Yeah they have gamesand yeah they repair them and stuffbut its much more then that I accidentally found something obscure that Ive been looking for like 9 years now that Best Buy and fry electronics never had(I gave up on finding it)Im extremely impressed

Customer service was mediocre at best and Brian was rude and unprofessional. Store was filthy. I did a little digging and some of the games were in fact stolen. No worries, though. Brian doesnt care. I also did digging on some of the accounts leaving 5 star reviews and they definitely dont look like genuine customer accounts. Dont give your money to this small criminal ring disguised as a gaming store.

Horrible customer service. I brought my PS4 in and let the know the problem. They told me to purchase the internal hard drive and I could do the repair myself. I completed the removal of hard drive but sim still having the same problem. I called them to let them know and the guy acted like he didn’t care. And now can’t help me fix my PS4. I will never go back.

Bought two SNES games from game repair today. Store has a great selection of new and classic video games. The best part of the store is the owners - husband/wife couple that are extremely friendly and honest. One of the games wasnt working on my SNES, husband cleaned it up for free and actually took the time to clean some of my other games and gave me some tips on how to clean the console. Everything works like a charm now. Will visit often in the future when in town to browse their selection. Highly recommended for anyone needing repairs on old or new video game systems.

This place sells classic video games and consoles. In my opinion its better than Gamestop because the games are actually in really good condition.

I read some of the negative comments on here before coming to the place and me being myself assumed it was just people being sensitive like usual in today’s time and man it feels good to be right. If you lack extra skin and cry when you scraper your knee then this place isn’t for you but if you want conduct business with professionals who know what they’re doing and tell you how it is, and have conversations as if you’ve known them your whole life this is the place to go. I had a great experience coming here and would suggest this to everyone but I know everyone isn’t built the same anymore nowadays. My family and I have been coming here for years for my kids game repairs n games. Really reasonable prices. I travel 30 min to come here. Husband and wife are fabulous honest people. You wont be disappointed. I never had a bad experience. They have repaired many of our systems.

I got my husbands PS4 HDMI port fixed at this store. I was a walk-in, the lady hooked up the PS4 to diagnose it, took down my information & said it’ll be ready within 2-3 business days. It actually took 5 days. I paid $130I could’ve saved myself $10 at a different shop I called but because of the reviews I decided to come here. Not so bad, it’s a small decent store, games are a bit over priced. Owner seems to be very serious & a bit sarcastic.Now I understand the reviews about his attitude.I didn’t really like how I called on the 5th day (Saturday) because I was concerned how much longer is it going to take. The owner said Monday, & then called me about 3-4 hours later saying it was ready.I guess I was really expecting it to be done 2-3 business days since that’s what I was told, but I won’t make a big deal out of it.I’m just happy that they were able to fix my husbands ps4.

I have an overhead garage and was unsure who to call to fix my garage. My friend recommended Game Repair and I am more than pleased. They came out and fixed my garage and was willing to educate me on how to keep up with the maintenance of my garage. I highly recommend.

I recently got my sons PlayStation fixed here the laser went out. The guy there is really nice and courteous. He explained why it went out and fixes it within days. Would definitely return if something went wrong again.

Brought my original mode Xbox one here because it wouldn’t turn on and Microsoft wouldn’t repair it because it was too old. We all thought it was fixed but unfortunately it stopped working again the day after I picked it up. They took it back for another look without question and when they couldn’t get it working again they bought it from me and sold me a refurbished model. The family who runs the store is very knowledgeable and friendly. And all the work is priced very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs a console repair.

Needed a new Xbox power supply for an issue I was having. Called them up and confirmed they had it in stock. I came in they were very clean/wearing masks, distancing measures. When I went to go buy the power supply I described the issue and they were able to confirm that was what was needed (stuck orange light basically the supply died). New power supply did the trick! Recommend over Gamestop tbh support your smaller businesses. Great customer service!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, My Wife took a Nintendo Switch to repair the charging port (which I had called them previously to find out if they could fix) not only did they NOT KNOW how to fix it, they insulted my Wife. I as life long gamer DO NOT recommend this place.

We had such great customer service here. The owner, (I think his name is Brian), took the time to trouble shoot my daughters game system. (X-box 360. I really didnt know what was wrong with it, just that the saved game wouldnt load. Brian tried and duplicated the error. We then worked thru deleting the old saved game and restored functionality to the game!! He didnt charge me anything for his time, effort and knowledge. I was very impressed with his professionalism and desire to fix my problem, He just asked that when we are looking for games or electronic equipment, to try their place first. We most definitely will. I will tell all my friends too!

