I think I have found my dealership of choice. The owners are transparent and accommodating. Not only are the cars put through a quality test, but unlike some other dealerships I have visited, every car is spit spot clean. I have a few more cars left to purchase over the year for the rest of the family and have decided that if RT Motorsports doesnt have it, I wont buy it. That is how great of a buying experience it was.I bought a 2007 car that looks like it just left the factory floor, at an extremely reasonable price.

Robert was amazing! He worked with my credit and my budget to get me affordable payments with in house finance. My friend is a master mechanic and he did a thorough inspection and scan of the car, Ive never seen him so impressed by a vehicle. Ive bought cars from other lots in the past and this experience was totally different in the best way. Robert had me back on the road in three hours too! I cant say enough good things about RT motorsports and the guys running the business!

STAY AWAY AND DON’T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID! I recently bought a 2016 Scion IA at this dealership. Everything seemed good and the car was running well for a bit. The car would have hard crank’s every morning when it first started so I decided to take the car to a mechanic to check it out. Keep in mind I’ve only had the car for a month. My mechanic told me that the engine had so much sludge buildup that they wouldn’t have touched the car with a 10ft pole. They told me whoever owned the car previously did not maintain or change the oil on the car. Now I’m stuck rehabbing the car back to life as I cleaned out all the engine sludge and fixing up a couple other issues. The dealership said they had their own mechanic look over the car before they sold it. Their mechanic must be blind as s**t then because I vastly overpaid for this piece of junk that I’m now stuck with. Thanks Robert 🥱🙄.

I went to this place with my fiance and step father ready to spend up to $8,000 for a used car, I had the money ready to go. I looked at their inventory ahead of time and had a few cars in mind. The prices were right, the cars looked okay, the first guy on the lot we spoke to seemed okay enough and then we asked to test drive the car I was the most interested in of the 5 cars I had inquired about. After going back and forth with another salesman (our first one apparently decided there were better people to put his sights on) for a bit he brought out the owner who let us know they do not allow people to test drive without a financial commitment. My step father has purchased many a car and has never experienced this.The owner then continued to explain how he didnt want to put in his money in gas for people to test drive cars to make sure the car actually works. This quickly became beyond suspicious for us and we said no thank you to buying a car from them. The owner then said Have a nice day in the rudes tone Ive ever heard. If youre smart you wont even bother with these people.

Just picked up my car today. Robert and German went above and beyond to get my deal done. For 2 days they worked to get this deal done. Robert stayed late last night to make this happen for me, then came in on his day off to close the deal. Thats great customer service. Roberts is a hammer. I mean that in a good way. They had to give me a loaner car. After bringing the loaner car home it wouldnt start again! I needed a loaner car for the loaner car!! When addressing this issue with the owner he said fix it myself! For HIS loaner car! When I finally got the car I purchased it was with the disclosure of my vehicle already paid for mind u, now has issues. Ball joint issue. Then!! When trying to get the car smogged to be registered it failed. I went back to the dealership to address this and the only thing the female owner said was she can help me get insurance??!! While she sat there dialing insurance company a to get me a quote, I continued to address the vehicle issues over and over again determined to get the assistance I needed. When I finally tell her that the insurance was the least of my worries and now Im concerned on what kind of business is being ran and what vehicle was sold to me she yelled at me to leave her office and never come back, the employees where threatening to fight me as I walked to my car. My temporary paper plate expired over a month ago and Im still not able to register the vehicle. Now I find out the smog these peoples used may have been manipulated in some way. Smog isnt passing and noll cost me a minimum of over 500 for a fuel value issue IF that even allows the vehicle to pass!! These people have yelled at me, disrespected me, allow their employees to threaten their clients and have just flat out lied so they can pocket the money and throw their customers to the curb with a vehicle that cant be registered or driven!!This place is a joke!!

I have also referred the dealership to a insurance broker that can assist customers with insurance so the company does not loose deals based off the customers can’t get reasonable insurance.I went in wanting to purchase another car and the Customer service was terrible!! Robert the owner refused to work with me even after my family purchased 2 cars from his dealership, and me leaving my insurance brokers information to assist his customers get reasonable insurance. Right off the jump he asked for $2500-$3500 down without even running my credit and all there cars are used!What a joke!!! Take your business elsewhere to someone that appreciates your business and your help. Everyone here was so helpful!! I saw the truck I wanted on an online site and Robert was quick to reply with information and contact info. I happened to fly into Las Vegas 2 days later and on arrival Mario was our salesman and bent over backwards to help with the whole purchase process. Although I didn’t purchase that vehicle the same day due to a minor mechanical issue, they kept the promise they made me to fix the issue and Jaquie helped sending the final papers to Florida for me to sign. Mario even helped me arrange transportation of the vehicle back to Florida. Highly recommend this dealership!!!

