Rico was able to fit us in on our visit to Vegas to replace our brakes and do an oil change in a quick and efficient manner before heading back to California. Very reasonable and trustworthy. Looks like we found our mechanic when we are permanently living in Las Vegas.

I was traveling through Las Vegas, moving across the country for a new job, when I had an issue with my van. I first took it to another shop, and got very bad advise. Then I took it to Quantum Mechanics for a second opinion. The service was honest and straightforward and the mechanics were great. Rico got me in and out on the same day (a Saturday), despite needing multiple parts replaced. He even called me a few days later to make sure I arrived safely at my final destination. I cannot recommend this shop enough, especially if you are unfamiliar with the city and unsure of who to trust. These guys were real life savers. I would give 6/5 if I could.

Rico is the only honest and fair mechanic Ive been able to find in Vegas in 20 years. Highly recommend this place as they are very transparent, try to fix you up and save you money. They arent out to pull your leg and drain you. A+ Will be back for all other vehicle repairs for sure.

Service here was good. It has been my third time coming here. They are definitely are advanced in skill compared to a dealership. They know exactly what parts to replace and will not SELL unnecessary parts. Overall they are very trustworthy.

Its extremely difficult to find honest mechanic shops, especially in Las Vegas. My Class B RV van was having some problems. It wasnt riding smoothly engine wise or suspension wise. Rico and his team are absolutely awesome.Because my vehicle is so old, they didnt actually have the proper testing equipment for the computer (neither did the manufacturer!) But the mechanic there took it for a test ride, free of charge, to help me see what was wrong.They figured out the problem and they did the work at a very fair price. They worked in a very fast manner and got it done. When I went to pick the car up, it seemed the problem wasnt fully fixed. So I called up Rico, told him, and he told me hed contact a friend of his that worked on older vehicles like mine to find out the exact problem. Just like that, he took found it out.I sent it back to them and they fixed it for good this time. They didnt charge me for the labour, just for the part. When I went to pick up the van, he even had me test drive it to make sure I was satisfied. The cherry on top of all of this, he called me a few days later to follow up on the vans performance.Rico knew I was traveling around the country and wanted to make sure the car was safe and OK to do so. I so appreciate him and his team. I HIGHLY advise going to them if you ever needed mechanical work. Thanks QM!

First, I came here because I read that they were LGBT friendly and women lead. I did not see that. That wasn’t really the biggest deal. Rico was kind, however once I got my car back the front bumper air shield was not screwed on properly at all. It took me a week to figure out what was wrong. Unfortunately I had already driven it on the freeway. The front of the piece is completely ruined. They already charged me $1000 for parts and labor. Now I need to tax on another few hundred to get this fixed.Update. I was contacted today and the piece will be replaced. I will update this once it is finished.

This shop is great, the service is wonderful they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable! They dont come at you and try charging you for things you dont need done on your car, like going in for an oil change and they tell you you need a new transmission... LOL.No seriously the people who work here are terrific especially Angelica in front is so neat, she is very down to earth and full of energy, she is there looking out for the customers 100% she makes you feel comfortable like youve known each other for years which is very refreshing!Ive been back a few times and have made them my go to repair shop for both my vehicles; my 2016 Ford Mustang GT and my Ford Excursion and certainly trust then with both!

WOW The customer service was off the charts. When I had car issues and it was 110 degrees, I rolled in all stressed. Ali told me dont worry we have this. 30 minutes later I was back on the road.Thank You so much. These guys are the best.

Had my valve cover and valve cover gaskets poorly replaced with low quality supplies. Still had a misfire at the end of the fix. In the end, they couldn’t recognize the misfire and ended up having to tow it to another mechanic. I only know it’s a misfire now because I took it to a more experienced mechanic. Never coming back 👎

I took my car to be repaired and they were great! They never seemed to be interested in the financial gain, only in repairing my car correctly the first time. The hand and foot speed of the mechanics is unmatched. All the details were explained to me at my elementary level and slower pace but they never made me feel uncomfortable about it. I am very glad I took my car to Quantum Mechanics. If you go to Quantum Mechanics, ask for Brandon.

I came in for an oil change. It was so fast. They made some recommendations that I knew I needed to do and both had a special so my parts were ordered today and I took my car in TODAY and it is done. Fast service, nice guys. Very convenient for me as I can walk home. I will definitely be back 😀

I drove in without an appointment for emissions and air in tires. Justin Setup the service immediately. Very professional and polite. I happen to be due for a 30,000 mile service so I scheduled that while I was there.

This place was a life saver. It was the end of the day. There was something in the road that shredded my tire. They were short staff and about to close but took the time to help me while in distress. While I was talking to the manager they ( the other worker) pulled my SUV and started working on my vehicle. Before I knew it I was on the road again. They gave me a lot of information about my vehicle and tires that I didnt know. They were friendly, prices were good, great customer service. They took the stress off of me. Awesome! You cant go wrong going to this place of business.
