Great people, great service, no lies or false promises. They said the product when I called the day before, and when I went to pick it up, it was there. Ive passed this place by for years. And finally went in when all other places lived or didnt have what I needed.Thanks guys

DO NOT BUY A BATTERY FROM HERE, why would you do that? If you go to Autozone or OReilly they have a no question return policy. This place I spent over $500 for 2 Optimas 2 years ago and they said .. Well it has to make 10V to be able to be returned What a bunch of BS, you think Autozone or OReilly care? Nope. Do yourself a favor and NEVER NEVER buy a car battery from here. You will regret it.

Very poor customer service! They dont know how to treat their customers. I waited over 2 months for a North Star battery to come in that was supposed to be shipped from their Reno location and held for pickup in Vegas. Long story short, I fell in between the cracks and they forgot about my order. when I went in to pick up the battery, they were rude and told me that they did not know or have any way of looking up the order and showed no concern or regard and were not willing to help me or offer any solutions. I had to look up on my credit card transaction just to be able to prove that it was purchased a few months back and paid for. They apologized and said they would make it right and ship the battery within 2 days, since by now is very time-sensitive that it gets installed for a custom car audio project. I waited and waited two days turned into over a week in which I had to reschedule a custom installation appointment that was revolved around the car battery upgrade. I even called the corporate office in California, again just broken promises. I missed my appointment. When they did call and say the battery came in I had already decided to buy my car battery from batteries and bulbs and not only did I receive the battery right away, I received excellent customer service as well! I hope they were severely inconvenienced like I was and that someone else reads this and decides to go somewhere else, as they will be better off not supporting a company that does not care about their customers. If I could rate negative Stars I would for this company. Stay away!

GREAT - EXCELLENT Through the years weve gotten batterys for both our car and truck.They use to be in North Las Vegas for years until they moved to the new location at 4500 S. Arville. Best warranty and service and price you can get. Check them out for yourself. You will be glad you did.
