I bought a brand new impact tool. Took it out of the box and placed a battery on the new tool. It wouldnt do anything. I returned it back to Milwaukee tools. They took it for 2 weeks for repair. They called me for pick up and when I arrived they tried to give me back the broken tool the SAME way I gave it to them. No repair, no exchange for another new one. Nothing! Now theyre sending BACK again to be repaired. Why not just give me another brand new one in a box? The ome I returned was right out of the box just never worked.

They really took good care of me here and I will always return to that kind of treatment. Milwaukee 800 Customer Service sent me to the wrong address. The Google maps and service center address on the website is correct. Drop off for service was easy and painless but there was no confirmation receipt given to me. I had to take a photo of the service order to have proof of the drop off.

There $500 hammer drill broke after a week. So back to Dig bar through rocks.... garbage

I ended up in the service store after finding out I cant use the eservice warranty program and had visit the actual repair/warranty center. I was greeted by Tristan. What a pleasant individual to work with to resolve my pesky flashlight warranty concern. I left with 2 new units and was happy I ended up driving to the store. The warranty is great, but if it wasnt for Tristan I would not be giving 5 stars do to the limited hours of business. Good guy to have at the counter.

Not interested in helping thier customers. Operator had no patience to deal with my complaint. She was very dismissive. Very poor customer service..

I love Milwaukee tools and this place is nice with friendly staff and all but 2 things bothered me;1-it’s a bit pricey, you’d think that because you’re buying directly from them you’d be getting a better deal but that’s not the case.2-there’s no price tags on anything! If I’m browsing through items I don’t wanna have to ask the attendant to look up on the computer how much each item I’m looking at costs. It’s uncomfortable to keep constantly asking that I rather just go somewhere else and buy it like a normal person.I hear they have repair services so that’s a good thing I guess. Overall I probably won’t be back to make purchases but I’ll be back if repairs are needed.

This place is awesome. Ive been a big fan of milwaukee for a long time. They stand behind their tools, provide great service on every level and this location has just about every milwaukee tool under the sun. Youll start drooling when you visit, but, thats ok!

I had a battery go bad on a job site in Hawaii. I purchased it over a year ago. Good thing Milwaukee has a two year warranty on their M18 batteries. Brought my receipt and they replaced it with a new one right on the spot. Totally cool.

Doesn’t offer any rebates that are available online, and has hours that are impossible for any person who actually work in construction for a living to visit the store too buy anything. Save your money and time, if you can plan in advance buy online or from Home Depot.

Long story... Begins when i was about 16 and needed to drill a hole in a bumper.I picked up a used red drill while at the swap meet pretty beefy feeling and good price, never heard of Milwaukee did not like my grandfathers black&decker. Worked like a charm this 1/2 inch hole hog. After some more years and using this tool for far more than it was intended for, it would spark a bit too much . Learned about replacing motor brushes at my next door tool shop (dewalt) and he ordered me replacement brushes he also told me that this was a great drill . Well order came in and it was time to change the brushes . I removed the one screw and both brushes came out in the assembly and guess what i found in the assembly?... two brand new brushes in a special compartment.Ive been pretty loyal to milwaukee ever since. Even though they have changed hands a couple times . I now work with power tools every day and absolutely love my m-18 tools, well love how much time and effort they save me. Lets see; radio, surge, oscillating saw, sawsall, circular saw, bandsaw, miter, hammer drills, demolition hammer.and probably another 20 or so hand tools. Worn out a few within warrenty, my blower fried the first 3 months got a new one within 2 weeks. Can not complain about my red tools. My little brother got a port=/+*#$@ impact because it was a little cheeper his batteries went bad after their warrenty expired... He now ownes 12vt impact that still going after 4 years. Well thats my two cents and 50 yrs.

I am very frustrated by this store, it is the only place in town that carries the packout boxes I want, but at a highly inflated price.

The prices are out of control save your money and go to home depot.
