This Honda service center doesnt care about us hard working Honda owners all they want to do is separate us from our hard earned money its a joke and you should never come here these people are the real thieves.. It seems they just named their price charge you whatever they feel like $700 its been $100 plus 2 calibrate calibrate your sensors what what a joke and its highly unbelievable thank you very much You have something to say say it to me I represent myself Im 31 years old You worm. My family and I were driving home from a long road trip when we experienced a problem with our car. We called this center as we were approaching Vegas and David was able to help us out right away. He had us in and out within an hour! David Rocks!
I bought my car at honda ive replaced off all of my parts have been replaced or fixed at this honda and they cant give me a battery because i need my car there how am i supposed to get it there the service director vincent says its free but John aka the manger says its not and i dont have any money right now to pay towing and that they cant sell me a battery because they need my car wich is kinda upsetting in my opnion they have bad customer sevice they never told us that we needed the car to replace the battery when i bought the car plus the battery has a life time warranty and know i know why its some times empty i would not remcomend this to any family or friends i hope the ceo takes some actions to make this honda dealership better and maybe in a few years i buy a new honda car my name is Gloria franco im luvky im getting a free battery at oreily

The last time I had to go back for fixing my honda odyssey Ac after tow weeks when had been done by new parts. That what they tell me.
First time my car was serviced it was a great pleasant experience very nice and professional staff. Second time was terrible. Bought a car in September 2020. Due to Covid I was not able to register my car until January 19th 2021. The smog certificate Honda provided was performed in June 2020. Certificate is only valid for 6 months. Called the service department for a new smog certificate. They charged me for it and said the sales department did not want to charge it to their account. If Id of known when I purchased it I would of asked if they could provide a new one free of charge. Wasnt happy about it but nonetheless I didnt make a big deal out of it. When the service representative gave me a copy of the new certificate it was so bad I couldnt even read it. Asked for a legible one and was assured that I could read it. Asked if they can shake the toner so its more legible and they looked upset. They finally agreed after the 3rd time I asked. The second certificate they provided was a little better. Im also a service provider for a reputable company and was surprised how poor their customer service was the second time. Hopefully another Honda dealership in town will be able to help me next time I need my vehicle serviced. I will never buy a car from them again. Also make sure to get your agreed apr % in writing. Got that straightened out too after I came home and seen that agreed apr % was not the number we agreed upon when making the deal.

Well, this was just the easiest new car purchase that Ive ever experienced. This is my 5th new car (3rd new Honda) and I wish the other four had gone this smoothly and efficiently. I had the privilege of working with Terry Singer at Auto Nation in Las Vegas, NV. A great dealership for sure and theyre very lucky to have Terry on their team. He is professional, extremely knowledgeable about his products and he really goes the extra mile for his customers.All features on my Honda CR-V EX-L were explained completely and he even helped me set up a features that he knew only had to be set once.Thank you Terry for your expertise and exemplary assistance through what could have been a stressful experience. Wanted 95 Million from the SBA from the Corona fund. This is the largest car dealership in the US. and yet they feel they needed to steel from US. So no, I will never ever buy from them again and neither should you. Lets put Autonation out of business for good.

Horrible, unreliable, and incompetent. They say one thing, then find the cheapest way to get out of their obligations. Don’t trust them. Unless the car is completely perfect, with absolutely no issues (even cosmetic), do not buy from them. They might promise to fix everything, but they only create an appearance of fixing. Some people working there are good hard working people, but you can get those other few people that work there and don’t do a proper job, and you will have a lot of unnecessary stress and would probably be left without a car for a while.... So I definitely do not recommend. I will be warning all my friends.
