I was very disappointed in this store.I bought dress there yesterday and I changed my mind since it was too small for me and I asked sells for bigger size he doesn’t have it at store.When I went to for shopping I found much better dress which is looking more elegant and make my body look elegant and classy.I was surprised when I just bought it yesterday and they didn’t wanna make me return it.Really???When I pay for dress 2.5k I wanna be happy and satisfied with myself.They need to work of things.

Only being allowed into the store with a sales rep to escort you is ridiculous and offensive. It sends a strong message that they’re afraid you’ll steal or it’s a pushy sales tactic. Not another store I visited did the same.

Absolutely loved our shopping experience here! The store itself is absolutely beautiful and I felt that they had quite a good selection of items and colors. I came here with my mom on Valentines/Presidents Day weekend not having any particular items in mind and was so lucky to have been paired with such an amazing SA Iris, love her! She was very knowledgable, attentive, and professional. Definitely made our shopping experience feel very taken care of. She knew her leathers and items so well and explained and assisted when we had any questions about items or stock availability. We walked out with items and colors based on her recommendation. If you are looking at the Hermes stores in Vegas, definitely make an appointment or stop by this one and ask for Iris. You will have such a wonderful shopping experience here with her!

The shop is charming itself. When you buy luxury goods in Hermes it is all about experience. Monica helped me with polite and thoughtful professional service, and gave me options with patience. Will definitely come back!

I came to this location with my mom, who wanted a wallet. Upon realizing this, the sales associate said “Oh.” under her breath in a rude manner. When we asked about the different color options for a wallet, the sales associate helping us interrupted our question and began assisting her colleague for a few minutes. When we finally got her attention, she replied that’s all we have then distanced herself from us and began going on her phone. We went upstairs to look at different items in the store, and she reluctantly followed us, eyes glued to her phone, without offering to help us with anything. Go here if you want rude, condescending service.

The attendance refused our access to the store at 1.00 pm... because we didn’t book an appointment.The store was empty ..!! Why a reservation would be necessary when all the shops around at the Wynn are doors opened for business... what is this game ?!...We asked to come back later and again the manager refused as they were fully booked !.. a jock situation ! Furthermore I was coming for a repair due to a Brocken/malfunction Hermès piece... definitely not my definition of customer service here !... what Hermès are you playing with your customer or potential customer ?...

My boyfriend and I were looking to build a relationship with a sales associate at this hermes boutique. However, when we left the store we had a sour taste in our mouth. We had scheduled an appointment to purchase a Kelly compact wallet. At the store the sales associate asked our name, brought out the wallet, and asked if we wanted to buy it or not. After the transaction she proceeded to be on her phone despite helping her previous clients for the full appointment time. She did not offer to show us other items in the store or even ask how our day was. It felt very transactional and not at all personable. When we inquired about purchasing the Kelly briefcase the sales associate did not know what it was and needed another associates help.We wanted to buy the Kelly briefcase for my boyfriends birthday but will seek out a different location for this. The boutique itself is beautiful.

Its definitely posh and very conveniently located right by the casino, for obvious reasons. Dont expect anything less, because its a Hermes boutique. Branded outfits and home-ware, with very good service staff. They have watched and jewelery as well!

Walked in to quickly buy perfume as a gift for my mom. Unfortunately looks like they are targeting Asian high rollers and since I am not, nor do I look the part, they did not acknowledge my presence for about 15 minutes. Lost sale, went to Saks and bought what I was looking for.

I visited the store and looked around some shoes. I tried 3-4 options and was considering which one to buy. The store was pretty empty so I wanted to think with enough time but the SA super rushed me and her tone was somewhat obnoxious. Whenever I tried to compare those shoes, she hurried me to choose and wanted to take the shoes away. Isn’t the Hermes boutique supposed to provide nice customer experience? I think the Bellagio Hermes provides better service than this one.

I travel to Vegas for CES convention once a year. Normally I am out to search spring/summer collection. After phoning both Bellagio and Wynn Hermes store, I went to Wynn. The SA from Hermes @ Wynn, Alice, was very kind and helpful on the phone. Upon entering the store on Jan 6, I asked for her. She was right there to help me. I would go back to store again because of her. She was warm and helpful in person. If you plan on shopping there, ask for her, you wont be disappointed.

I was worried because of all the bad reviews. Im not rich by any means. Im just a single sailor living in California. I was probably way underdressed. T shirt and jeans. They were very nice and helped me find the fragrance I wanted and let me test the others and even gave me a few sample bottles of another scent I liked. I felt welcomed, and awkward because I was expecting to be looked down upon as per the reviews. Id go here again.

This is by far the best Hermès store on the west coast ! We went to the one in Beverly Hills store, also the one in Newport Beach store. There was absolutely no customer service this is the only Hermes store that I will ever do business with especially with their number one sales associate Iris !!

Definitely stop here if you’re going to shop Hermés while in Vegas. There are only 3 stores and I definitely recommend either shopping here at Encore or Crystal Shops at the Aria. Don’t waste your time going to the one at the Bellagio. The staff there don’t know their product and are unnecessarily rude and condescending. I’ve shopped Hermés all over the world, and while it’s true that they are not always the most friendly store, they’re at least professional.Yumiko at this Hermés is an absolute gem and deserves a special mention for making magic happen, and certainly my visit to this Hermés completely worthwhile!

We stop in looking for coin purse, a belt, and a pair of mules with my hubby. An old asian lady told us to go to the one at crystal shop sinced they just open few days ago. She then asked us to buy it at our local store whichever state we were from. Weve told her we are here for vacation at wynn hotel and we want to buy it here since were here. HELLO!? She again told us to go over to the one at crystal shop! Obviously she didnt want us to keep asking for neither products they didnt have instock. I told her we did went to the one at crystal shop, but seriously she was really obnoxious. Obiviously she dont want our service becus she assume we wont buy anything. So ashamed to feel like youre begging for any of their products even if you seriously want to try it on and buy it right away.
