Horror!!!!! I took a covid test in three days! Im leaving, I urgently need a test! they called me in the evening and said that the device was broken and I had to go to another place! and in other places there are no more places for the lady I need! 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ Are you normal at all? will you pay for my flight to another country ????

This walgreens has a good pharmacy staff. The workers there are willing to listen to a patient though they may not be able to do anything for them to help with the immediate situation. They are fair to those who treat the fairly. Pharmacist here seem to do the best they can with in theyre abilities. They can be helpful over the phone when they can be. They will make courtesy calls for patients to let them know they have made a mistake on incorrect information. This walgreens has basic medical, toiletry, food goods, vitamins and the like.

It Carrs almost anything I need there! Good place to go. They have a large selection of beauty products, frozen foods, shelf foods, all sorts of office or personal office supplies, kitchen items, miss. Items, products for handicap people, prescription medicine, a large variety of OTC medicines, protein drinks, toys and much, much, more. Opens late too.

Rudest pharmacy customer service I have ever encountered. I sat in the drive through behind another customer, pulled up to the window at 1:28pm (lunch is 1:30 to 2:00pm) the two people behind the counter had placed their out to lunch sign in the window, finished up something looked at me and walked out! This is unacceptable and plain rude at best! Called the store manager and was told he would speak with them. Well, great I will just make another trip out of my way in the 100+ degree weather. Great job Walgreens Pharmacy Staff!

I gave the pharmacist my ID and paid with my debit card. He threw my ID loose into the bag with my purchases. By the time I got home I didn’t realize my ID was in there.. it took me 5.5 hours at the DMV to get that ID!! Who does that? If I hand you my government issued identification I exoevt you to give it back to me the same way. BY HANDING IT BACK TO ME. seriously is that asking too much?!?

Beware.. If they only have half of a 30 day prescription in stock, and need to order the remainder, you better not wait until the first (partial) 15 day supply is used to then go and pickup the rest..When the the second half of the RX comes in (within a day or two in this case), youll get a generic recorded message to notify you, but no one will tell you that its then sent back if not picked up within a week (as opposed to up to 30 days like CVS, or even just 15 days, when the partial that they previously filled would be just about used up)..Theyll then tell you that you need to re-order that same remaining 15 days at your full co-pay. Super shady stuff.

I just called Walgreens to see if they had any fidget spinners. The lady that answered the phone said they did have some. I asked her what colors they had. She huffed and responded with an attitude saying she doesnt know because they have so many. I was looking to see if they had only solid colors or did some have multiple colors. If she is not able to answer questions without being rude, maybe she shouldnt be in a customer service position OR answering the phones.

Misinformed employees. I called to see if there was a simpler over the counter medication in stock. They told me I had to get a prescription. I went to cvs across the street and they provided it over the counter. Walgreens sucks

Stopped there this morning to pick up a card..ended up getting a card, a pool float and a couple bags of nuts to eat for breakfast.. paid ..cashier handed me my bag..got to work no nuts...WTH!!!called the store, the cashier answered the phone, when I started to explain, she cut me off and said you left the bag the hell I did...you didnt give it to me.. if I left it, why didnt you come outside to give to me....guess I wont eat breakfast. Ill be back tonight to get my money back...cvs is right across the street. Ill shop there from now on...thanks

I have been a customer for almost 13 years. But after today Im changing pharmacy I call to re-met my depression medicine the told we l pick up a 180 on 1/17/2018 BUT I PICK UP 60 ON 1/10/2018. AGAIN the mistake was made on they end. I want thur the last couple of days without them .to to it off Brain the pharmacy said in a nasty tone I dont see what the big deal is. This is not the first time they mess up a order, I got meds the were short. I got were there forgot to fill a pres. I had were the last a pres. Of oxycodone. Im in a wheelchair and its hard to go back and forth. I went a 9: 30am and give them the bottle and they didnt do any. Not even Im sorry to for the mistake. Im sorry but I dont know if I can trust this walgreen pharmacy again too many mistake the guy could care less that I was sick. I think its time to go to anew place for my body cant keep on going on with the making me sick and

I go out of my way to shop at this particular Walgreens. Although I live closer to another drug store this one has GREAT employees.I started shopping here about a year ago.The Manager ( from the first time I shopped here) has always been helpful and friendly.You cannot go wrong coming to this Walgreens.The pharmacy staff have always been wonderful also.

I use my membership easily and earn great rewards.

I had a last min surprise gift planned for my mom. She was leaving in the morning and I wanted to print out some pics of the last few days. What should have been fast and easy turned into a mission. Then on my last try and a couple hours later Carlos the manager saved the day. He personally made sure I was taken care of even though the photo department was closed and the Walgreens itself was closing too. In contrast, at Wal-Mart, after 30 min of trying to print the attendant around that area says photo is closed and I aint got time for that. It might seem trivial to some but it ment a lot. Just a few pictures of the family including her new and first grandchild made moms day. Thanks

I only go here when I have to because the employees are always rude. The only reason I have them 3 stars is because they are cheaper than CVS.

I have so many issues filling prescriptions here. Takes forever (2+ hours no matter what), their messages constantly do not reflect reality... such a bummer. Avoid :(
