C & A always does a great job for us. They have a terrific selection of items and they do their work quickly and accurately. Great customer service too! Would definitely recommend to any one needing custom screen-printing and embroidery services.

I really hate to write a negative review because the girls there were very nice but I waited close to 2 weeks and what I got back was just unusable. I brought my own stuff in because Im very particular about the stuff I put my logo on. I hate to say it but most of it is garbage now. The colors are reversed, the logo is huge, and they made changes to my logo. I was looking forward to having a new place to get all of my stuff done but after this I cant justify giving them another chance. Its really disappointing.

I ordered 1 patch to be embroidered with 1 Symbol. Not an complex symbol just the Japanese character for hokage. The size of 4inx4in. I was initially told by end of week or beginning of next week. I called and they told me, it will be done the next day, then called the next day and was told will be done the following day. I had to cancel this the order its unreasonable to wait 8 days for one 4in patch with no words just a symbol. I was intending to wear it at my college graduation. Ill be sure to tell all of my fellow graduates, business partners, college staff and employees to not use this company. Time management is not their forte.

I have a made several trips in to the store and its ways made easy by the people in the store. They are always fast and do great work. They do all of my business shirts, jackets, etc. I dont need to shop anywhere else since these guys do such a great job!

I have been using C&A Embroidery or the past 3 years for T-shirts for my business. There was a misunderstanding with our last order and 120 T-shirts were printed with the wrong color for our logo. These were intended as gifts for our 3 year anniversary for our staff which was 4 days away. I called as soon as I saw what happened, It wasnt completely C&As fault, but the shirts were not printed to my liking. I wanted to say Thank You to Gizette for finding the same T-shirts ordering them right away, and doing the printing over, no charge. Outstanding customer service! I wont go anywhere else!

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!! My order was 10 days late after multiple promises that it would be ready by a certain date, the proofs were sent over wrong which we corrected and STILL they sent the items incorrectly. The embroidery was HORRIBLE - ugly, off centre and not even straight. The screen printing was done on the back of the hoody after multiple calls telling them it was to be done on the FRONT and the embroidery was done in the incorrect color meaning we have no correct apparel to wear for our event tonight. I explained we had no choice but to wear what they had sent us, even though it was incorrect, as we had no other options and they refused to give me a refund. Terrible customer service throughout the entire process, terrible quality clothing (the items that came were not the good quality, soft material that we picked out in the store) and terrible printing quality. Find another printing company...EDIT - In response to the owners response: The credit card was declined and Emily told me she would put the order through anyway because she knew we were good for it. When I called back, she ran the card again and the payment went through. Not sure what the problem was there? Definitely no issue on our end. And that had nothing to do with the delay, the order was still promised to us by Wednesday and when I called back on Thursday asking if the order was ready, Emily told me the items hadnt even been ordered yet. The manager did offer me a full refund if I returned the items, yes, but as I explained to him, we had no choice but to wear the incorrect items as we had nothing else for our event tonight. I told him I would return the one hoody that was printed on the back, not the front (as clarified MANY times) and the hats but we had no choice but to wear the zip up hoodies that were embroidered in the incorrect color as we needed to wear something branded. The whole process has been a complete nightmare.
