First and foremost Emilio is very professional and honest. My garage door came off the track and after trying to fix it myself it turned into a disaster. I called Silver Fox at 10pm. They called back in the morning and said they could be here between 8-9am. Emilio showed up ontime and got the job done in a timely manner and for a fair price. On 3/3/2021 at about 3:00 pm the single spring on my garage door snapped. I attempted to reach 2 other garage door companies and both werent able to repair it the same day. I found Silver Fox Garage Door Repair company on Google and they were able to take care of the repair within an hour. Emilio showed up to complete the repair at which we decided to replace the single spring and install 2 springs instead. He also reinforced a panel on the door which was bent that was causing some tension on the garage door. He replaced the cables which were thinner and quite old. All this was completed under an hour. Update* Door opener quit working affixed to wall in garage. Called yesterday and made an appointmemt for them to come repair and address today from 8am - 10am and they no showed. No answer all morning on business phone. No voice mail option. Waiting on them to repair the garage that was installed 2 weeks ago. Sad.Great customer service. Very fast repair of a broke spring for a sectional roll-up.Had a scheduled appointment with Emilio the owner at 0800 but he had a cancelation and called to come over early. He knew I had other vendors coming over for a quote so he gave me a VERY good price on the spot.The next thing I knew he was done....his dad (the Silver in Silverfox) was there as a co-worker and they knocked it out in 15 minutes.They also adjusted my garage door opener and lubricated the rollers and moving parts. Silver Fox garage door service was much better than expected. They replaced the door and springs in less than 90 minutes. It would have costed me more to get this quality of door and install it myself.

I was disappointed with the service. I was overcharged and he placed his advertising stickers on my walls without asking permission. In addition to being overcharged for the springs I was also charged an additional $20 dollars because, and I quote, Just to make it even. I do not recommend using Silver Fox.

Emelio was my service technician. I was charged $300 for two Torsion Springs .207 x 2 x 25($94.50 x 2), 1 center ring($12) and labor($99). You judge if it is worth it or not. I was in a pinch and could not leave to pick up and install this myself so I believe I paid for convenience considering I was charged about 90% over the price of the Torsion Springs on the market of the same type and size. Just a heads up to ensure you are not being overcharged. Good luck!