Very unprofessional and they love to bait and switch!! They advertised a vehicle for $16,995 and when we got there after driving 30 minutes, they tell us its $18,995 because we wanted to finance. They messaged us on Facebook in regards to the vehicle and when we told them why we left, they got an attitude and told us no need to be upset either you want it or not! No big deal!! I would NEVER buy a vehicle from an unprofessional dealer and I can promise you that Ill NEVER step foot at this so called dealership EVER AGAIN.

Waste of time. Had an offer letter from tru car for a certain car and had an made an appointment with the owner Robert but by the time we got there the car had been sold 2 days prior. It would have been nice to know that prior to coming in.

Hello Everyone, Its story time on 03/20/21 was the day to look around for a family vehicle it was truly a day of being long,tiring & frustrating from being look over and scammed! I was at my last of patience and looking until i drove past R/T motorsport! When i walked passed a man named Robert and Milton and Jacqueline. I just was treated as how i wanted to feel that my business was wanted and appreciated. I walked out theyre office as if i was getting the vehicle for free lol. Great people and i love my car by the way! YAAY WE DID IT ROBERT & Milton & Jacqueline 😍

We bought a vehicle and spent 5 thousand dollers with no payments and pretty much got a lemon car definitely was lied to about the issues with the vehicle didnt pass smog and cant Register our vehicle and was told that the issue we would of had was dealing with the front end and everything else was good and then I take it in for a check up and I find out am having issues the fual valve and its going to coast over 500 to get it fixed JUST TO GET OT REGISTERED. when the issue was presented to this buisness I was yelled at, threatened by employees, and kicked out of the office!!!!! Now!! I have to pay over 500 dollars just to get the minor issue fixed to pass smog to register the car!!!!HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! WORST DEALERSHIP I have ever been to. Beware of this place, u may be the next to be scammed.

I went in to ask about a Toyota Camry they had listed online. When I asked the sales man if I could test drive the car he asked to borrow my ID and to wait inside for him to bring the car upfront. The sales man, Mario informed me he was taking a bit longer since he needed to put gas in the car. After about 15-20 minutes of waiting I figured there was something wrong with the car. Not wanting to be rude and just leave I asked another associate to speak to the person that was helping me. He went to the back to call him. At this point an older guy informed me they were checking the car because the car battery was drained. I informed him that the situation made me uneasy because it should not take that long for the car to start up. He then said, “it’s just the car battery but if you have to be on you way, then be on your way.” There was no need for him to speak to me in such a nasty manner. Mario then came out at that point and I thanked him for his time and told him I would be holding of on buying the car. Not once did I hear an apology for making me wait so long without any explanation of what was going on. There is no ethical reason a car dealership should be selling a car that is not turning on. This shows they do not properly inspect their vehicles. Highly unsatisfied with my visit.

This place is clean and friendly, but the condition of the cars are not checked thoroughly. I left the lot with a 2007 Mazda 6 and not even a week later my transmission went out and they wouldn’t assist me in finding a local garage. I ended up paying $3000 for a refurbished transmission. Not only that but the cabin filter, battery and driver window were old and had to be replaced as well. They state the cars are in good condition, but we spent more fixing the car, than it is worth. They were not helpful in getting the car repaired. Kept coming up with excuses. I do not recommend this auto sales company, as we lost a lot of money. Thank you!

So I went to look at a 2004 4runner. It was in decent shape. They were up front about the little issues it had but nothing major or mechanical. Nice people and had a great experience.

