Very happy with the parts and service at A-1 Trailer! They are always friendly and very affordable compared to many other places Ive seen in town. Definitely my first go-to spot when looking for any trailer items I need from a local business.

Dont go here the manager is vary rude she doesnt honor there work.Had a problem with the hitch lights they I stalled. Made an appointment ( I was late) waited 3 days . Called told them I was late the guy who answered the phone said come . I get there the manager wouldnt even check out there work she just wanted to argueNo customer service
Ordered a new truck bed cap through them. Quick, easy, and well priced. The work quality is good and everything was finished sooner than quoted. Will be coming back for all future upgrades.
Short story. Needed trailer brake switch installed. Told I did not have the wiring in my truck. Sold me a Bluetooth brake controller. Ended up not working. Went back to return controller and have truck hardwired. Couldn’t return Bluetooth controller because I did not have the original packaging. Original quote for hardwire. Roughly $400. Went to pick up truck, total $170. THEY FOUND WIRING THEY MISSED THE FIRST TIME. So, no wiring, sold me something that didn’t work, that I couldn’t return, then found the wiring. Owner ended up contacting Curt to have controller returned, but only cus they said okay. Reverse “stadium” lights under truck and rear view back up camera worked before I dropped it off, didn’t when I picked it up. Ended up having to go somewhere else to get that fixed cus they couldn’t figure out why. Customer service is not the best.Long story. Set up an appointment to have a trailer brake controller installed on my 2014 F150. Was told the wiring in my truck for controller was gone. They suggested a Curt Bluetooth brake controller. Newest technology. So I bought it. Tried using it, and had some issues. Took it back with my truck, and they tested everything with their trailer test equipment. They said everything worked fine. So I tried again. Same issues. So I went back to have my truck hardwired and return the Bluetooth controller. Jennifer, the owner, would not return the Bluetooth controller because I did not have the original packaging. Went to pay for the hardwiring of my truck and the total was much cheaper than originally quoted, so I asked why... THEY FOUND THE WIRING THAT THEY SAID MY TRUCK DID NOT HAVE. Jennifer then tells me that the mechanics must have missed it the first time because it was tucked up in the dash. She explained the wiring to my truck is messed up, which I agreed because of previous owner. After some discussion, Jennifer told me she would contact Curt about a defective Bluetooth brake controller for me, and see if I could return it. So, later that night I put my truck in reverse and noticed that my rear view mirror back up camera was not working along with my “stadium” lights underneath my truck. So, I went back again. This time Jennifer was able to return the Bluetooth controller, but only because Curt said so. The mechanics figured out the lights, but could not figure out the back up camera, where Jennifer then proceeded to tell me I would have to take it somewhere else to have fixed and that it wasn’t her mechanics fault. But everything worked fine before I took it there. I wasted countless work hours dealing with this. And instead of do what is right the first time, and perform quality work, it seemed as though they work as fast as possible just to get you back out the door. Jennifer’s customer service is not the best and the mechanics don’t seem like the best. I had to go out to my truck while they were working on it to find the tool to lower spare tire out of my truck. Find another place.
I had a Leer Bedcover, it looks awesome, everybody there was very professional and very friendly, thank you for all the good work you did. Highly recommend a one trailer.
No customer service. We had a 12:30 appointment and they took our truck in then. Rook them 3 hours to put on a camper shell and wire it. No contact with us regarding it taking so long. Whoever drove our truck left numerous greasespots on the drivers seat. They had someone come out and get it out. Was told twice that the owner would be put to look at it, but she never came out. We will not be returning to have any work done by them again
Made an appointment to have a truck bed cover installed. Sat and waited about 40 minutes. They did a great job and was in and out. Definitely recommend.
Got new hubs put on at A1 trailer shop. They had excellent customer service, good prices and quick work. I would definitely recommend them for trailer needs. After breaking my foot last year working on a trailer I didn’t want to touch a trailer!! They are definitely a GEM in 2020 with EXCELLENT customer service, honesty and integrity! A1 THANK YOU, I really feel my family is safe now!!

Nice shop with a complete array of truck accessories from different brands. They are both a SnugTop and Leer dealer. I bought a Leer shell and a set of running boards for my Toyota Tundra. Everything installed and finished in one afternoon. Very speedy and very friendly service!
Had A1 install a backflip MX4 folding bed cover on my truck. Friendly staff and had the product in stock unlike most places I called. Installed quickly and professionally and looks great with no issues.Would recommend their services. A1 had better price (including installation) than online for just the product.

Bought new truck to me and wanted to add a shell. Contacted all truck accessories stores in Vegas and these people were very friendly and helpful over the phone. Went to store and talked with Jenni and told her what I was interested in and why I needed it. She gave me quotes and choices that I had. She was very knowledgeable, and suggested a tonneau cover would meet my needs better than a shell and save me about $2k. I walked out that same day with a bed rug and tonneau cover that looks amazing on my truck. I would highly recommend this company without a doubt.
Some sales staff very helpful. BUT I had a bed liner fitted in my pickup last week and when they fitted the tailgate liner I noticed it was loose on the tailgate. Every retaining screw had the thread stripped! Obviously over tightened with a battery drill. Very unprofessional. Also the paint on the topside edge of the bed got chipped. Pretty disappointing that employees dont take care. Ill be fixing it myself as no way will I let them touch it again.

