Flawless service experience. Quick check-in. Faster then estimated time to service, handed my keys and I’m gone. Could not be easier and customer service was great. While I was waiting I had a chat with Daniel on the sales team and he was also super helpful. Zero hard sell and genuinely seemed to have my best interests at heart.

Glen was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and was personable. He just showed us what we asked about, explaining everything as detailed as we like. Then gave us time to discuss the purchase. This was best car buying experience to date and Ive owned Cadillac, Lexus, BMW etc. Glen should be commended for his expertise and style.

Had a slightly rocky start with this dealership but they really worked hard to help me out and get back on track…Bought a car recently and had a good experience. Dealt with Glen and he did a great job explaining everything and making it an easy comfortable process. Had been in once previously and saw Donny that time, who was also very nice. Be aware- they are not high pressure like some dealerships, so you can feel relaxed making your decisions. I also dealt with Rick and Dan (managers), and they are both awesome and helpful as well. Feeling very excited about my new car!

Brandon, our service adviser, is excellent! He wants to get the job done and works to make it happen. I never doubt he will do his homework to make sure we get the best service. I am a bit spoiled with the dealerships in Houston Texas though where we had free car washes and the washes were thorough. Both times we have picked up our vehicle, its been washed but its evident not much focus is placed on that. At such a high dollar vehicle, I could ding the rating slightly for this but since everything else has been handled well, we will go with 5 stars.

Awful customer service. I towed my car to Land Rover when my alternator died.For four days, it sat in the garage, untouched with very little follow up. Because there was no power, the doors would not unlock. They wanted to charge me $150 to break into my own car. I told them I could call AAA to do it for free. That wasn’t allowed because outside vendors aren’t allowed on site. The texting service they use for updates would be good, in theory. but my rep, Chris, was short, cold & unprofessional. I ended up towing my RR to another garage that fixed the problem within 24 hours. The other garage told me that my engine cover was missing. I had to return to LR, unfortunately, because they “forgot” to put the engine cover back on and the tech still had it.

Melissa Harvey is without a doubt, a fantastic service writer!! She’s always extremely pleasant and nice, thorough, very knowledgeable, maintains excellent communication, respectful and flexible with me when I’m trying to schedule a service. As a former service writer/advisor for a high end dealership in South Florida I am aware of the higher standards and expectations in such a department and Melissa checks off all the boxes strong.I also have to say Chris Castillo is another very nice and eager to assist service advisor. Chris jumped right in to help me start getting set up with my service when I arrived late and during the tail end of Melissa’s lunch break. He was my sales representative the entire time and walked me through the way with such knowledge and class. I bought the Range Rover and Im am so very pleased. Mike Shiffman is awesome - I have no other words for my great experience. I bought my new Discover vehicle from Los Angles CA. I thought buying a car from out of state would be a hassle but my experience with Mike has been absolutely wonderful and worry free. Made an appointment about 3 weeks out. A cover was broken on my drivers seat and had to get the radio checked. Was told I would have to leave the vehicle over night.The day I dropped it off they called me and told me they had ordered the wrong part and that I would have to bring the car back again.Mistakes happen I understand but it still makes things very inconvenient to bring a car back. Taking away from my time to do something that should have been completed right the first time.I gave 3 stars because Brandon and all the staff there are polite and professional.

I arrived on foot to pick up my car and came into the service area via the showroom. One of the service advisors who was not helping me noticed I had come in and offered to be of assistance. Even the lady who greets customers as they drive in outside noticed I slipped in through the showroom entrance and she greeted me and went to bring up my car. First class operation!

I had a terrible experience with Land Rover. On the middle console of the 2018 Range Rover sport there is a tray table. Unbeknownst to me, and probably everyone else, if you set anything resembling a credit card or driver’s license on it, it can easily slid behind the console and you will not be able to retrieve it. In order to retrieve anything that slides through, you have to remove the entire console, which Land Rover charges $380 dollars to complete.The most disheartening thing is that Land Rover is fully aware of this issue, as I was informed by the service department, and hasn’t done anything to rectify this problem. It is a real easy fix, which wouldn’t cost them much money at all.This appears to be a grift to me, because the fix is so easy. Another disheartening thing that occurred is that I completed two surveys and requested Land Rover contact me and they have failed to do so.This by no means is looking out for the customer.

Chris Castillo is the man, he took the best care of us. My Fiance and I live in Utah and actually work for a dealership up here. We were on a road trip to California when our tire blew and we needed a new one. With no appointment or prior history at Land Rover Las Vegas, they took us in like we were their favorite clients. We were beyond impressed with the whole service team, and would go back to service my Jaguar. HIGHLY RECOMMEND LAND ROVER LAS VEGAS!!