I am a very dedicated gamer and have been to many game stores but this store took my breath away. They have nearly every game console with accessories plus a massive variety of video games. I have been looking for several retro games forever and found a number here. Plus they repair any console you can think of. The owner is a very nice and passionate man who takes games seriously plus his wife is a very friendly person who helped me out alot. I am definitely coming back to this store as often as I have cash!!!!!!!!!!!

Best game shop in town. They have been good to me for 15 years and repaired an array of consoles for me. Owner is an honest no bs man and doesnt tolerate stupid people or people trying to get a handout. Will give you a fair price to fix your consoles and treats loyal customers very well!

The woman behind the counter was extremely helpful got my 2 grandsons their x box working for them, took the time to explain to a 6 yr old how to program their wireless controllers all this for $50.00. would happily return and highly recommend this company

My PS3 is only a few years old. One day it stopped reading discs. I called up Sony. They told me it would be a hundred dollar service charge. They would send me a box and it would take two weeks. I knew the issue was with the laser but I didnt have time or the desire to try to fix it myself. So I asked Sony, What kind of warranty or garuntee do I get on my repair? They said, None, its just a service charge. If you have another issue youll have to send it back and youll have to pay again.Brian over at Game repair quoted me 99 and a 30 day warranty. I dropped it off and he had a new laser in it the next day. Three weeks later I had a different issue where the unit wouldnt pull discs in. He had it fixed the next day, no charge. Excellent customer service and quality.

Hesitated to give this store a chance based off of the reviews about the owner who most have described as being rude and sarcastic, but because each person experience is different I’d still gave them a call to see if they had a part needed for my Xbox one X and I would prefer to buy one in person versus buying on eBay if I didn’t have toI called and a gentlemen named Brian/Bryan answered, I asked if they had a internal hard drive available for my an Xbox one X. He asked what size, I told him 1Tb is fine. He said he had one in his hand for $70, which was great. I then asked and wanted to specify “And is that formatted for the Xbox one X or just Xbox...” he then cuts me off and says “well that’s your job”. At that’s point I understood the negative reviews, and immediately knew this guy is not someone I’d want to do business with. As much as I hate to wait a week to order one from eBay I’d rather know I’m getting exactly what I’m looking for rather then rudely essentially being told “I don’t know and honestly that’s not my job to know, I just sell the part”.

Catch the owner on a good day2nd time I went in looking for some basic assistance with a previous repair from there (in reshelling my 360 apparently a cable came undone). Would have been a less than 5minute fix if the owner (balding older gentleman) wasnt in such a foul mood and in a rush to push me out the door.Wont be giving him my business again.

The place is OK. The owner Brian is a cynic, you get over his personality his shop is very bare bones. He has some good stuff the rest is pretty common when it comes to retro gaming. I bought a scratched PS 2 game and came back next day to return it. There is a 1 day return policy and I opted to use the value towards other games. Prices are fair, he does game console repair, trading games which I did, but Im not sure if I can give you a recommendation unless your PS 3 has issues.

This place is just awesome. My HDMI port broke and they fixed it. Then my ps4 bugged out and they put new parts in giving my ps4 new life! Definetly recommend this place. If your console is not working anymore, take it here before you decide to buy a new console. Save yourself $$$ and come here first. Game Repair was a lifesaver. They are a mom and pop small retail game repair heaven. My PS4 hard drive that was newly replace 10 months ago failed leaving me sad. Brian took care of me got a new drive and cleaned the insides and now my ps4 is working like new. Thanks Brian.Separately they have many games amd accessories for beloved systems of my childhood NES, Sega Genesis, PS1-4. I have my eye on a Burgertime NES cart...

Took my PS3 in because the fan was loud, was told it would only be about 3 days to get it fixed. A week later they call me and say they cannot fix it the fan. My PS3 fan is still super loud. Charged me $50.00 as well for nothing. I dont know what they did to try to fix it but they shouldnt charge you if they cannot fix it. That or at least not charge so much if they cant.

Great at what they do. Great price, MUCH cheaper than getting a new console. Got my xbox fixed there a couple of years ago after the red rings, still works today. Nicely run store that isnt corrupted, and would really recommend it if you have those damned red rings.

Nice enough crew. Although I did hear the couple who apparently owns the place talking about one of the people who came in today, it wasnt horrible. I also thought it was cool how the older gentlemen ( owner ) spoke with some of the kids who came in. They were teenagers...obviously enthralled with weed and a more unsavory style of music...and the kids/owner knew each other. It was cool to see him not looking at them like they were street trash. He gave them some advice about getting a job at the store...and they ended up being super respectful with him ( as respectful as kids these days are...there was still bad language going on ).As far as the store? My main issue is that ALL the games needed to be cleaned. The loose games where disgustingly dirty. Zero reason for this.

