers from this company. We didnt want the Texas sun to destroy our Kicker speakers on our boat. The covers came. They were not quality we thought they were going to be but we placed them on the speakers anyway. They were hot pink and looked really good. Within a week they had faded to a light pink where the sun had hit them and dark pink in the folds. We contacted the company and they told us to send them back and they would send us some new ones. We sent the others back on July 24,2018. My husband called and finally someone answered on September 5,2018. The apologized and stated they were sending out the replacements that day. Here it is September 19,2018 and still no replacements. This company is terrible. Dont order anything from them. Theyve taken my 70.00 and given my nothing but empty promises.

I ordered a swim platform cover for the teak platform of my 2001 Malibu. I sent customer measurements, and they made a perfect fit cover to protect it from the sun when its out. I wish I had this years ago to protect the wood. What a brilliant idea!

Slow shipping and no communication from the seller. The product seems nice and fit perfectly. If Beyond The Wake would return calls or emails I think they would be a five star company.

I purchased a cover for my Sonos Play 1 that is mounted outdoors in New England weather. Its a solid, well-designed and well-constructed product for a fair price. The seller was great to deal with - professional and courteous. I would buy from this company again and likely will do so in the very near future.

I as well would give zero stars. I called the customer service line which is the owners line. I had a question about shipping and the cost I paid for shipping and since he was on his honeymoon at the time of my order it was just now shipped. The attitude of the owner of guy on the phone was very poor and was happy to get me off the phone. I will not recommend them to anyone.

I would give zero stars if I could. Ordered a platform cover and used it over the summer. Advertised that it would keep the platform out of the elements. Well rain seeps right through. Notified their customer service who basically called me a liar. Said they couldn’t control how I used the cover. Said the material doesn’t allow water to penetrate, then recommended water repellent. Funny but my boat cover doesn’t leak. Buy at your own risk.

Ordered covers for Kicker waketower speakers. Order was delayed with no communication from Beyond the Wake. Received product after 2 weeks. The covers were not high quality material in my opinion. Had drawstring to pull opening closed upon putting on. On first trip pulling boat the drawstring came loose and both speaker covers came off. Contacted Beyond the Wake with voicemail and received no response. Very Disappointed. Do not recommend.

The speaker covers are very well made. I live in WA state and the covers have held up through several winters so far, and the summers can reach into the triple digits. Only the tops have faded a little from the sun but the material has not started to deteriorate.

I placed an order 4 days ago. As of now Ive not received an email confirmation of any kind to even acknowledge I placed the order. I have my paypal receipt and thats it. Starting to get worried it was a scam. Ive emailed them at 2 different email addresses and no response.

I ordered a pair of guide pad covers last year from their Ebay platform. After not receiving word on when the items were to ship, I sent a message and it was almost a week before I received a reply with some lame excuse on the delay. Received my items almost 3 weeks after the purchase. The pads faded in the Texas sun, so against my better judgment, I thought I would give them another chance this year. Silly me...MISTAKE!!!I ordered and paid on 5/12. After not hearing anything, I called a couple of days later, and had to leave a message. Never received a return call. Sent an email, and I was told (and lied to) that the items would ship on the 18th. They didn’t ship until the 28th of May, and no telling how long it will take to get here. I have literally purchased items from China that arrived within a week to ten days of ordering. There will be no “third time’s a charm” with these people. To put things kindly, communication is terrible and shipping speed absolutely sucks! (Being polite)Customer satisfaction is obviously not a big concern, and customer service is something they know absolutely nothing about. Buyer beware!!!

I highly recommend you dont order from Beyond The Wake (I had no choice but to give 1 Star as Google would not allow to me to post this Review with 0 Stars)I placed an Order from Australia via PayPal for a pair of Tower Speaker Covers and 5 days later no contact from Beyond The Wake and no sign my Order had been posted. I wrote a couple of Emails and Dan Webb replied and said his seamstress and made them and he promised he would in 3 days time post out on a Saturday. Still nothing done and that timeframe expired. I wrote several other Emails (no response) and so I telephoned and all I got on each occasion was Dan Webbs Voicemail too which I left messages on each occasion.Time started to drag and no further response to my Emails and calls. So I had no choice but to lodge a PayPal Dispute. PayPal then sent an Email to Beyond The Wake and within minutes of them sending it, Dan Webb responded and said not to go ahead with the dispute as long as that was up he was unable to create a Shipping Label. PayPal advised there was red flags showing and so they took over the Case.Well today, 6 weeks later they arrived. First impressions (memories of cheap childhood raincoat material). Not the quality I was expecting for the financial outlay.Lack of Hindsight and Lack of my Due Diligence (I should have read the Google Reviews before paying for the covers). Once bitten, twice shy! The Reviews speak for themselves.Buyer beware is all I can say and I for one will never deal with Dan Webb and his business, Beyond The Wake ever again. Deplorable customer service and it seems hes happy to take your money and it appears he then hopes you go away!Just add some further comments (I ended up whilst waiting for these covers) purchased from Speaker Sox. The customer service was brilliant and my covers arrived in Australia in 7 days from making payment. The quality is far superior and at the same price and I cannot highly recommend Speaker Sox enough! Very impressed with the quality of their tower speaker covers.

Ordered speaker covers on March 18. Never received. Finally got them to produce a shipping label on April 17, but they never actually dropped the product off at a USPS. Correspondence went dead. Still no product. Still waiting for a refund.