Amazing experience purchasing my vehicle. Daniel Keizer was my Sales Angel and If I could only give him 100 stars.During our initial conversation I had communicated that I wanted a White car. There were none in stock, but Daniel asked me to build a model and to come in and speak w. him to discuss deal. We were in communication about 3 weeks ahead of my deal. He never pressured and ask me to leisure come in to dealership to look at possibilities. I stopped by on a Saturday. I was going to settle for a Silver one, as there is a shortage of vehicles. The morning of my deal, Dan calls me w. the amazing news that he had found a white one.He did all the financing approvals ahead of time, and I took care of that part not at the dealership. I was approved in less than an hour and all I had to do that evening is go and sign final paper work and pick up my car.I was at the dealership less than 2 hours. Signing was done electronically and the longest part was Daniel helping me understand my vehicle and the functionality w. my car. Took pictures and even named my car Snowflake. I love my Snowflake and love the service I received.The best part was not having to spend hours and hours at the dealer playing the negotiation game. Great, no pressure service and Im in lowe w. my car.

ZERO STARS. The service department is rude, disrespectful, and lazy. It took 3 weeks for them to return my calls to schedule service, then they kept my car for a WEEK after it was fixed and lied to me throughout the whole process. The service director has not responded to multiple emails. Unorganized and unacceptable service from a high end dealer.

Charlie in parts saved not just the day, but the week! I needed a rare ETC1260 for my 1991 Range Rover, not the most common vehicle or part. Charlie found what was probably the last one in the US. He promised Id have it by Friday and I had it a day early! Its already installed and working great, keeping my engine cool again in the hot desert sun! Genuine parts are what keep my ol Range Rover running best. 282,000+ miles! Thank you, Charlie!

After asking the dealership to use its 3rd party vendor to remove a couple of scratches from my wheels (and repaint them), I reported that the car was not driving as smoothly as it used to. My service advisor put me in touch with the service manager and ultimately he and his team identified the cause and resolved it. I have to say that it took a little longer than I expected, however it got resolved to my satisfaction.I love my RR Sport and Im happy that I can count on a team of people that can help me getting always the best experience out of my vehicle.

Probably the worst choice you can make is bring your car here for any sort of service. I own a Land Rover LR3Which was sent to their repair place to get suspension work done. I was charged at the end of the day $2500 for 2 parts that were serviced it wouldn’t be to bad of a price if the shop would actually charge you the right amounts and not make 4th grade math errors in they’re invoices and receipts. Was scammed out of $360 and a air suspension compressor which can cost upwards of $1500, The part was changed yes but I take very good care of all my vehicles have owned 3 Land Rovers and have never seen such blasphemy happen before my eyes. They refuse to give you you’re 1 year warranty that is given to you before services and plus the $1250 part that was changed came defective and I’m getting charged another $1250 to buy a new one because they are not responsible for fault factory work. My car had 1 problem and came out with every single dash light activated showing problems. I come in to the dealership to sort out these problems and see what they can do and I’m greeted by a service advisor that didn’t know what half the parts in the car were, an ignorant manager who didn’t want to even touch the subject and told me he couldn’t do anything and all I could do was pay and probably the worst part some ignorant composure losing “BIG BOSS” as he called himself manager who will yell and curse at you with no holding back. To remind you I spent $2500 for a service and they promised me of a simple car wash which is courtesy of them done to my car. DONT EVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO LAND ROVER JAGUAR LAS VEGAS OFF ROY HORN STREET, SAVE YOURSELF AND YOUR MONEY DONT FALL FOR THE SCAM.

I was lucky enough to buy a 2001 Sport back in 2008 (1 owner, dealer serviced) in Reno and moved back to Las Vegas that Christmas. I had never been to the LRLV dealership and had a variety of experiences over the years that left a general vibe of mistrust of shops- Les Schwab balancing and rotating my tires (twice!) when 2 of my bearings were bad, Ted Wiens replacing the wrong brakes on my car and the battery after I said no, Chapman Dodge claiming there were no cases of the tailgate breaking free from the Jeeps (cracks your taillight in half then they hope you have after market tires so they can deny the repair) happened twice with less than 20k miles, point is- I showed up skeptical.The honesty of the shop and friendliness of the staff has kept me happily on the road for 13 years. Hands down, LRLV has been the most competent dealership I have encountered. Also- Gary has been an amazing service advisor- honest, kind, and works to get issues resolved. Five stars!

