My Acer laptop was having a problem with the touchpad not working. They wanted to change to much money to see what the problem was. I called Acer helpline . All I had to do was press F7 and problem solved.

I called for a problem with outlook and the problem took 10 days to fix and they lost some of my contacts. I requested to speak to a supervisor several times and no one called until a month later. When he called I told him the problem and he did nothing but defend their organization and his actions. He finally offered me a $40.00 discount on any future business. If you use this company be aware that no one is watching the technicians and if they screw up you are not getting you money back.

I have been using Tech 2 U in Las Vegas for many years -- at least 10. I have had repairs done with them, purchased refurbished equipment through them, and now utilize their monthly remote service which I use often for checkups and everything else required to keep the computer running smoothly.I have always found the techs to be reliable, responsible and professional. I used Tim for something yesterday and he did an excellent job. I have recommended others to Tech 2 U over the years and I know at least one person who has signed up for monthly maintenance as a result of it. I just wished they had a referral program back to the client who made the recommendation with a month of remote service for free.

I received a friendly greeting when I walked into their door and a free estimate of repair costs. They were thorough, courteous, and knowledgeable; getting the repairs done in a timely manner. I explained my problems to the intake tech who must have taken good notes. When Kevin called to tell me he was beginning to work on my computer he already understood what my problems were,. He called when the process was done, and I was pleased with the short amount of time it took. Kevin was there when I picked up my computer and explained what he did. It was all done neatly and quickly so I didnt suffer to much down time. I was pleased with their work and have used Tech 2U several times. They are my go to computer guys.

I’ve ordered the virus software for several years and had my 10 year computer fixed twice with no problems.

I called Tech2U after getting the runaround from the Geek Squad at Best Buy. Im glad I did. When I called, a real person answered the phone and was able to set up an appointment for me for the very next day. The person who scheduled the appointment explained their pricing which sounded fair to me. (If they fix the problem in 20 minutes or less its $99, if it takes longer than that they charge a flat rate of $199 regardless of how long it takes.) The technician came to my house and fixed all of our home office problems. He installed some monitors and hooked up some computer components. Everything works great. Tech 2U did an awesome job with great attitude and customer service.

The gentleman who arrived was so professional and knowledgeable. What a relief . He spoke slow and showed me how to navigate the printer. Amazing and highly recommended to everyone to utilize Tech 2U

Installation technician arrived on time for appointment, very knowledgeable, and explained operation features. Call in support technician very helpful to answer questions on new system plus having remote access to our computer a major help.

Im a little older than most, so my explanations of whats wrong to Johnathan were sketchy at best. He took control, put my 2 and 2 is 5 info and fixed everything I asked for and then some. I now know 2+2=4.He fixed it, and then spent time to show/explain to me everything he did. Ive had other techs in my almost 70 years and no one can compare to his knowledge and skills. Big 5+ stars

What a wonderful place! I came to Las Vegas with my husband and were both retired but we use our laptop frequently for investments. We opened it up this morning in our hotel room and it wouldnt turn on. Im not from the city but when I looked up computer repair I was pleased to see theres a Tech to you here too! Id used them before in my hometown and was pleased so we called them up and they suggested bringing it into their office, which wasnt too far form where we were staying. We came in and explained our situation and Kevin knew exactly what needed to be done. He took our computer in the back and let us know he could have it working before we leave this morning! Sure enough, 15 minutes later it was working great again and he even assured me that the warranty would apply in my hometown as well. So happy these guys are in more than one place!

Okay so I tryed to get my computer up & running again after a crash. Im no expert but I used my Laptop and went to Microsoft & Online for answers. Tryed Everythin. NO LUCK. So I looked online at a few Websites came up with Tech2U. Was best decision I EVER MADE. Made a call explained problem they said we can have Tech. To your Place tomorrow. Tech named JOEY Came - diagnosed my PC HAD DRIVE BURNT OUT. He put his Pen Drive in my PC & was able to open my pc & access my files,etc. He explained my Options for repairs and also several size drives I can get installed. Hard drive or a New SSD. Next he asked what I would like to have reinstalled on the new SSD Drive. I had about 4 K in pictures and over 8k in MP3 music. Anyways Tech JOEY TOOK MY PC BACK with him. I was given a exact price Quote at my home for the repairs, parts, etc. If there were any additional charges they Will Call First. Tech JOEY took my PC back to the shop this was on Saturday at 230 pm. He said he would start work when he got back. He said he was off Sunday & Monday. I recieved a call on tuesday Afternoon my PC was fixed given the Amount again to be sure. They accept all Credit Cards, checks, & Cash. Wednesday PC was brought back by same Tech JOEY . He put PC on my table plugged it back in. Yes Yes Yes we are up & running again. He installed software for my Printer showed me a few things and was on his way. TECH2U Didca fantastic job. Fast and friendly

I took my PC in for a diagnostic and was pretty happy about the service they provided until I went and picked up the PC. The diagnosis was that the motherboard was shot, which I suspected, and that it really wasnt worth repairing, which I agreed with. As I pulled away with my PC, I noticed that the aftermarket video card that Id installed a few months back had been removed. I returned to the store and asked about it and the tech laughingly explained that hed removed it for some testing and forgot to put it back in, after which he went to the back and retrieved it for me. I would have been happy with this explanation if it werent for one detail. I had installed the card in the fourth slot from the bottom. When you install a PCI card, you remove a blank-off plate to allow the card to mount to the chassis. In what I can only assume was an effort to cover up an obvious hole left by the missing video card, the technician had taken the blank-off plate from the very bottom slot (where it was much less likely to be noticed) and moved it to the slot where my video card was. Thinking that maybe I was misremembering which slot I had installed the card in, I opened up the computer and confirmed my suspicions, as the bottom slot where he left the slot open had the wrong style of PCI connector for my video card, it literally was physically impossible for it to have been installed there. Having been an electronics tech in a past life and currently being an electrical design engineer who designs boards much like the one he removed, I can state that there is literally no reason for him to have gone to the effort to move that plate, other than he knew I would never turn that PC on again and he thought I wouldnt notice that the card was gone. Admittedly I am making some assumptions about the technicians intentions, but I cant picture any other reason for him to have done what he did. The funny thing is that if theyd simply asked, I would have been happy to let them strip the machine for parts after taking the couple of things that I needed.

One of my kids knocked over the iMac and I called Tech 2 U and was told that the cost would be $400 to $600. I could work with that so I have the tech come out.The tech was nice. He tells me that they cant fix it because the aluminum is bent and the cost to replace the parts would be above $1,000. I told the gentleman on the phone that the metal was bent. None of this would have been a problem if they didnt insist on the $90 diagnostic charge. I even told the first person on the phone that Id be willing to send photos so that they could see what they are working with before coming out.The bottom line is that their sales employees and tech employees operate under different goals and the end result is that I waited for a tech to tell me that they cant fix my computer and was charged $90 to learn that. I could have instead spent 2 minutes emailing them a picture that would have accomplished the same thing and saved me the time and $90.

Tech 2U Service has always been stellar. All the techs have been courteous, attentive and, of course, ultimately knowledgeable. I would not use any other service!