By far the worst gaming store I have every been to! I went in with a snes asking for a new Av cable, and they sold me the wrong cable. I even told the guy there that it was the wrong cable and he kept on saying that it would work. I also bought the controller that same day and that didnt work either. These guys have absolutely no idea what they are talking about and possible the meanest staff youll ever meet. If you need to find old games or consoles there are plenty other stores that offer better prices and are able to actually fix them.

Support your locally owned game stores!Game Repair is where you buy your hard copy games of the past, for enjoyment in the future. Been here for 25 years, and I remember the days of ridding my bike here after school to buy Snes, N64 and PlayStation games used for allowance money. I have traded in this store that I ended up repurchasing again over time. All games are competitively priced and they even sell online. Great family people, such a wealth of knowledge, especially with Brian. The days of digital downloads in this generation is terrible, you dont own anything you spent money on, but in this magical store, you can own it, and even have it repaired here and never have to worry about your digital collection disappearing, such as a bad hard drive or the Wii store shutting down for good. Give this place a shot, have a talk with Brian and his family, learn something and buy something to remember forever.

Retro video game store. Inventory varies depending on trade ins received at the store lately. Prices seem to be fair. Staff know what they are talking about. I stop by every time I’m in town to check out the stock and see if I can pick up a game or two that I need.

Indeed the best around town, the clerk had a really cute puppy while i gave them a nes to repair and it was only 25$! If you need a good place to buy games, repair anything game related, this is the place to go!

I had an Xbox One that needed a new HDMI port installed. In researching where to take it for service, I found this store. I was hesitant to patronize it though because of the negative reviews about the proprietors. But due to the close proximity to my house, I decided to go in and see for myself. I am glad I did. I cannot speak to anyone elses experience here but I can say that, for me, the woman and man who helped me on drop off and pick up couldnt have been more friendly or more helpful. I am amazed at the experience I had versus the experience others seem to have had. They had my Xbox for three days and repaired it for what I thought was a very reasonable price. I would definitely utilize their services in the future, if needed, and would recommend them to my family and friends.

Took my xbox 360 here to get it fixed not that long ago. Spent over 50$ and it still had the same problem when I started playing and I couldnt get a refund so I wasted my money. They can do better but other than that they have some pretty good used games and cheaper than gamestop.

Found Game Repair on a Google search. They took only 2 days to fix a Red Ring of Death on my 360. I would have no hesitation taking a console to Game Repair again for repair.

Visited this place a few years ago, not much selection. I brought in a retro console a JVC XEye, because I thought the video signal was a little weird, and their advertising said they did repair. The owner pretty much sarcastically thought I was weird for even owning it, and half assedly plugged it in, and it wouldnt work.....Because he used the wrong power connector, he used a A/C adapter that didnt have enough power to power the laser. Take the retro game, and repair description with a very large grain of salt. Not very knowledgeable about power requirements etc.

Needed a N64 Controller. All of their used controllers looked trashy, but to get me to buy, they said if it didnt work to my expectations, I have 30 days to return.Of course the controller joystick was shot and didnt work well at all.I return 48 hours later with controller in original bag, and the Greazy owner refused a return, said he doesnt sell stuff for you to use for the weekend and return This guy is Greazzzy, not Greasy.... Sells trash.Just beware when you go there, you know he will not accept a return no matter what he says to get you to buy his garbage.

The first time I went to Vegas Repair I had high expectations considering their reviews but now I wonder if they wrote them all themselves under phony accounts, considering their services. My XBOX 360 had an unreadable disc error, which I figured is pretty common and should be an easy fix, but within the 2 times I took it here, they FIXED IT and somehow the XBOX 360 would not read discs. I thought it was my fault so I left it alone and waited a couple days till I decided to buy a new game and try it out. A brand new COD: Ghosts did not work on it because the disc was either unrecognized or scratched and when I decided to call them up on it the warranty was expired since they have a 30 day warranty on disc drives THEY NEVER FIXED! My advice to you, save your money until you can buy something new rather than expecting these two guys running a back-alley quality business to attempt to fix it.

While my mother works, I go here often just to look. Some prices are ok, but some are HUGE RIPOFFS. My brother once bought a used but well taken care of black Nintendo DS Lite for $57. I was curious and looked on ebay and found out he could have bought the console for half the price! I you buy something here, think before you buy. If the price is a ripoff, go buy it on ebay or go to other local game stores like A Gamers Paradise or Wii Play Games LV.
