Love this location! The customer service is always great and everyone is so helpful! They have a good selection of different frames to choose from and the process is easy. My daughter received an eye exam at this location and the doctor and staff were informative and helpful. All around great experience!

I only have them one star because I cant give them zero stars. The doctors are not even really affiliated with it so insurance will work with either the doctor or LensCrafters, not both. And they wont even access the website I tell them to access so they can verify my insurance. My company handles its own vision. Its not through standard vision carriers. But since they cant see me on VSP or Eyemed I obviously dont have insurance. If I never see them again it will be too soon . Dont go here, you will leave so frustrated you cant even speak. Tears........

I broke my frames the day before my Vegas vacation. I was able to get new frames at home but I wasn’t able to get the old lenses into the new frames on a Sunday. So I brought the broken glasses and new frames on the flight hoping for the best. When I arrived I went straight to Fashion Show Mall to find an optician. Luckily I found LensCrafters. I explained my situation to Andrew the manager and he popped my old lenses into the new frames free of charge. Thank you so much for saving my vacation!

LensCrafters really helped me out in a sticky situation where I needed 3 months worth of contacts at short notice. As I am based in the UK, this had previously proven difficult. LensCrafters were available for a same day appointment & after a swift prescription & eye check, they arranged for my contacts to be delivered the next day. Everyone was very professional & went out of their way to help me secure the contacts in a super short timeframe. Highly recommend!

So, I had my eyes examined at another LensCrafters here in the Valley. Purchased frames and had my prescription filled. I had to return there a few times they couldnt get the prescription right. I gave up going back to that store. I ended up going to the Fashion Show (where I should have to begin with) LensCrafters. I was lucky enough when I walked in the Manager Carole was there and I explained to her my situation and she helped me right away. I had my eyes re-examined, ordered my new glasses, thanks to Carole you are the best! I will never go to any other LensCrafters again.

Cindy went out of her way just to provide us with her phenomenal customer service, everyone at this location deserves a raise by all means.

Got prescription sunglass lenses for my frames. Strangely, was denied a simple cleaning cloths for cleaning the lenses that I had purchased (apparently per inventory shortage)- I have never had happened to me before in various other LensCrafter locations. its a very small, petty thing but I feel like if you are selling lenses for 300$+ you should be able to provide the supporting cloth to maintain it.

I came to this location last year for the first time and it was a pretty good experience. Im local and Im back again this year because of that. I didnt think Id have an even better experience, but here we are! Z and Val checked me in smoothly for my contact lens exam with the doc. Thanks for the warm welcome back and the tip about the Neiman Marcus Café. When I mentioned I parked on the opposite side of the mall(underneath NM) Z mentioned the little café inside with a full bar and I was intrigued. I stopped on my way out for a bite and was NOT disappointed. Also, I like the paperless system! Dr. V your staff is excellent and so are you. I appreciate you taking the time to clearly explain with all my questions. I also appreciate the contact lens suggestion. I like these Precision 1 lenses better than the old ones. Its like Im wearing nothing at all on my 👀 eyes! I was only meaning to get daily contacts for sports and I was content with my glasses from last year, but Im glad Carole (manager) set me up with Juan to look at some new frames. Juan, I appreciate the enthusiasm you have for your craft and the tools you have to get the job done! You helped me find an even better frame for my face and prescription (my Rx is strong) WITH FLAIR! WOOOOOOOOO! I CANT WAIT to rock these new 💛 yellow/clear frames when they come in. I have to wait, obv but Im stoked! All in all, this was a good trip to the eye doctor! I dont mind going a little out of my way to visit the Lenscrafters inside of the Fashion Show bc of the awesome staff. Next time Ill remember to park by Dillards though. See ya next year!

SUPER annoyed. Came for the annual (same location as previously). Its over a hour after my scheduled appointment time and Im still sitting in the lobby. Front desk has tried multiple upsells every though I have expressly said no to all of the extra tests. Chatting with other people waiting, one doctor had TRIPLE booked the same appointment time. If it didnt take 3 weeks to get this appointment, I would say to hell with it.EDIT - I would like to add that the technicians in the front of the store were great and I bought my daughter and myself both a pair of well priced glasses. My only beef is with the eye doctor on site. Thank you for the response and I will follow through with the link.

So my eye appointment went really good but let me tell you how I felt when I went to pick up my glasses the man that was there didnt get his name but he is the heavy set guy wit the glasses so I sit down he didnt even ask me if the was ok can I see good just say there then I said the case was ugly and he gone say well that thats the ones that come wit your glasses but he didnt even offer me some different cases you know wat doe I had my medicaid pay for them so he made me feel like just cuz I didnt pay he couldnt help me he really made me feel so low class very bad experience

I went into LensCrafters to have my glasses cleaned real quick. Other people always clean my glasses better Im so blind.The gentleman noticed one of my nose pads was missing. I had no idea how long it had been missing.He quickly said its okay I can replace them. Before I knew it he came back with a new set of silicone nose pads. I wish I had had a few small bills to tip him.He was very nice and generous to replace them without a second thought. I appreciate that very much. Thank you LC.

