Recently went in and was helped by a girl with orange hair who had the strongest odor of weed like she’d just be smoking in the back room.Asked her about boots and it was clear she has no idea and was extremely unhelpful and rude . I spent over 15 minutes trying to talk with her and I just felt like a bother at the end of it. Ive never had to beg a salesperson to sell me something before . regularly shop here and have had nothing but positive experiences in the past but I think I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

I have desired a pair of Lucchese boots and a Stetson Open Road hat for as long as I can remember. I was determined...some might say, bent upon fulfilling this desire while on my trip to Las Vegas a couple of weeks ago (April 24th). Kemo Sabe was my FIRST priority upon settling in after arrival. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED thanks to your beautiful store, great selection, and wonderful service provided by Tatyana (apologies for my probable misspelling)! Her knowlege and personality made the entire experience everything that I had hoped it would be! The cold beer tasted great too!I could not be happier with the investment made in myself and my experience at Kemo Sabe! I have been wanting a good cowboy hat for a while, but didn’t know what to purchase.When I entered the store, I was met by Hope. She took time in explaining each type of hat and helped me pick the right hat for me. After fitting me in the correct size, she took a lot of time molding the hat to fit my personality.I was very impressed with the service Hope provided, the levels of quality in all their products, and the store was clean and organized. I highly recommend this store.

Stopped by the other day and Ana helped me. I just love the leather smell. It takes me back to 6 yrs old in Texas where my grandmother would take us to the western store.Ana was very knowledgeable in every product and picked out several pieces that I will come back for . We are gamblers and live in Vegas. So we always pick things out and make it a game to win a football parlay to pay for it.I bought the Kemo Sabe book on retail success the owners wrote. Its got great stories of what to do to be successful in business. One of the best customer service experiences I had in my 28 years in Las Vegas. I highly recommend visiting. .

I want to give a shout out!. A couple years ago I hit a big jackpot 🎰 and spent most of the money at Kemo Sabe on a great pair of boots 👢 and a beautiful belt. After some personal challenges last year, I dropped a pant size and the belt no longer fit. On a recent trip, I dropped the belt off to get it resized. It just came back, no charge for anything and included a hand written thank you note from Hope.So, so rare! Please support if you’re ever there!!

I was greeted by Hunter and then eventually introduced to Erin to help me make my hat choice. She set me up with a beautiful Stetson. She styled it and branded it with my upcoming wedding date. She is one of the most talented and knowledgeable salespeople Ive come across in ANY profession. I loved the experience so much I brought my friend back to buy his own Stetson, purchased a hat for another friend, and returned a few days later to let Erin help pick out one for my wife. A few weeks later I received a beautiful card with a hand written message in the mail from Erin thanking me for my business and congratulating us on our wedding. You can sure as hell bet Ill be buying a new hat or some boots this time from Erin on my next trip to Vegas!

The quality and variety of products here is excellent. For authentic Western goods and wear this is the place to go. Employees greet you quickly and are well versed on every product in the store.

Swung in last night to check out some hats and happened upon their hat band collection. We were greeted at the door and not hounded. Once I was clearly checking out the hat bands, an associate came over and offered assistance. She was very friendly and helped me choose a band. When I mentioned I had a black western hat, she even put my selected band on a black hat for a better idea of how itd look, which was above and beyond what Id expected.I asked about the pricing of the hats and she broke it down for me, pointing out each row and telling me about each type, which was 1. very interesting and 2. not within my planned price range, which she seemed intuitive to sense, which is appreciated.She even broke down the pricing on the hat bands, at which point I learned about Sleeping Beauty turquoise. It was all in all a great learning and shopping experience.The Stetsons are currently out of my planned price range, but I definitely plan on getting one from Kemo Sabe on my next Vegas trip.

Purchased more than one hat (multiple trips to Vegas). Great people. Love the custom fitting. Wore one of their hats in Santa Fe and locals thought I was local and the folks from Texas thought I was one of them.

We were in Vegas for my sons bachelor party and went in for a Cowboy Hat for his western themed wedding. Going to Kemo Sabe was one of the highlights of the trip! They gave the guys free beer and then did a shot of Jack to celebrate. A quote from the groom This is the BEST PLACE ever.Thank you Kemo Sabe for helping make the trip GREAT!

I was in the Las Vegas store June 14th browsing while waiting to see Mariah Carey. While looking around a saleswomen Jennifer offered to assist me. She was showing me the many styles of your western hats, and what one could do to customize it.She showed her hat and that she had it branded with her initials, I explained to her that I reside in Chicago and could not really see myself wearing a western hat back here, she then proceeded to point out your other hats that you have for sale.None caught my fancy and i thanked her for her time. I just wanted to mention that Jennifer was a very capable young women very knowledgeable about the products in your store, and a very persuasive sales women.If I lived in Las Vegas or one of the Western states I would have most definitely purchased a hat from her.She was a pleasure to speak and deal with, she is an asset to your store.Tom