Long but detailed review!!Originally found RT Motorsports on Car Gurus and searched their inventory of cars. My fiance and I were interested in a basic car for me to commute to/from my desk job so my fiance could use the Prius we own for his Amazon business (drives a lot & needs the miles/safety features). After searching we came across this 2011 Hyundai Accent for less than 4K and under 100K miles! We really didnt want to spend more than 5k since I would be driving the car for work & errands but I needed something reliable, with working engine/transmission, clean title, good gas mileage, nothing over 100K miles & cheap! Since my fiance knows about cars and has owned a Hyundai previously, we took a trip to RT Motorsports & he was able to test drive the car & check it out to make sure there wasnt any issues with it. We walked in and were greeted by Kris who was very kind & took the time to hear what we were looking for and the price point we wanted to be in. We all agreed the Hyundai would meet our price point and expectations of what we were looking for. Kris was very upfront of their inventory & showed us that all the other cars they had, while having nicer features like bluetooth & leather seats, would be going over our budget after taxes. Since we were paying with a check they were able to honor the online cash value price which saved us quite a few bucks! All in all Id say this was a very successful purchase. I can see how someone who has never purchased a car, financed anything, knows nothing about cars, or is inexperienced with car sales could potentially feel like they didnt get the best deal when purchasing a used car from a place like RT Motorsports. Im going to tell you right now that feeling doesnt just magically change just because you walk into a brand name dealership with brand new cars on the lot. The salesmen at those dealerships can be rude & not upfront but there, were talking a 40K purchase for the next 6 years! If youre lucky & do your homework youll finance correctly & have a good downpayment (but still, 40K = 1 college tuition). Ive had to purchase 3 different cars within the last 4 years all brand new, all financed, all from big time dealerships, & every time I told myself Im never doing this again. It felt so nice to drop less than 5K on a vehicle vs dropping 35K+ on the cars I used to own and not worry about going into debt right before our wedding! So if youve done your research & know what you want from a vehicle and how much your willing to spend then I would highly recommend RT Motorsports! Theyve got a great selection of affordable cars, fiance options with a credit union, cars with clean titles, & a great team. Thank you Kris, Tom, Maria, and all the finance people for making this our easiest car purchase ever! I can sleep good at night knowing Ive got a reliable car thats not going to leave me stranded or worse thousands in debt ! Ill be sending anyone I know thats looking for a car there!

Don’t waste your time here.I had come in for a truck I saw on line and was informed it had been sold. As I was about to leave another truck caught my attention. I spent about 20 minutes looking it over and when I asked for a test drive the employee assisting me asked how I was paying. I stated I was paying cash. He said he wanted to see the cash and that I could drive it after I pay for it. They also would not offer a Carfax report for me to verify information on the vehicle.I’m not purchasing a truck before I drive it. When I asked to work with someone else, he told me that is the policy. I asked for a manager or the owner and was told ‘no’.I left and ended up purchasing a truck at Sahara Auto Sales where Ray and Cynthia were excellent to work with and didn’t question my ability to pay. Yes, I still paid in cash in full.Sorry RT Motorsports, you have a poor policy and a lack of tact and that cost you a sale and any referrals.

Absolutely loved this place. Service from Robert and Milton were great and answered all my questions. My girlfriend was happy with the facility and excited when we spotted our new Dodge Charger. I came in to see a 2000 Ford Mustang I saw online. The moment I got there, I was greeted by the owner, Robert. Now it was close to closing time and I did not want to waste his time and was very upfront with my situation. Let say this was the best and easiest car buying experience I have ever had!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Robert was upfront and honest and there was no gimmicks. Gave me a fair and honest deal on a used vehicle. Tom and Robert both were courteous, knowledgeable, and an overall pleasure to do business with. They then went above and beyond by saving my sister a large sum of money after she got a bogus evaluation on a parts issue with her own vehicle. The Sales-woman that was the Daughter of the Owner was great. However the Owner himself was offended that I did Not want to finance my purchase. In fact at one point he told me: What if I told you that your money is no good here. He was Incredibly Rude(for no reason), Super unprofessional and honestly a little creepy.He gave me the vibe that was either ex-mafia or did some time in a Super-Max Prison. I do not recommend this place to bring your family or disabled people.

I took my grandson in to see about purchasing a car for him and I was meet by a wonderful gentleman named Jr. I was a little nervous because I knew my credit wasnt the best and I had a limited income. Jr help walk me through the whole thing making sure that I understood everything and helped me find the perfect car, with a low down payment and very comfortable payments that allowed me not to become car broke. Thank you Jr. I highly recommend RT Motors and your salesperson Jr. I feel confident that my grandson is in a good car as he starts his first year of college.

This past weekend my dad purchased a Ford Explorer Trac from RT Motorsports. They gave him a great deal and had no problem accepting offers. Don’t waste your time here. very rude and unprofessional, Bought a 2012 Car from here with less than 100000 miles, they told me the mechanic had looked over everything but 2 days after purchase oil started leaking and then later in the month the motor completely failed. now stuck with unusable car with no title. robert and ernesto are very rude. bottom line it’s a shady business.