We walked in because my husbands lens fell out of his glasses and they fixed them for him with no charge but we did donate to a charity that they support and it’s called insight and they help young people get glasses..Next time we have the problem with our glasses, we will go there! We will not be returning to Oakley because they can’t seem to fix the dang glasses.I WOYLD definitely recommend this place.

Great Doctor and overall a great practice. I gave Service a 2 because the Assistants while nice, were somewhat abrupt with us and sounding as if they were reading from a script. That just may be a personal issue of mine, but I could not help but notice it. Dr. Lee is very nice, patient and competent. He did great with my 5-year-old who was being a bit shy and did not want to say some of the pictures even though he knew what they were. Our peditricians nurse was not so patient which caused our son to score a 20/60 on the exam they conducted. However, if Dr. Lee starts speaking quickly it is difficult to understand him due to a thick accent. Therefore, if you have a hearing difficulty or something of the sort you may want to schedule an appointment with a different doctor. Again, this is a personal issue and should only be considered if the situation applies directly to you. Dr. Lee is a wonderful doctor! All in all; the place is clean, the location is convenient, the staff are friendly if a bit on the abrupt side, and the doctors are top notch. I recommend using this practice 100%!

I was helped by both Javier and Juan at LensCrafters and both were very knowledgeable, clear, and helpful throughout my entire eyeglass browsing-to-purchase visit. I didn’t even go in with a firm intention of purchasing a pair, but they made the process so straightforward and easy, that I ended up getting an exam and making that purchase. What’s ironic is that later that evening, I lost my current glasses at a concert...weird timing...but, now, I look forward to my new glasses even more. I appreciate their professional help —it is refreshing to receive real assistance when so many sales people are not even interested in speaking to customers in person. Excellent job—thank you—highly recommended!~~~~My review of the optometry dept.: From the front desk managers to the techs and the doctor, my experience with Kopolow & Girisgen was top notch. I was an out of towner, and they worked me into a spot upon another’s cancellation. Prices and procedures were clear and straightforward, and the entire staff was excellent! I would highly recommend them for your next eye exam!

Once again, Howard and crew exceeded my expectations. The eye doctor next door is fast efficient and accurate. My new glass are awesome! We live 2700Mi + from their location.

I am an optometrist and disgusted at this office. Not only are they breaking the law by not releasing prescriptions for their patients they are the rudest group of people I have ever encountered in this business. Not only are they breaking the law they also feel it ok to use profanity while doing it. I am in awe at the childish actions of this office as well as the empathy for a patient out of town and unable to get their glasses. Anyone with this much disdain for customer service should not be in healthcare. I pity these workers when a healthcare provider treats them or their family with such blatant disregard. I have filed a complaint with the FTC and encourage anyone else with this issue to do so as well.

Cant get through their phone system to talk to a human. Trying to make an appointment and all I get is VM and sorrys. Losing the human element is tough.

I was visiting Las Vegas in early June and lost my eye contacts. They were able to replace my contacts the same day I called them. Their customer service exceeded my expectations! They were friendly and very helpful! I cant express how thankful I am!

Everyone was nice it was just I called ahead to ask how long it will be the lady gave m a estimation was about 15 min . When I arrived they told me it will be at least 40 min . I just needed my glasses tightened . Takes less then 5 min. Nevertheless everyone was extremely nice

As it happens, my son stepped on my glasses and they were bent out of shape. Asking the associate to fix them, he commented about how bad the glasses were. After bending them some so they werent fully split apart (not close to even when the arms are folded down) he remarks they are as good as theyll get. He then proceeds to tell my son he should have stepped on them harder so that Id have to get new glasses. I grabbed my glasses in the condition they were in and left.

BY FAR THE WORST LENSCRAFTERS IN THE LASVEGAS NEVADA AREA. THEY OVERCHARGED ME ON MY EXAM. THEY TOOK MY GLASSES IN TO “GET THE NEW LENSES MADE” 2 WEEKS LATER THE LENSES ARE THERE BUT THE FRAMES ARE NO WHERE TO BE FOUND. THEY EVEN HAD THE LENSES 3-4 DAYS PRIOR TO ME CALLING (KNOWING THAT THEY WERE WAITING ON THE GLASSES TO NOT SHOW UP!) I CALL A DAY BEFORE RHE 2 WEEK MARK & BOOM THATS WHEN EVERYTHING GETS UNFOLDED. I HATE THAT I’M FORCED TO ORDER MY NEW FRAMES THROUGH YOU GUYS BECAUSE I HAVE NO TRUST FOR YOUR COMPANY ANY LONGER. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EMPLOYEES EVER

I bought rayban sunglasses from this store, i also purchase 2 seperate presciption lens for thath one and i asked them to take orginal lense out and give me back but they told no problem we are gonna give u back when ur glasses ready after 2 week, when i went there, they didnt give me a orginal rayban lenses, mia is very rude in this store and she even didnt let me talk with her, any way i give them 0 star for they sick customer services
