This is my go to store!! First the manager Lorrie and everyone on her staff is awesome! They always have great deals. My only question is why dont they get a bigger variety of items as the other store does? This store is far superior to the other one. Better layout, more friendly and helpful staff etc. My faves are Carol, Lindsey and Heidi.
Employees are so nice and friendly and also they gave some suggestions regarding products. Great store with quality.

This was my 1st time shopping in the store, with my sister and I didnt feel welcome.Sis was approached (by an older woman with short black hair )The woman asked if she needed any help...Sis asked if they had, long- wearing lipstick..The sales lady asked sis, what brand are you looking for, MAC, ESTEE LAUDER, ETC.? SIS, not familiar with makeup, much- less brands, didnt know how to answer and was shown only one line of make- up- MAC, then the sales lady went on to say that that brand was a long- wearing brand..(She isnt one to wear makeup, but, lipstick is about the extent of her beauty regime.)After all this, sis ended up overwhelmed by all the colors and textures, and didnt buy any lipstick after all.I, was given a sanitized shopping basket,BTW, was dusty, lol.I managed to find alot of bargains in the 70% off back of the store bargain area!I bought a michael Kors cologne, Sexy Blossom,Regular Price $68.00, bought for $17.00 ( 75% off last chance sale)MAC eyeshadows (propallette-made for refills)at $2.00 each, ( I bought 8 colors, with the palette)I loved the get 6 items for $15.00 makeup bag, and purchased 2.Also got a cute MAC lucky stars 3 lip gloss for $14.70, ( reg. $24.50)Altogether, spent $86.18!I wanted to say that I was pretty much ignored and when I asked for a sample of cologne, was ordered to take it away from where the people were in order to experience the fragrance, because of the COVID policy?I also put back the shopping basket as a courteous customer does, and was yelled at by that same lady from the beginning..the not so nice one..😕 she yelled at me for putting the basket back because I was supposed to leave it because of, again, the COVID policy, sheesh!I felt like an imposition, not a valuable customer!That lady is hella rude! I get the whole COVID rules and policies, however, there is a way to approach people where its polite, gentle, yet sends a message of standards.Last but not least, the sweetest saleslady there was a Chinese girl, and if it wasnt for her, I would have walked out..She rung me up and her employee number was#1516578- Jessica C..I allowed her to help me and enjoyed interacting with her! She was very helpful and understood my goal of getting the most for my money!She made me feel comfortable grabbing more items to buy, and giving me confidence in the bargains that I was buying!Please promote this girl, Jessica B. And regarding the other lady I described, either its time to retire, or time to take a good look at your sourpuss attitude, and realize that some of us would SPEND THE MONEY IF THEY FEEL APPRECIATED AND NOT LIKE A ANNOYANCE!( you lady can take your dusty basket and use it to put all your negativity and nastiness for good!and Ill give you a bottle of HAPPY PILLS to go with it..😕)I do love this store, but management needs to be aware of how customers are being treated!We are supposed to be guests, not intrusions, like the staff is doing a favor by acknowledging a customer..?( dont strain yourself, please..☹)Visited store 11/13/2020 @ 3:17pm-trans#6725
