, I came in for an alignment. And tire rotation they had found a broken wheel stud. And fixed it for me. I Saw the Wheel Alignment was perfect I have a lifted truck. With bigger tires than stock., they used a Precision laser machine to get the alignment 100% accurate. Theyre very professional. And you can tell that they have experience. And what they do? They treated me fair and kindly I will recommend their service and I will use them in the future.

5 stars is not enough! My car has had to be in the shop a few times lately and these guys have exceeded my expectations every time! They have replaced my radiator, and my a/c system was completely redone. Also one of my electric windows stopped working and they fixed that. I have gotten my vehicle back in a timely manner and pricing was very reasonable and the job was done great! On top of doing repairs they also do upgrades! My husband had his truck lifted and a new set of tires put on and it looks beautiful. Both shops are kind of a drive from my house, but it is worth the drive to get good service and know you can trust your michanics. If you are looking for a forever shop that is dependable and honest you have found your place. I know i have! I will continue to use them for any future repairs and upgrades!

I recommend you dont go I went in for a simple job came out with more problems with that making excuses that its wear and tear. I explained to them very clearly it worked before you broke it CARiD first there was a power steering cord that was leaking that they damaged wanted to make me pay for it. They fixed it and wouldnt you know its now the power steering regulator you would think they would have noticed it the first time would not recommend it reporting them to the Better Business Bureau

Awesome honest work

Went there for shock replacement and alignment. He takes the car then afterwards tells us the machine to do the alignment is broken and with no certain date to come back. Our van was rocking so hard it hurt my bones. He could have told us no instead of making our car drive worse. He was unfriendly and I had the feeling he was ripping us off the whole time.

They replaced my knee assembly with a defective replacement. Went to another mechanic and they told me the struts are bad and the shocks. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. They so called fixed the issue. But more problems came up. I paid 600$ for a trash fix.

One of the few places that welcomes lifted trucks. Other shops wouldn’t even look at our lifted truck. But Rancho has the equipment and know how to get the job done and they were fast. Highly recommend.

I took my jeep in . I had a broken sway bar oil leakage from my transmission. The mechanics on duty were every knowledgeable about their trade. They charged me a reasonable price I was comfortable paying . Will recommend to my family and friends .

I brought in my mercedes 500ml for a diagnostic scan. They gave me a list of the issues to bring to the dealer. I appreciated their fair price and that they didnt try and talk me into getting something repaired with them first!

Our tire was very low on air so I asked if they could add air to it . Even thou they were very busy they took the time to help us out very promptly . Great customer service . Definitely going back in the future 😁
