Make this place your very last resort.Growing up in Vegas I was always told to never buy a used car on Boulder highway and now I know why..I honestly regret recently purchasing a vehicle from them. I requested to have some work done that I would pay out of pocket for. THE OWNER Seth personally told me he would have the work done.. They kept the vehicle for three days. I ended up dealing with his main guy Javier about the work. Javier gave me 101 reasons why the work wasnt getting done and why it never got done.Be careful when dealing with them they will tell you anything to sale a car.

I went into this dealership not knowing what to expect and starting off with neutral expectations. Upon arriving I was welcomed by a staff member and went inside the facility. The facility is clean and it is homely, but one thing that really stood out was how friendly all the staff were. Pepe, in particularWas very easy to work with and was a gentleman the whole way around. He was able to work with us and find a way to strike a deal where I was satisfied and I believe they were too. I would definitely buy from them again and I look forward to coming back in a couple years for another purchase. With having bad credit, I did not have many choices to choose from. They did get me approved and a loan but I was lied to about the down payment then about the payment amount. The car had no gas and was not detailed prior to obtaining the car and when I drove it the next week I noticed some issues within the car and called was basically told it was my problem now because cars are sold as is. It’s easy fixable problems but still do not know why it was not disclosed. Javier is a great business man and I would probably be cautious but I would buy another car from them.

Worst car company bought a car transmission broke in 6 months they kept sending me to a mechanic that rigged the car they offered to pay half of the cost and then lied about that when it came time to do it. I am now filling a law suite if you know what is good for you take your money else where these are some CROOKS

Horrible experience! They are literally all about their money with no respect for the business. The management was so uptight that I couldnt even get my offer out of my lips. The salesman lied to me in the beginning asking me for my offer but had a predetermined number. I dont like games seeing how I dont need a car but wanted to see my options. They under offered me on my 2003 jeep 500. Runs great 4x4. Crooks. Stay away

This place was terrible. When we first went we thought the were great but soon after we got our car we realized they had lied to us. Our broke down a month after getting it and they took it with no explanation to us. They lied to the finance company and tried to still get out loan approved after they took it (illegally) and then when we called to speak to them the general manager was rude and very condescending. This place is no good. Don’t waste your time

I purchased a car in August 2020. I put the down payment down and the next day paid it in full. Half in cash and half with my bank card. Today April 19, 2021 they are still sending me text messages demanding money or they will ruin my credit. I have called and called. I have brought down my receipts and title twice. This is harassment and not good business practice. They also promised to replace the windshield wipers which has not been done. There is a leak from the exhaust that goes into the car they promised to pay 50% for and set up the service that has not been done. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.

Pulled Auto Credit Center up on GOOGLE and saw the business was open at noon. Went to have a visit in hopes to buy a car and guess what? They were closed...😒 Not the end of the world paid an Uber for nothing

The Auto Credit Center completely took advantage of me, a first time buyer. I wish I could give negative ratings, horrendous! I am perplexed to see they have such high average ratings on Facebook and Google reviews and am convinced they are doing some corrupt cover-ups on this front since thats clearly what they specialize in. Not only did they sell me a car that was not prepared to be sold, making me drive all over town to make repairs on their behalf, they covered up major mechanical problems and cleared the codes on the car. Ultimately, all of the codes/warning lights popped up all at once. Upon taking it to a mechanic mere months after buying it (and driving it only to school and back 20min daily), I discovered the repairs would cost almost as much as the car itself, and that there were fundamental problems that made it unsafe to drive. The mechanic told me he would not have recommended buying this car! Now I either have to sell it for its lemon peels or try to trade it in and get a better piece of fruit. If youre looking to waste thousands of dollars and a lot of time, by all means, buy a car from these people.
