This place should be your only stop if you are looking for great priced furniture. Very knowledgeable and delivery process is carried out with utmost care. I was totally pleased with my purchase and will be going back to this furniture store in the future.

This was the worst purchasing experience I have ever gone through. I bought a couch from them a few months ago and despite me measuring the door frame and stairway leading to my apartment and it being in spec they could not deliver. I called the store to see what my options were and they were adamant they could not do a refund. I was worried I would not find another item I liked and when I mentioned this I was met with condemnation and scolded like a child. The customer service is appalling. They do not care about you after you give them money lol. I initiated a chargeback with my credit card because I was honestly nervous to go back after a few phone calls with my sales agent and other employees being rude. I called my credit card company to check on the status of my chargeback and apparently this business claimed I had received the couch and my claim was fraudulent. Finally after 3 months I was awarded my money back.Long story short this business is practically a scam. They will fight you tooth and nail if anything goes wrong. The employees and managers are incredibly rude after sale. Despite the high reviews, the negative ones are the most liked. I wish I had paid more attention to that. There are much better furniture stores with higher quality, lower prices, and friendlier staff. Avoid this place like the plague for your sanity lol.

This is a terrible company. I placed an order through them and at first they could not have been friendlier or more accommodating. Then, once they already had my money, the professionalism flew out the window. They are disorganized and will lie and lie. I placed an order and was given an approximate delivery date for about 2 weeks later. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt given recent events and yet 3 weeks later Im having to run behind and call them to find out where my furniture is. I was eventually given a delivery date of either Monday or Tuesday (they couldnt say which for sure, but one of those days) and told I would not get a delivery time frame until noon on whichever day they decided to deliver. Then at 2pm on Tuesday I am still having to run after them only for them to tell me my delivery window starts in 1.5 hours (3:30pm-6pm). Then of course, 6pm rolls around and I havent so much as received a call let alone my items - 2 days of waiting for a delivery that never came. Its now Wednesday, and after me contacting the business no less than twice for today I get a manager who lies through his teeth about how they never gave me a delivery time frame until I overhear a staff member say they did give me a time frame, then the guy lies about his lies and goes on about how he will get any negative reviews removed. If you value your time, energy, and money, stay away from this scam of a business.

Great selection of furniture with great pricing and great customer service. Had a little situation with a couch I purchased and the ladies at the office and Mark took care of it so quickly. Mark even provided some extras and expedited the deliver for the inconvenience which he did not have to because it wasn’t any of their fault but he did anyways. You can get furniture anywhere but you can’t get this type of customer service just anywhere.Will be coming back soon to fill up the master bedroom next!

Super friendly staff, purchase process was super smooth, delivery was on schedule and the deliery team was super fast, efficient and courteous. My appreciation also goes for the salesman at the store for making this a pleasant experience. I will definitely be referring people to this place.

The only place that had it was RC Willey but, it was on back order for at least two months...I went to half Price furniture and they had several that was completely, mirrored to what I wanted for half the price RC Willey had it for..Jennifer was Very nice and knowledgeable about the furniture and models of bedroom sets..Half Price furniture beat, RC Willey pricing by $1600.00! I wish i could give this place zero stars. I ordered furniture from them with an expected delivery date of the end of November maybe early December. I called them December 1st and was told the stuff was in the warehouse and would be calling to set up delivery for next week. The entire week goes by and no call. I had to call yet again to be told furniture wouldnt arrive until the end of February. I then decided i wanted my money back due to bad communication and they had lost my trust. They said I can have my money back minus a 25% restocking fee. My total I paid was $1688. 25% would have been over $400. 00 loss for no furniture. They tried selling me something that was nothing like I had originally ordered. I feel this is highway robbery. 25% restocking fee to restock furniture that I never received is a scam. I originally thought no refunds and restocking fee would apply if I just changed my mind and didnt want the furniture or had received it and didnt want it or like it. Not because they couldnt deliver the merchandise. They wanted me to wait 4 months and still no guarantee on that. I made a agreement with them but it still cost me $200.00. And see how they just made money for doing nothing. Please, Please, stay away from these crooks.

Dont waste your time.. you can get the same for cheaper at Walker, Ashley any big box. And the service is better!!Half price nice during buying process but very rude and unhelpful when it comes to an issue!!I left 3 faulty chairs to be fixed and it took them 4 months as of today to say I have to pay for repairs from defects!! Big box service goes above and beyond in a timely manner. I let you guys have the chairs and il absorb the loss.

I liked the store,(Valley View /Spring Mountain) I mean if you are looking for top shelf stuff you do not go here, but if you are an a budget they have nice stuff for great prices I did not feel pressured by Marc our salesman.He did a fantastic job I left the first time without buying anything was not pressured, I looked at other places then I came back there, I cannot comment on their delivery as I just had them put the bed in my truck.I would definitely recommend this place.

The building is a blue store on the corner of Spring Mountain and Polaris. It doesnt look like much on the outside but it has some really nice furniture on the inside with pretty good prices. Sofas, beds, furniture sets and more with 2 credit options for customers. I recommend visiting this store if you want quality goods without crazy prices.

The lady’s both had poor customer service skills, wont ever call you back so if you get that “let me call you back in 5 mins” you’re never receive it, just that alone not even having to wait on the 1 month and 1 week wait for my furniture when I paid cash full price no payment plan, you think we would be the customers they handle priority for future returns !!!! But I got a refund I don’t even care about it being partial, that’s how bad it was and don’t try to explain your self’s in the reviews

It was an OK experience here. There was a few options to choose from in store. They did say they could order more items from a catalogue but we really wanted to see the items in person first. I also was a little skeptical that the prices were truly as low as they could have been given the quality of the pieces in the store. We ended up going somewhere else in the end.

They dont keep their delivery times and they try to call you to put another delivery time and if you dont answer they charge you 99 dollars!
