Had an awesome experience! The only problem we had was that we couldnt pay for the bears and the outfit. The store is not setup for mobile pay/apple pay. I look at my 6 year old daughters face and see her face mask was wet from tears already. My husband runs around the mall looking to buy a mall gift card from customer service, which is right above BAB. Customer service was closed! The 3 ladies were so nice to allow us to only take the one bear home. I wanted to cry. It was the nicest thing that Ive experienced in awhile. Kindness ❤️The entire experience was awesome. I plan to have my twins birthday party there. Make sure I bring cash or card next time.

Service was very good here. My girls had fun selecting out all of their accessories, for their dolls. The process is a lot faster than I thought.

Today I went to weight one of my BABs and the ladies there were so patient while I completed it. I didnt get their names but thanks to those wonderful and amazing ladies, hes perfect now. As someone who is neurodivergent, it is going to help tremendously.

It was okay i definitely wasn’t planning on doing a review but im disappointed i took my daughter here for her first birthday yesterday as soon as we walked in we weren’t greeted or anything no special sticker and no one even said anything to us our whole time in store no happy birthday or anything to celebrate my baby girl the heart ceremony was about two things and pretty impersonal we came in planning on completely decking out her three bears but we just stuffed and left since it wasn’t the build a bear magic feeling i was hoping for i used to work for the company so i had high standards but it wasn’t met at all especially since we were one of two families and there were two workers on shift i knew it wouldn’t be all hands on due to covid but it just was a MAJOR let down

Wife and I got a bear and they staff was super helpful and friendly definitely wouldnt go anywhere else for any of my bear needs.

Its a build-a-bear, so its okay, but it has very few bears to stuff, and its not very clean, pretty small too.

I went there a few weeks ago and Amanda was the best help I could get! She made it so fun and her little one of a kind heart ceremony made my heart melt!If youre looking for a one of a kind experience, this place is the way to go! From just a small date to a small party, this place can do it all. And the best part, they will do it with love!

I was in here a couple of weeks ago to buy the new toothless and light fury. I wanted to do something special for Valentines and I saw these on line. Alex helped me, it was my first time in a build a bear workshop and I had no idea what to do or how the process worked. I knew you could record sounds to put in them and had already picked out 2 sound clips that are mine and Joshs favorite. We had a small problem with the sounds not coming out right and Alex was able to fix it so these were perfect and Josh loved them so much. Thank you so much Alex, I can really tell you love what you do and you go above and beyond to make our experience there wonderful.

Friday March 22, 2019.My kids have a birthday coming soon. We always have about 40 to 60 kids that show up. Build a bear cant handle us. We did not buy anything but the staff was still as nice and attentive as ever. My kids made a wishlist of items that they want to buy with their birthday money. We did the fun egg hunt too.

It was empty but quite fun to make a plushie!

Awesome place to shop.. friendly employees & they were awesome with my 6yr old (it was his bday). They treated him super great.. gave him a birthday crown & sticker 😊👍🏽

The store is a lot smaller than the builder bears use to be. The staff member that served us was super friendly. Have a nice selection of bears.

I brought my granddaughter there for her first Build-A-Bear! She opted for one of the Paw Patrol characters and carries it around everywhere! I still have a bunny I bought there, in the same location, 10 years ago!

Staff was friendly and helpful and made it very enjoyable!! Its was hectic bc of black fri but they smiled and made my baby so happy to make his first!! A little pup named Ruff!!

Had the worst service one of the ladies thier lied to me and my family claiming they had samsung pay while the other staff were denying. One of the ladies were very irritated this was the worst service ever