I had an issue with my trailer light connection. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. They tested the connection on my vehicle, and I got the connector I needed for my trailer at a very reasonable price! I highly recommend this business.
These folks were awesome!! I called at lunch time asking if they had and if they could install a tri-fold locking bed cover on my Ford F-150. Jennifer told me they had the correct bed cover in stock and could install it this afternoon. I arrived at their store and Jennifer checked measurements and showed me the demonstration product in their showroom. She answered all of my questions. Their installers had my truck in and out of their shop in 45 minutes. The owner took time to show me how to use the locking cover, gave me all warranty information and thanked me for choosing his shop. I would recommend these folks to anyone in the Las Vegas valley wanting a solid aftermarket parts shop and installs for their truck.
This place will sell you a product, not check up on that product, not find out they cant get it, and then tell you it is back ordered for another month. They did not do any of this on their own, I had to call them and ask. They didnt even let me know my other products were in until I called and asked. I would use anybody but these people in the future. I will say Mike in the office was professional
Called A1 about installing a Hitch on my minivan last week, Andy was very nice on the phone, gave me prices and choices with the hitch so I ended going with the Reese Class III 2 trailer hitch. Got it done this morning 11/20/15 in and out in about 1 and 1/2 hrs.LOOKS GREAT !Great Price,GREAT Customer Service.Made appointment for tomorrow to install the electric lift for my wheelchair.I definitely highly recommend.Thank You A-1S. Warning ***SCAM** I called and ask for a price and the guy said $95 pr/hr. I wanted to discuss the price so I said I would call back. When I called back I got a different person and he said he looked up the directions and it looked difficult so it would take an hour in a half to two hours so it would be $190. When I took the truck in it only took one hour, but the lady at the counter said I had to pay the $190 because she claims I had agreed to two hours. I only agreed to pay for work hours completed. My receipt shows two hours of labor charged when they only completed one hour of labor which is illegal and Im going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
I spent weeks comparing different options for truck caps for work. I finally decided to order a Super Sport Snugtop from them. I gave them nearly $4k and waited. Good news, the cap came in very quickly. I had them install about a week later and thats where I became frustrated. I had already paid for an hour of labor and was told the wiring of the cap was included in the install. They decided they wanted to bill me for more labor when I got there to hook up the USB. I was in a rush and angry so they discounted the additional charge they didnt disclose (and in fact told me was included) when I ordered it. I go to work and its ready in a little over 2 hours. Excellent, so I ask for an overview of where stuff is. Looks like I paid additional for a different light instead of a supplementary light to the battery powered one that comes with it, but not a big deal. No, the big deal is the fact that there werent any screens on the pop-out windows. This was something important to me. Jennifer lied to me on this point and now I dont have screens. I dont care that they would have been extra, what I care about is being lied to. Tell me the truth, disclose the fact that the light wouldnt be included, disclose additional labor or include it rather than nickel and diming me, and ACTUALLY FOLLOW THROUGH ON YOUR STATEMENTS! I need screens on my truck cap, its unacceptable that they werent included.
I tried to get replacement plastic tracks for my Snugtop. They melt here in the desert. Everyone knows they melt,......except for the folks at A-1. They had to research the part,.....I never heard back, so I called back on the telephone. I was told, Ill call you when I find out how to fix it.....I never heard back from them. Funny, they didnt have a problem taking my money when I purchased the topper. I went to the Hitchin Post Trailer supply and he handed me the replacement tracks. It was just that simple. Dont waste your time, money and frustration with A-1. Just go to the Hitchin Post for topper, trailer or parts.

If you want to be talked to like an idiot, please take your buisness here. Came in to get a hitch installed that came off my old truck that worked perfectly fine on my old truck and was the same hitch that was used for both years of my truck. (I know there are different style hitches for each application) but what I didnt expect is to get rude attitude from who ever the old man in coveralls that looked like he just got done pushing his shopping cart asking for change on the corner, and girl/women that thinks she was gods gift to the trailer and accessories world. God forbid you ask a question about something, DONT! because you well then become an idiot that doesnt know what your talking about. The only person that was polite in that while place was the heavy set gentlemen that works there that thanked me for my service after seeing my Veteran plates on my truck. In reality, all that needed to be said or explained to me is that they recommend a different hitch to better suit my needs in a polite way, like you know customer service?? Instead I could sense the attitude radiating off their bodies because I was trying to explain how it was done on my old truck, and tried to tell then about videos that are clearly online from reputable hitch companies showing and explaining the process, but they wanted nothing to do with it. So I simply took my hitch and my truck and went to another reputable shop and what do you know my hitch was installed with no questions or complaints and everything is exactly as it was on my previous truck.. maybe this place needs to take some customer service classes or positive attitude builder classes. I too run my own buisness and I would expect a review such as this one if I treated customers as they were stupid.so with that being said I have decided to take my companies vehicles (3) vans (2) trucks along with my personal vehicles to another shop..
Bought a hitch online to install myself.. Turns out some things arent so simple. Long story short . Fixed a rusted broken bolt and installed my hitch without a HITCH.. would have saved money just going with them to begin with..Let the PROS do it.. AWESOME service.Highly recommendThanks

I prepaid for hitch and electrical harness a week early. I went in for my appointment. As I waited in there lobby I noticed the install person was arguing with the girl that ordered my equipment and that made my appointment. I was so close I couldnt help myself but listen to them . I walked over and asked is this about the tacoma . They said yes I said I dont want you to make it work I want it to be the right equipment. The installer said relax Ill get it done. So I said lets just part ways and give me my money back. Boy then I really new where this company was at .bs this bs that. They wanted nothing to do with me. It wssny my fault that that I made an appointment and prepaid for the equipment. Then I said can you please bring up my tacoma and if the owner was available I would like to talk to him. Oh boy that was mistake!!! He brought my truck up and said good luck . I said Im going to let people know about your sketchy business. He how cares . So if you go to A-1 trailer supply . So dont expect professional service. And there staff is inexperiencedAnd unprofessional. Thx 4 reading
