I waited weeks to get my income tax returns. When I got them I went online and found the cutest BMW. I finally got an Uber and went to Astro Auto Sales to buy the car.I purchased the BMW in full. One week later the ENGINE BLEW OUT! The dealer had me pay for the tow then offered to buy the car back from me for less than half what I purchased it for.Instead of owning up to selling me a car with a BAD ENGINE they blamed it on me. They claimed that I blew the engine in one week. I’ve been without a car for nearly a month with no resolution and I’m sure their process will make me wait much longer. THIS IS TERRIBLE! A car is more than a want it’s a NEED.I have had to file complaints with the DMV, Consumer Affairs etc. Real crooked dealership, no human kindness, these guys play by dirty rules be careful when buying here. Not only did they not fix the car they chose to hold on to the car with no info for me for 6-8 weeks.I literally had the car long to purchase new rims and a stereo - TOTAL LOSS-Never use cash here you might regret it.

Bought a blazer there in 2005 it was clean and a great little truck. Dino is a really good guy. Paid it off in five months and would definitely buy another car from this place again.

Came in During Christmas to buy my daughter her first car as a gift, was doubtful about the place due to the bad reviews but they had the car my daughter wanted at great price so I decided to go and look. The staff did a great job on working with me on cash deal, my daughter loved the car thanks guys!!!

Bought a car from these thieves a few months ago. Im a realist- I know youre taking on other peoples problems when you purchase a used car. Everything was rigged to work just long enough to make it past the 30 day warranty. Had to replaced the rack and pinion, had the electrical system totally rewired, fans died, A.C. died after fan died, Control arm bent and ready to snap (mechanic said if it would have snapped while I was driving- it would have been a tragedy). Now I need a water pump and timing belt replaced.What irritates me the most is that I showed up at the lot with my family in tow and they thought it was okay to sell a death trip like this knowing it was going to have small children travelling in it almost daily. Disgusting people with no conscience.

Not the best aesthetically, but good honest folk work there. Pep boys tried to rape my wallet. Saying they couldnt fix the give me a coolant flush....unless they fixed my blah blah.Wich should cost me about a thousand and a half. I came here no problem they did it for 15 bucks.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Astro Auto Sales and I am highly disappointed! I bought the car in December at which time I was told the car worked great and that the windshield wiper would be replaced, air conditioning just needed to be charged and that I would receive a detail on the car before I picked it up. That DID NOT HAPPEN!! Instead when I came to pick up the car I was told that the detail guy wasnt available that that the Freon wasnt in stock for my car, they did put a windshield wiper on but it didnt fit. I was asked to come back and that theyd take care of it. On my return visit I left the car with them for 2 days- upon pick-up I was told that they didnt have a detail guy again and that the mechanic was out- but they had fixed the windshield wiper. I was again asked to come back with the car, I did so and they had the car for an entire day. At no point did they call me or give me any update whatsoever as to the status of the car- as such I assumed the car would be in ready condition as this was the 3rd time Id been back and forth and a total of 5 days that theyd had my car. At the end of the day I came to pick up the car and I was told that the mechanic had fallen ill and been taken to the hospital. As irritated as I was, I tried to be understanding as if he was taken to hospital it must be serious. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I was assured that I would receive a call on Tue or Wed to bring the car in and have the services completed. I waited and did not receive a call. I called on Thursday, I was told that someone would return my call- No one did. Finally, fed up with the run around on Friday I demanded that my car be fixed as it is now MARCH!! & I purchased the car in December. At that point the car salesman Gabriel became rude and condescending. Telling me that Id had the car since December and that he didnt have to do anything, I went over the series of events with him and he still acted like it was my fault that even after 3 separate times of coming by and leaving the car over a course of 5 days that car still want fixed!!! Not only was he rude but the receptionist Lourdus was also rude and extremely unprofessional. After arguing with them for about a half hour I was told that the air would be fixed and that the car would be detailed. I wont know the outcome of it until I pick up the car later on today, but I can tell you one thing. I will never be purchasing a car from here again, nor will I be referring anyone I know to this dealership. I highly recommend you spend your hard earned money elsewhere!!!! Buyer beware!! These people are shady, they are the epitome of greasy car sales!! STAY AWAY!!

