Mark was super responsive, thorough, and knowledgeable. He even participated in my value engineering efforts without minimizing the service he provided.I have purchased thousands of cabinets throughout my career and I would most definitely refer Artistic Wood. He guaranteed us work if we paid him half the deposit for him to start our entertainment center. He never showed up. Gave us a dozen excuses as to why he couldn’t make it. It was ALWAYS a no show and I had to reach out to HIM! I’ve been trying to get my money back since September and he hasn’t followed through. I’m taking him to court but the address he has listed is not his address. So I have to take other steps. Not only did he waste our time and money, now I have to deal with him in court. This guys is super shady!

Mark Meeks is a liar and a cheat. He will promise the world and then call 3 days later with a sob story about how he cant make it or how someone else is doing him wrong. He demands money up front and then disappears!

Mark is a great guy. He is true carpenter! He has done my custom home in Summerlin, also both my offices! He does what he says, on time, quality, and most of all, reasonable price.

I would highly recommend Mark. His work is excellent, high quality. He went out of his way to customize the color we wanted. We continue to receive many compliments on the work he did for us.

Mark replaced a base cabinet for us as we pulled out a wine fridge. The cabinet next to the wine fridge was in rough shape from the install years ago and he was able to repair it to look a lot better.The process took some time but was well worth the wait.

We Hired Mark to do the work during the pandemic trying to support a small business. Made the mistake of paying him 100% BEFORE the completion of the 2nd job. Unfortunately he is not reliable, trustworthy or punctual at all. He promised work to be completed then would call that morning with an excuse. The last straw was telling us 2 pieces of furniture(a simple paint job) “were going to be ready but the paint had runs in it, needed a last coat, glue would melt in the afternoon, still needed a couple coats” only to find out NOTHING HAD BEEN DONE AT ALL TO THESE PIECES. (Supported by pictures and text messages) what a disappointment. ☹️

I called 3 times and they keepHanging the phone on me I have to say not responsive and lack of communication....