My husband and I went into buy a truck. First the sales person “Mario” was extremely judge mental acting like we couldn’t get approved for a car without giving almost $4000 down. When we told him we already are financed by other big dealerships he changed his attitude towards us. Ended up not getting the truck and soon after our personal information was stolen and now we are dealing heavily with identity theft and fraud.

I paid cash for a 2007 Lexus ES350 last August. He wanted full value for the car with 133,000 miles on it. Because of researching Lexus reputation, I ended up buying it hastily(my mistake) The posts that come up on Letgo and similar apps(dont remember with one I saw R/T on). It stated they sold one or two owner lease turn ins. What a crock!! He stated the car had been gone over by (his/Rick) mechanic and checked out ok. I got it home, the next day I was looking things over and discovered it was missing 6 lug nuts....REALLY?? Mechanic checked it out? It needed brakes all the way around, new headlight assembly, all struts. They put a flat spare tire in it. I recently put all new tires and pressure sensors in it...add all that up....STAY AWAY from these scammers. Oh, forgot, it had been in a wreck...MY mechanic showed me the pathetic Bondo and glue job....😠😠😠😠

The owner ROBERT OR WHATEVER definitely knows nothing about customer service i am disgusted at how i was treated by him! He stated im going to get my salesman im the owner i dont have the patience to deal with you thats what i pay them for then he stated before i say something ill regret all because i inquired on years and miles secondly he wanted me to put 2k down on a car im sure hes been trying to get rid of and wouldnt allow me to know the other 20/30 cars i was approved for CONTACTING THE BBB to file complaint because thats how low he made me feel

Tom was awesome, and very friendly. Everyone who was there were very friendly, however I had problems with the vehicle 2 days later, i have been calling every day, with very little success with talking to someone to help correct the problem. So Im very disappointed in the outcome with this company, I really thought that they were better than the rest. Right now I feel like they are just like the rest.

I thought they were helping me. My car I bought from them overheated 8 days after I bought it. I called them and nicely asked if they could help repair it. He said hed call me back . he knew I was 20 miles from home. They blew me off. They never returned my phone calls. He swore my car had been inspected and was fine. It had a broken thermostat and torn hose . The radiator was filled with rust water.

Horrible our car didnt even make it home the axle almost fell off the transmission had no oil in it the catalytic is coming up in smog we own the car for like 1 hour before it was on the tow truck and all the cars at this place the batters were dead I guess its couse nothing there passes smog Id like the owner to meet me one on one and to think I was going to buy a big 12000 dollar truck cash dont trust this place I wish the rep will contact me we will be seeking back pay for all expenses witch is like half of what they sol the car for

Lol it’s been going on 3 weeks now and I can honestly say Kris and Rob have been doing their best to make sure I feel like family and fix any issues/confusions I have. I left a good review because they asked me to while they worked on my brakes but a week after getting my car the transmission was shot, the brakes were making noise, and I had to buy a new battery. This place is a scam only go here if you want to be stuck with a lemon

Got a good car for cheap everyone I talked to was pretty nice and very upfront about any defects the used car I was buying may have.

I had a 2009 dodge journey in mind. It was listed on their website under their inventory. Well, its always to go to be true I guess. Went in there today and of course it was sold. Then asked about another use vehicle with low mileage it was sold. Asked about another car oh the check engine light turned on I then asked him well what does the service shop say its reading the error as. I dont know, but let me find out for you. Then I ask about another vehicle, that check engine light came on as well... I asked about 5 cars and they were all either sold or all of a sudden there was a service problem with them. Seems to me that from when I sat down to the mall and I left is one big scam from the get-go after they try to get me to buy a 2005 Jeep Cherokee Laredo after 5 years I paid $9,000 for it its already a 13 year old car that probably would have only lasted Me 2 years and would have died on me after that and I would have still been stuck paying that car note. I just seem to be pressuring me from the moment that I submitted an inquiry about a vehicle on it yesterday all I know is I will not be a customer there and taking my business elsewhere.

Had an easy transaction from beginning to end, there were minor things with the car that I wanted to take care during the sale, most places sell as is.But R/T werent above and beyond, with no extra charges. They took care of all my concerns.Everyone was nice and polite, and never felt ignored or annoyed.I usually hate car shopping but I would go back to R/T. No Hassel, no pressure and they explained everything thurally, so there were no surprises.Thanks again and hope to do business again 😉

Although I didnt make a purchase, my initial experience was pleasant. I was greeted by Milton with no hassel or super sale pitchs or annoying behaviour. Instead he simply asked if I was being helped, what I was looking for, price range and rather or not I would be financing or paying cash. He took the time to show me a few vehicles that I may or may not be interested in and a brief description, insight or history of said vehicle. I certainly appreciated the way he conducted himself and possibly may return once I figure out what I want exactly. Ask for Milton. I recommend him simply for his courtesy.

