Worst customer service. ALL THAT FOR WHAT ? Selling BROKEN CARS TO HARD WORKING FAMILYS.

Worst business practices. Scammers tried to take the banks down payment. Broken cars and they scam you into a broken car.

This dealership is amazing. I went to 3 other dealerships before coming here. I wish I would’ve came here first. Vivian & Chano is AWESOME!!!! The worst car dealers that you could deal with they have a bad dealership. The guys were nice they smiled as they ripped me off. I have low credit score so this was one of my options. I understand that I must pay more than usual but they were out of line. Was given a warranty that I could not use because they ignored me until the time of the warranty to be over with then they didnt even fix the problem they just erase the codes they also sold me a lemon so if you would like to be screwed with no Vaseline you can go there.

I have bought two cars from Tony, a Chevrolet Suburban and a Mercedes-Benz C-Class C300 Sport Sedan. Both are used as daily drivers by my wife and I, and both cars are doing incredibly well.

They were Very Courteous and Showed Me a Truck when it was almost closing time. The only Negative was the Salesman who was also Very Nice was Smoking Cigarettes and it smelled Horribly. Otherwise, I may actually Buy a Truck from these Guys.

PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS DEALER THEY ARE CROOKS! I moved to Las Vegas a couple years back and I was looking for a dependable car to get back and forth to work and my sister back and forth to school. I went to L.A. Motors and purchased a Ford Explorer at reasonable amount, during the sale everyone was nice and welcoming, they explained I would have a 30 warranty with them and an extended 2 year warranty with a third party. Two weeks after i purchased the car it started to overheat, I contacted L.A. Motors to let them know what was going on and they told me to bring it back so they could check it out. Their mechanic, who turned out not to be a certified mechanic, said i was running low on fluids. A couple days later it happened again and the same mechanic said he would flush out the radiator and it would be fine. Well it wasnt fine and I didnt trust what they were saying so I took it to a shop near my house and they said the car should have never been sold because the transmission was shot and that I would need a new one. I took it back to L.A. Motors and instead of them taking care of it they tried to get the third party warranty company to foot the bill for the repairs. When the warranty company denied the claim they tried to blame me for the damage saying i shouldnt have driven it while it was overheating and that was what caused more damaged. After argue back and forth with them they finally decided to fix my truck. It took them 2 months to fix my truck, during that time they barely communicated with me to give any updates, when I got it back I drove it for about 4 months before it started to overheat again. I took it back to them and asked for receipts for all the work they had supposedly, they couldnt produce anything to prove they actually repaired my truck, the manager kept saying he had them filed away and it would take awhile to retrieve all the receipts. I told them they needed to repair my truck again and I wanted a different mechanic and receipts for all the parts they were using on my car. I wanted another 2 months for my car to get repaired, not sure if the repair was done correctly because shortly after getting back my brother got into a accident and totaled it.

I would definitely recommend LA Motors. Not too pricey and we got an instant approval. Ruben and Robert were great.. We walked away with a great deal.

I can not stress enough the horrible service and vehicle we purchased here. Terry has the worst customer service and while we were shopping we were treated with red carpet the min we signed the contract it was as if we had a disease they had nothing to do with us and refused to call us back. The vehicle we bought has a break system problem which caused us to be in an accident we informed Henry the manager and Terry we had 4 little ones and needed a safe car. We drove up to the lot the very next day and Henry test drove it saw the red break light and stated he would call the service department at their other location and then would call is back to tell us when we could bring it in NEVER happened. I want back after 2 weeks of waiting and Terry was there he rudely told me he had no clue who I was he did not remember me or selling the car to me and that he did not promise anything. STAY away from this company specially if you have a family there are plenty of other trust worthy dealers who can help you luckily my uncle is an attorney and Ive worked for dealers before so believe me my problem will be fixed I just want to save someone of going through the trouble we have gone through.

They make it look Like they have nice cars......told me the transmission was good and nothing wrong and now a year later it goes out. And only 80k on the k 03 Silverado......bunch of shady mechanics and theyll lie about anything to sell you a car. Now Im 5k in the hole for the repairs I have to do now....lesson learned.......never shop at used car dealer again and will tell everyone I know to stay away from this place.

