I have used NI for years in a number of HOAs I am involved with. They are always responsive to my requests. If I have ever had any issues with them it is always minor and taken care of ASAP. Good folks, and fair in prices.

I called in regards to a HOA letter I received, and apparently Nevada Illumination is in charge of checking our outside street lighting. I called Nevada Illumination to explain that the GFI connected to the street lighting is fine. All we have to do at night is shake the light fixture and it comes on. There must be something in the solar light sensor or wiring that has gone awry, but not the GFI. I was treated so rudely! I could not believe how mean and aggressive the girl was that answered the phone! I am in customer service as well, and I give a lot of leeway, but this is not acceptable. I know how a friggin GFI works! She treated me like a dumb idiot, in power because they work for my HOA. Well, just wanted you all to know beware if you are forced to deal with them because your HOA hired them to check lights in your neighborhood. I hung up after I couldnt take her excuses - I said shes being aggressive and she tried to explain that shes just explaining things. This is not customer service. I will never shop there or use them on purpose.