The transition was seamless. Malias professionalism and approachable demeanor gave me comfort to address my vehicle service concerns. She was timely to address maintenance service needed and was thorough in explaining the details to me. Scheduling the vehicle was effective with quick turnaround while providing me with a loaner. We are so incredibly impressed with Range Rover of Las Vegas. My husband and I have bought so many cars in and out of state and have never been wowed like we were here. Ed Gaylor’s customer service was top notch and we can not thank him enough for finding our dream Range Rover (a white long body style with a long wheel base and the black package was no easy task) and being truly outstanding to work with. All of the employees were fantastic (thank you Dylan and Mike) and seemed happy to be there. My appointment to repair/check up would be on Dec 9th. But on Dec 4th, i have to took my car to the dealer because it have no battery. I worked with Richard. I felf unhappy working with him. He not friendly at all. But it ok. That is not a problem. After he took all information he called Lyft to took me home and said will call me whenever my car ready. So i thought my car will be done on the Monday because i dropped my car there on Friday afternoon. I got a call on Monday but not for pick up the car. That called just said want to cancel my appointment on Dec 9th. I told the guy on phone my car at the dealer already. He didnt told me that the service department has to close until next Monday. On Tuesday Dec 8th, i called to check my car is done yet and i found down the service department close for some reason. It mean my car will not done until they open the service department. I have no car to drive for a week. I said i want to talk to the manager but the manager at service department not there. After few minutes the lady transfer me to Ray (manager also). I told him about the issue. He asked my phone number and said will call me back. Ok. He let me wait from 11am to 1:30pm. He didnt call, i called again they told me he in lunch time so i left the message call me back. 3pm, noone called me back. I have to call again, he not in the office. I asked the lady how they will going to do. She but me on hold like 10mins. After all, she came back and told me go to Enterprise to rent a car and they will pay for rental.The problem here is a brand name luxury car company but the way of working is not professional. Why not make the customer happy in the first time. Have to let customers call and call back many times. Do they think customers need them, they dont need customers??!!!

The service department is great. I bought a vehicle out of state and within two days of getting it the check engine came on. I called the dealership and they were able to get it in the same day. It did take a few days to fix but they kept me in the loop about what was going on. Super friendly and helpful. I recommend these folks if you have an issue.

I was in last week for a windshield replacement. I have no idea why it took 2 days to replace a windshield, but it did (Last time I was in for a basic maintenance service it took 2 days as well..really??). One day of the windshield replacement apparently was spent calling my insurance company to make sure they would authorize Land Rover to replace the windshield... a call that I made to my insurance company 4 days prior to me scheduling my appointment so the dealership didnt have to spend time doing it. When I called and made my appointment I gave you guys the reference number and everything from my insurance, so again, It doesnt make sense that it took a whole day to do that while my car sat there (basically the guy helping me told me it took all day to make 3 phone calls to them). Which really wouldnt have mattered my car sitting there for a month if need be if you guys would have offered a replacement vehicle. When I lived in LA the Land Rover dealership ALWAYS gave a replacement vehicle when they serviced my vehicle... apparently not you guys. At the very least being offered a ride would have been nice.... but didnt get that either. Even having the car washed would have been something... didnt get that either.Basically I dread coming in here because I know its going to cost twice as much, take forever and going to be a hassle.

My experience with Land Rover spans over 4 months. From test driving multiple SUVs to ordering the one I wanted. My salesman Glen was excellent every step of the way. He was very informative about everything that was happening from the time of ordering to delivery. Also the technical service staff member Danielle is very professional and great service. She even came to my home to teach me in detail how to operate the equipment and set up my garage remote control. The whole staff is friendly making it a great experience. Thanks Land Rover!

Update (2020): Chris Castillo is still the best thing since sliced bread. Everyone at the dealership is pitching in, sanitizing cars as they come and leave service. They’re organized and prepared for customers. They’re still thorough and really kind.Original Review: Chris Castillo, in service, is honestly the best customer service provider I’ve ever met. Not just in car care, but in my entire life. The lounge at the Land Rover in Vegas is as cozy as a coffee shop. Chris communicated well throughout my visit. After my routine check up, he walked me to my (freshly washed) car and opened the door for me. It was better than most the first dates I’ve been on! Although I hope I have no reason to need car repairs any time soon, I can’t wait to visit Land Rover again for a routine check up or oil change. I really had a remarkable experience.