HORRIBLE! Worst place ever! I went to L.A. Motors because my old car kept leaving me stranded on the side of the road and I had bad credit so didnt have many options... I spent about 3hrs waiting for paperwork to be completed and financing to be done. Finally drove off with my car. Went back about 3 times over the next week because they kept forgetting to have me sign things and at one point asked me to give an extra $500 deposit. Was told by the sales guy that the battery was acting up as he handed me the keys (great). The next day I noticed that NONE of my doors would lock. Had to take it back to get that fixed. Their mechanics ONLY work on the vehicles Mon-Wed so good luck, missed a day of work. About a week later sure enough my battery dies and I got stranded at the super market. At the same time I was experiencing issues with my brakes, back to L.A. Motors, another day off work. Did that about 3 times because every time I got the car back it seemed that the brakes we worse! About a month after getting the car one of the headlights burned out and I noticed that part of my bumper seemed to be FALLING OFF THE CAR! Not to mention that I couldnt use my remote to unlock the car anymore. When I popped it open i noticed that the metal part holding the battery in place was broken and someone had tried to glue it! Obviously that didnt work, btw, my remote STILL doesnt work. About 6 months later I was told that the brakes ALL needed to be changed, apparently they were COMPLETELY worn out, metal to metal. Was also told that the water pump had a hole & my car was really close to overheating. Now, 9 months later, I have to change the front rotors and 2 tires.... I have put over $500 into this car and am ready to get rid of it! Worst experience of my life. NEVER AGAIN, HATE THIS PLACE!!!

STAY AWAY!!!! They will take advantage of you and never fix the vehicle even though they messed it up. If I could go back in time I would stay away and never buy the car. This place is shady, lacks integrity, and claims to be a Christian company but its only a front.

If I could do -0 stars I would I went there two months ago got a Chevy Malibu and 4 days later fuel pump messed up took almost a week to fix it they sent It to LA motors on las Vegas blvd and I got the car back a month later fuel pump messed up again they tell me they have no mechanic right now and I would have to buy $500 fuel pump and pay to get it fixed than pay $385 in payments and $251 insurance till this day car still sitting there with the plates I just paid $300 for NEVER EVER GO HERE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY IM IN THE PROCESS OF REPORTING THEM WITH MY LAWYER!!!!!!! THE GUY THAT HELPED ME IS INO!!!

Super bad place to buy a car from

Bought a 2014 Toyota Corolla LE, the first battery they gave me was full of dry battery acid, that battery gave out in less than a month, I told them and they gave me a new battery that battery went out in Less then two weeks, I told them it might be the alternator they told me it’s not their problem, I bought a new battery and it didn’t even last 3 days, don’t buy a car here, they will do you wrong!

If you are desperate for a car this is the place to go. They will do pretty much anything to get you into a vehicle fast.

I purchased my toyota Camry here at L.A. Motors and Im very happy with my car :), I totally recommend L.A. Motors, they are really helpful, reasonable prices, downpayments and low monthly payments!!!! For sure my next purchased will be at L.A. Motors again.

Had the same problem as ALENA did.. sent me to another la motors off of las vegas blvd. And they never fixed the leaking fuel pump on the car like they said they would! so I ended up paying 700$ to go some where else and get it fixed! Because car was having starting problems after 2 weeks Kuz of loosing pressure from cracked fuel pump SO IF YOUR THINKING ABOUT CAR SHOPPING HERE ITS A BAD IDEA! NO MATTER HOW GOOD THE PRICES SEEM!!! THE CARS ALL HAVE PROBLEMS!!!

I accompanied my mom on her new car purchase. This is her 3rd vehicle and first from L.A.MOTORS as she just moved here from out of state. These guys were definitely the best of the USED CAR dealerships weve dealt with.Our salesman was kerry and he was fantastic. Personable, funny, and at no point in time was he pushy. He went above and beyond to get us the best deal possible and ensure that my mom was happy. He even bought us each a cup, even though Im a loyal Lexus driver. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to get a car from this dealership. Between my own and my mothers many car purchases he was top 2 from any dealership, brand of car, or location that Ive dealt with.My only complaint isnt really even a complaint, more of a suggestion for the dealership as a whole. Vegas is a melting pot for people from all over the country and the world. Ive lived in five states now and Nevada is the first that doesnt include license and registration in the cost of the car. This was definitely strange to both my mom and I, so finding out there was an extra almost $300 out of pocket to register the car was a bit of a surprise.Overall, great experience. kerry gets 5 stars. The missing star is only because I think the dealership as a whole (in no way does this reflect kerry attitude)

I bought a Honda Civic and within a week the car was already over heating and they said it was just a cap but it wasnt and I ended up loosing the car because of all the money i wasted in repairs . Dont trust these scamartist .

5 months ago I bought a car in this store and the service of the seller and the finance people was great.I returned a few days with my wife to want to get another car and I was attended by a different vendor named Henry, who from the beginning attended us very cordially.After he already sold us a car that was like for the garbage and supposedly he promised to change the car when he had more money to be able to finance something better and the money that I gave him for the stubbornness that he sold that money will pass him to my new Down and after signing the contract I changed the whole time and until I treated myself with shouts and screams and I did not want to owe the money!I recommend that if someone wants to buy a car in this dieler aga to be attended by someone else because HENRI is a meticulous and fraudster and does not hold his word!
