Whatever you do, don’t come to this location for your fingerprints. I had used another location without any issues, so I recommended my girlfriend to come here, but that was a mistake. When they took my fingerprints, they sent the paperwork in as they were supposed to. When they took my girlfriend’s fingerprints they assured here they would do the same. The form remained pending online for a week. We came back to inquire why things hadn’t processed online seeing that it had been a week and mine only took a couple of days. The employees then proceeded to attempt to gaslight her and instruct her that it was her responsibility to upload these forms when that was untrue and something that was promised to have been taken care of. Because of this, she has had to go additional time without income which has been stressful and something that was entirely unnecessary because these employees FORGOT and cannot do their jobs. They had an important responsibility and failed. Do not come here if your job or fingerprinting process is any priority because you will not be taken care of.

The woman who helped me with my fingerprints was friendly and smiling throughout. She never appeared aggravated even when my fingers would not show prints, she calmly and patiently continued to try and get it to work. Fingerprinting express is great! From when you first call in to when your experience is completed. Customer Service is phenomenal, extremely professional, and the owners are very hands-on and will do whatever necessary to help. We were in a bind, time crunch wise, and Monica did everything possible to make sure we could got what we needed. I went to fingerprinting express to do all of my Realtor licensing requirements back in 2018. I was so pleased with the experience I now recommend them to anyone I come across that needs their services. The staff was so friendly, and I didn’t have to wait long for my turn. They have locations throughout the Las Vegas area so they are easy to get to.

I have yet to need their services in Nevada. But, David & Monica Pappas are a blessing to Las Vegas and Nevada. Not only do they care about their employees, but they can be found giving back to the community volunteering. From what I have researched, they have taken their expertise in hospitality and created a business that is efficient and personable. I do not know why any business would not choose for their services. They are great examples of hard work and the drive to achieve the American dream!

Wow Fingerprinting Express is the cleanest and friendliest Livescan facility ive ever been too! The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the new Dept of Education portal they made sure I could do Livescan and not the cards. This store is beautiful and well designed if looks modern not the dirty old partition walls. They also discount for teachers and volunteers, no one does that!Also they offer notary, international passport photo’s, secure shredding!
