Not only did Ken repair the known issues with my garage door, he identified another problem and corrected the matter. Ive been a customer since moving to Las Vegas. When my ten-year-old opener lost its mind and started acting weird, I called Martin Garage Doors. The lady on the phone hooked me up with an appointment for the next morning.When Caesar arrived (on time), he was very courteous and diagnosed my problem in about a minute. He replaced the main circuit card in the opener; serviced the rails; and re-programed all of my remotes... All within fifteen minutes. Very professional.I paid with a card and was given a detailed receipt via his iPad. He left and there was no mess on the floor.I give Martin Garage Door and Caesar five-stars, and will continue as a loyal customer. Great Job!

Absolutely the BEST doors and service!I have nothing but praise for the whole crew at Martin Garage Doors! I gave Brandan my list of wants and concerns for new doors, he recommended and help pick everything out and communication was always clear and quick. The doors came in quickly, even with all of the massive Covid delays and were installed. There were a few fit issues (its a twenty year old house with a tight corner and) we ordered extra seals for the tops and sides, Ken came out to install the seals and took a lot of time to readjust the doors and make sure I was happy. Our old doors and opener were absolute garbage, loud and uninsulated so our garage would reach over 108 during these summer months. The new doors are insanely quiet and we chose the highest insulated doors they had and it has made such a difference! Even with a west facing house that is beaten with the hot afternoon sun, temp hasnt gone over 92! Cant recommend Martin Garage Doors enough for the quality and their service and best of all we were thrilled to support a fantastic local business.

Cisco came out to replace the garage door lift motor and it just needed the logic board replaced. He didnt push to do the whole thing but just the board. A lot of guys would have just try to sell the whole unit. For this i appreciate him very much and the company he works for.

Best experience. He showed up shortly after I called. I had a nail appointment at 11 I called at about 12 and he showed up around 1:30 or so. So Im on my way to the nail shop as soon as I finish this review. As soon as I opened the garage door he spotted the problem. Gave me the quote and then did the job. He was in and out in a matter of minutes and the job was complete. He verified that the work has been done and left me a happy customer. Ill be using the service to replace the garage door opener as well. When I use the service again, Im hoping to get Ken again.

My remotes wouldnt open the garage door unless I got very close. The Martin worker, Cisco, provided options to fix, starting with the least expensive and only going to the more expensive if the earlier items didnt work. In the end, for $349 I had paid for 1) the visit, 2) a new high power receiver circuit, 3) 3 new remotes. I thought this was very reasonable, and Cisco was professional and helpful.Joseph

The wood the opener was attached to was split down the center and the mounting bolts were pulling out. He fixed it on the spot. We had continued to have issues with our garage door opener. We agreed that a new one was in order and with several issues a new opener was installed. It is quiet, no noise and very efficient. Even the problems with our auto in opening the door was solved. We are military retired and knowing the company was started with the Grandfather who was a Seabee, I know I can trust them w/o reservation. I have a Grandson Seabee on active duty now which made the day for all of us involved.
