Second time buying from this auction in n Las Vegas. ⚠️WARNING. PLAN ON WAITING FOR AT LEAST AN HOUR AND HALF TO PICK UP YOUR ITEMS.DID WE HAVE AN APPOINTMENT…Yes!! Didn’t matter still waited two hours. Employees at the warehouse could careless.

They do a really good job of getting you in and out with what you purchase.

Dealing with their employees is dreadful....I purchase products from the many auction websites they own and not one time does it go smoothly. After winning and paying you have to literally hound them phone call after phone call to figure out where you can pickup your items. They do not respond to emails and they do not return phone calls. One of the worst auction companies around. currently on hold trying to pickup items that their item release contradicts what they tell you over the phone. They need work on making this more of a seamless transaction.

Same Ritchie Bros. layout as in other locations, and just a short trip from Las Vegas Strip area (20 minutes). Nice people and big auction lot.