Honestly i would not rate them but i have to in order to leave a comment. But the sales man was very rude to husband when it came to asking about his credit and the sighn said bad credit okay he then said that well we wont help you untill your credit is about 800. They are a scam. My real rating is zero stars.

Buying a used car is always a stressful time, or so I thought, until my wife and I went to RT Motorsports recently. They changed our perspective.Initial Thoughts: I liked the fact that I was able to view their inventory online, which included lots of pictures and details of each car, including the mileage.Customer Service: From the time we arrived on the lot until we left a few hours later in our new car, we were very comfortable and it almost felt like we were buying a car from family. Robert, the owner came out and introduced himself and let us know he was there to help, but this was only the beginning of the great service we received.Sales Process: Tommy took over from there. Let me tell you, Tommy put us at ease more than any sales person we’ve ever encountered. He is a high energy guy, but not in an aggressive, overbearing way. As we walked the lot, his approach made us feel like he was there to assist us with information, rather than trying to march us toward a sale. When we were ready for a test drive, he just handed me the keys and said,” go ahead and take it for a spin”, this gave my wife and I a chance to really evaluate the car for ourselves, without the sales person breathing down our necks and DISTRACTING us. After the first test drive, we asked to get the approval process started so we would know where we stood on the numbers.Approval Process: They got us approved fast and easy and doing the approval first allowed us to know the numbers on each car, before we test drove it. With our damaged credit, we had some concerns, but not once did we feel like we were being judged or being STEERED toward a particular vehicle. When we asked about a particular car, Tommy would run inside and get the numbers and we would take it for a spin. Simple as that. Knowing what was in our price range up front, helped us save a lot of time and fortunately, it didn’t take long to find something we loved. The rest was a cake walk.Doc Signing: All in all, this part took about 15 minutes to complete and Jackie was very personable and thorough in reviewing the docs with us.Post-Sale: In my book, the REAL test of a company’s character is how they treat you AFTER the sale. The day after we purchased our car from RT Motorsports, it broke down. We called Tommy and didn’t even hesitate for a second. He assured us that whatever the problem was, they would take care of it and not to worry about it. His confidence really helped to put our minds at ease. He immediately brought the situation to the attention of the owner Robert and called us a tow truck. He assured us that they would be there within an hour, they would bring it back to the shop, have it inspected and fixed and that it wouldn’t cost us a dime.It turned out to be the alternator that needed to be replaced. They slapped a new one in and had us back on the road within 24 hours.The most important thing is that they took RESPONSIBILITY. They didn’t shrug it off, or pass the buck, or hide behind the legal documents that stated that we bought it “AS-IS”. When we brought it to their attention, they didn’t hesitate. They jumped on it IMMEDIATELY and fixed it, FAST and even delivered it to our house when the repair was done.Final Thoughts: Although the experience was great all around, their INTEGRITY is what impressed me the most about RT Motorsports and the biggest reason that I will recommend them to my friends, family, co-workers or anyone out there reading this.Thank you, Robert, Tommy, Jackie, and everyone at RT Motorsports for making our car purchase a great, hassle-free experience.Jason Michel - 2012 Kia Optima SX

My experience here to start was a pleasurable one. They have decent prices. Robert the owner however is a real douc bag. He really doesn’t care about the customer. As a part of my deal they were supposed to replace some parts on my car. I was called in by other employees saying that that part was in 5 times and I drove clear across town to get the part and did not have it. The company is a wreck. No one knows what is going on. After I bought my car I found that they had spray painted my carpet to cover up stains!!! This is completely not acceptable!!! They are buying really horrible cars and hiding all kinds of problems!!! DO NOT BUY HERE!!!! Then to top it all off 2 months after the car was financed they called and wanted to put a GPS tracking device in my car….now don’t get me wrong….i have some pretty bad credit with the economy but they want to track me…Come on!!!! I told them no and then Robert started swearing at me on the phone calling me a piece of sh** and how he doesn’t f**** care….What a slime ball.

I came in here with little hope on finding a car, but Tyrese just helped me out through the way and he made everything very fast AND simple. GREAT customer service and I left the building a VERY happy customer 👍🏼 If you visit this place make sure you ask for Tyrese, hands down best customer service Ive had in YEARS.