We went to Land Rover of Las Vegas with the idea getting the wife a Range Rover Sport. We were met by Donny Tackett, what a person to get. He was unbelievably knowledgeable and treated us like we were important. He allowed my wife to ask a million questions and didn’t bat an eye to answer with honesty. He took the time to show her many models until she found the perfect fit.We then spoke with Charles Anderson and he made us feel like we a part of a family. We were in and out and the paperwork was easy .They went over every inch of the vehicle and didn’t let us leave until we were satisfied.I would like to applaud Land Rover of Las Vegas for earning a customer for life. In the middle of Covid-19 and my husband being out of work for 7 weeks our Land Rover broke down, first time. I immediately had it towed to Chris Lamb and he gave me the bad news. My service tech Robert did such an amazing job on communicating to me throughout the whole process my truck was being serviced. He was able to arrange a rental for me well my truck had to stay at the shop. The only reason I gave it a four star rating is the walk in service is confusing since there’s no one in the front checking you in. And if you don’t approach anyone.... no one will approach you which is a little odd since you’re there to get service. I’ll definitely go back since my truck is being taken care of.

I had a bad experience here long ago. But what a change! We needed service for our Jaguar that could only be done here. The new facility is beautiful and the service friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. This is a business that cares and I highly recommend Land Rover Las Vegas.

I have to say some of the service writers and technicians are nice, but my overall experience for the last week have been subpar.I get no updates as to when my Range Rover would be ready. When I called this past Friday to check status, I find out the person who’s handling my SUV called out sick.He could have called on Thursday to share the status. Now it’s Monday morning, does he call and update me. No. I have to call in to another service tech who was polite and apologized for the other service tech dropping the ball with communicationsThen I am given a loaner vehicle. They just hand me the keys. Mind you, all the controls in vehicle are a bit foreign to me, and no one tries to show me basic switches in order for me to use and how to use.There’s a reason a loaner vehicle is given out. Not just to give the client a replacement vehicle. But they failed to know that. It took me about 5-10 minutes to figure some things out.Then I brought the loaner back in for a tire issue. At first the tech was nice. After 1 hour, I asked him what was wrong with tire. His whole attitude changed to answer me rudely and abruptly.Then I’m given a second loaner. Handed the keys to a vehicle that again has controls I’m not familiar with, and told, have a nice day. So I’m sitting there again for about 10 minutes figuring things out.I have 2017 Range Rover, and the new loaners have changed a lot on dashboard since then. Both loaners had very different controls. I can’t begin to tell you that the people that handled me during my visits are very much lacking in what customer service means and don’t know how to deliver it.Only saving grace in this experience over the last 10 days is service tech named Chris. He was and is very polite, informative, professional, and apologetic about his fellow associates in how poorly they handled things with me.

I’ve taken both my Land Rover LR4 and Range Rover HSE to the Land Rover Dealership to have my trucks serviced. Right away I was treated like family and felt comfortable knowing my trucks are being worked on an actual LR dealership. I’m leaving this review because of the awesome crew and service they provided with my trucks from, air suspension, cooling system, yearly maintenance and check, oil change ( I will never get my oil changed anywhere but at the LR dealership only, wouldn’t care if jiffy lube was offering free oil changes and that’s a fact) and just basic info if you ever need it about your Land Rover/ Range Rover. Robert the service manager, Riley service manager, Melissa service manager, and the whole service crew. Thank you Julio and all service personnel in the shop! You guys are awesome. No more mom and pop shops for me, just my opinion, because I rather go somewhere who knows my trucks the best and that would be the company who makes it....LAND ROVER DEALERSHIP!! Love my location on Roy Horn Dr in SW Las Vegas. Regarding the service dept: I drove in late from Utah last night and I needed a DEF service ASAP and wasn’t completely sure if I could do it on my own. Robert accommodated us for an early morning appointment so that I could get my daughter to her hockey tournament at the arena. Best customer service I’ve had in a long time. He took the time to explain all the nuisances of having a diesel that I usually let my husband handle. I couldn’t be more thankful. My daughters also enjoyed bagels and hot chocolate while we waited. So breakfast was covered!

Service reps have a good understanding of technical problems, and all the staff are very courteous. I felt very comfortable with their advice, and the work was finished on time. Only problem is with only one dealership in town, it usually takes 2-3 weeks to set a service date.

Have had to bring my vehicle in 2 times for loud noise coming from the left rear of the vehicle, howling, since the car had 9K miles on it. I have been told this is a known problem but again I am sent away with it not fixed. Everyone who I drive with and around notices the noise but no one at the dealership. People are nice, quick to get to you, but not fixing my issue is a real problem for such an expensive vehicle.
