The store MAKES you want to cook.Pre-pandemic I enjoyed their cooking classes to push me to make things I would be afraid to tey at home (not sure if they still offer these).We NEED food to live. I had an easy and seamless experience. I spoke to Denise and she was able to provide me with everything I needed. The store was clean and organized. I had an interesting chat with a charming woman who had short blonde hair. Im not going to lie the lines were a bit confusing but every store is like that now plus its Christmas time, it wasnt bad enough to deduct a star in my opinion. Thank you ladies for your help, happy holidays and wishing abundance of health to you and your families.

Amazing store and staff! I’m sometimes hesitant to shop at this brand because of the store atmosphere, this location blew me away. Denise is a genuine sweet heart! She’s so knowledgeable of the product, industry standards, and just about anything else you could want to know! Carrie is also a total super star! Her service and personality A++ It was so much fun shopping with her. I can’t wait to find another excuse to stop in to the store!

Be careful using gift cards for curbside orders. If they do not have the item, they will cancel the item, and the gift card will disappear into the ether.Then, you can wait on hold for 35 minutes to explain what happened.Then, youll get an investigation done for 10 more minutes, while youre on hold.Then, youll be told to wait for the gift card to be mailed to you by snail mail, and it should arrive in a week. Youll be provided the equivalent value they lost. Nothing digital. Nothing you can apply to a gift purchase at the time you were buying. Thats the best they can do.Hopefully youll get a better rep than I did, who was borderline rude.In store staff does the best they can under the circumstances, but the policy and the way this was handled by the call center was beyond frustrating.

I purchased a cuisinart coffeemaker, and its awesome. Looks great and outstanding quality. Wish it were more inviting like it used to be.

Place is nice but the staff is stuck up.I asked a lady for help and she pushed on by saying excuse me and went over to another customer.I almost walked out but they were the only place I found in town that carried what I needed without having to order it.The other gal working there wasnt as snobby but still....BS!

Store was busy at 1st, but it wasnt too bad by the time I finished shopping. Great deals if you know where to look.

My daughter and I came in today to purchase plates. David helped us and was so friendly, helpful, not pushy, just overall amazing. Each store person was nice today but sorry everyone because David is our favorite! I cant wait to use my beautiful plates!

Newly remodeled and a beautiful store. They can be a bit pricey, but they sell quality items, watch for the sales. I like that they offer cooking classes on Sunday mornings.

Typical Williams and Sonoma. Lots of stuff you just gotta have until you see the price. But there are usually some good deals and sales on high-quality kitchen gear.

Theyre so helpful with their suggestions. They actually use the products as well so you get an expert opinion.

Nice clean store

Found that the purchased Christmas gift was previously opened/sold and incomplete when gifted. Promptly brought it back to the store for an exchange, which was completed after they asked me if I kept the missing item. They ended up offering a discount for the trouble but retracted the offer stating that I got too good of a deal to offer any further discount or compensation for the trouble. Tacky...
