Came here looking for a few things for my business and the workers here are freaking awful ! I went to Waxie and whenever i asked about a product or had any questions the lady there would find it for me and even show me the product. Here at Brady they just kept telling me to look at the catalog. They seemed bothered after every question and just wanted to continue their conversation with each other and push me out. Well that’s exactly what they did i am never coming back here again. 40 minute drive wasted because two people hate their jobs and can’t deliver proper customer service. If you’re new to the cleaning game don’t bother coming here they won’t help you explore products and learn about them they’ll just hand you a book and expect you to know every single product there while they keep gossiping with one another.

Purchasing equipment through Brady for IPC Eagle window cleaning equipment was a smooth process but a nightmare to deal with the products from the manufacture. They are definitely not rated for outdoor heat but after multiple replacements we hope this last one works. There has been some lapse in communication but ultimately Brady came through to help us out. I am updating my review to show their customer service.

They always have great prices. They help me find the best products for my needs. The service has been friendly & prompt. You can rent equipment & they will teach you how to use it as well. Love this company!

Thank You for fast unloading ! Even if I was late for my appointment ...

Had an appointment for 0500 and didnt get out till three hours later. They dont have the descency courtesy to come out and let you know your unloaded snd ready. So drivers when you feel your truck not moving go inside and get your paperwork. They only worried about themselves. Sometimes they unload and count no not here.

Can brady linen employees purchase ur janitorial products?