Owner was rude as hell, but the other guy and girl were really nice. Then I found out a few weeks later they sold me a car with a ripped inner CV boot on both sides. Lucky the front wheels didnt fall off while I was driving down the freeway because the CVs have basically no grease in them. Thats a massive safety hazard that could cause thousands of dollars in repairs if someone who doesnt inspect their own cars like me had bought it. They told me there was a full 100% 90 day warranty but I called to see if theyd fix the CVs and apparently its only motor and trans now. My bad for assuming a building held together by krazy glue would have vehicles with no problems.

I bought a 2002 malibu last week, its pretty decent, Im happy with it. Despite the looks of the place they are good guys to buy a car from.

The wors place!! I f I could -5 Ill give, people are still auto parts and lies, be careful if you buy or take a car for replace. Dont trust Eliseo, Pedro or whoever is there . Very disappointed.

I bought a great car from Astro two years ago and have put 50k miles on it with no problems. I paid all cash--thousands in 100-dollar bills. NEVER AGAIN...on June 4, 2015, I saw a Dodge Intrepid on their website. I ran a CarFax on the VIN (2B3HD46R24H617245). It was clean, so I called and asked for K***h. The new guy, E***r, told me that he no longer there. I showed up with thousands in cash to buy the Dodge for internet price. E***r ticked me off by raising the price another $1000 OVER what their website said, but worse, he claimed that You did not see a price on their website! Really? Only an idiot would call me a liar when I have a printout of their website. And, only an idiot would watch thousands of dollars walk off their lot. No more business at Astro.

Awesome just like the first time... lol I am a second time car buyer from astro Im the first one to tell you this is why you test drive and check the car so when you leave you get what you get my experience both Times have been awesome and this is why I come back right price and they insured any issues I had with the car when its time to buy my third car Im coming to astro auto.

Bad costumer service. Purchased my car, I waited about two months to drive it over a problem they would take their sweet time to fix. The car came with so many downfalls, I would wait for them to repair the issues and every time they would have an excuse. Never again from this dealership.

They sold me and my wife a old Taurus 4 yrs. ago, we pay $4.800 bucks for a car that broke down at every corner we end up paying almost $2000 to different mechanics to fix a lot of engine problems, we travel to LOS ANGELES only to get stranded again in our way back, the last mechanic we hire told us there was a blown head gasket on the car and that we lost all the oil and the engine was done. I been in LAS VEGAS 25 yrs. and I suggest you to stay away from these thieves the owner is a Italian mal educated guy w/ no manners to treat people . from the moment you walk inn he start talking loud and he does not let you ask any question until you sign the deal, stay away from these thieves.

STAY AWAY...! LIARS AND THIEVES...! They sold me a van 6 months ago with no airbags...! They collected the registration money and I still do not have license plates..! I am reporting them to DMV Criminal Division. If they ripped you off I suggest you do the same. Google Nevada DMV Criminal Investigations, I am filling my report now...

This was by worst the dirtiest place I have ever been to by far.I would not tell anyone to buy a car from this place, such a scam. When you first go into there doors, its a weird order to the place. they have two little dogs running around the place, the parking lot for the cars sits in dirt on top of that there isnt a place to park, so dirty to even drive pass. the people are all just there to put on a show just to get you in and out of the place, but the moment you buy a car from them and theres something wrong with it they will take there time to fix the problem. Maby just say they will fix it and just give you the run around. its been almost a month for me and im will waiting for my car to be fixed by the place, half if not all the people that I take to about my car have no Idea what im taking about. Someone sould come and shut this place down before they get anyone else under there spell.,

Worst place to buy a car on planet earth...the owner who yelling on you when talking is most disrespectful jerk in vegas...only what you see on that lot is junk cars...and people that work there looks and act like they on drugs or something...stay away...

The mechanics there are not good at all they say they will fix thing but dont, they basically stoled my money and returned my car the same, dont go!!!
