Had a crew working on Las Vegas and they needed something. Unfortunately they don’t take payments over the phone. This is fine if it’s your policy, but whoever the woman was at the customer service desk was extremely rude!!!!! Way to take care of your communities business.

Just wanted to give Andrew a shout out. He spent a lot of time with me figuring out the right door and size to order when he had a lot of other stuff going on. Really great customer service here. The manager and other guys assisted me as well showing me what type of screen doors there were. Will be coming here from now on!

The store is too hot

I just wanted to voice my opinion on face masks in your store .There was a man that walked in without a mask today and on your entrance door says no mask no service. They attended him and nobody said anything to him to wear a mask.

Friendly and helpful

Walked in to a girl with red curly hair give me and my sister a death stare. Hello to you too, we walked around and were not asked if we needed help the whole 30 minutes! Yikes! We came to the conclusion that it was a better idea to wait till the following day, when BTU was open.
