Talk about professional. He was ready at our set appointment time. He was professional and took time to educate me on a few things regarding my bike. He also saw something that needed to be addressed and took care of it to ensure I continued with a safe ride. All of his work is quality and he uses the best products.

Let me tell you right now these guys are the real deal, so convenient that they are right next to a parts store. Front desk lady was super nice and my bike felt like brand new. These guys know their stuff, the price is right and they are fast. You also dont have many options of repair shops that arent near or around downtown or the strip. Definitely will be going back again for all my mechanic needs.

This business is hands down the worst shop Ive ever dealt with I begrudgingly paid a cost of over $1200 just to get my bike back. Which he had kept almost 2 years. The job was not complete. He returned it with the incorrect battery. The original he probably kept because it was a lithium ion worth $200. I wouldnt trust this guy to change oil. I got my bike back in pieces missing hardware with cracked fairings. Took said bike to a certified technician and it was fixed in less than a week. Justin is a crook or hes just incompetent as a mechanic. He basically kept my bike from me for over a year. Roughly a year and 8 months and stole over 1200 from me holding my bike hostage for ransom. Biggest mistake Ive ever made as a motorcycle owner was trusting this crooked business and terrible business owner. Justin hasnt returned my calls since I got my bike back from him. Im going to assume its because he is aware of how terrible I was treated as an understanding and paying customer.

Great shop, the owner Justin a super cool dude with alot of bike knowledge. Hes gotten me out of some tight jams and is always willing to help you with whatever problem your bike may have. Hes done my tires, brakes, suspension and my bike runs perfectly. Highly recommend this garage to get your bike fixed or even an oil change or some new rubber.

I never leave any bad reviews but, My husband went here and was completely disappointed. Justin was very rude and arrogant. It took longer than we were told and it felt like we were being railroaded any time my husband or myself called to ask the status. If I could give 0 stars I would. Stay far away from this shop. I’ll never give them another penny.

I gave this place a call because I saw all the good reviews it had and Justin helped me out all the way. My bike was having charging issue and he was able to narrow it down to the stator and the battery. He said if the problem arises again just to take it back to make sure everything is running smooth. 10/10 with the communication.

I generally don’t like to put reviews about small business unless it’s a 5 star but I had to leave one here. First, I picked this shop because of the great reviews I read about how they were professional and took care of their clients. I went in on a Wednesday and dropped off my bike asking them to flush the brake fluid, change the oil, fix a valve stem on the front tire and change out the plugs. I told the front desk staff I wasn’t in any rush since I was going to be out of town till Sunday. She mentioned they were busy so it wasn’t an issue. I asked to to have them look over the bike and call me with any recs they had since I had the bike sitting for a while. After I got back from my trip I hadn’t received any calls or messages updating me with the progress or recs. I called the following Tuesday and got the answering machine the whole day. Called on Wednesday and spoke to someone who said the bike was ready to be picked up and they tried to call me to let me know....not true, if they did a vm would have been appropriate. Guy tells me to come in after 4 cause they are moving locations. Thursday afternoon around 2 I call and speak with the female employee, tells me the price on the work, asked her if I could come in around 3-4 to pick it up and she says sure they will be open. I get to the shop at 330 and low and behold the door is locked. Another guy waiting out front mentions they won’t be in till around 430....but I just called....ok...went to the mall and called around 420 only to be told they were there in the back but had the front door locked for whatever reason....get back to the shop, pay for the service without, nobody mentions anything else to me. Bikes out front, start it up and the oil light is on. Checked the glass and looks empty. Employee comes out front and tells me it “needs to cycle”. I’m not a mechanic, but I know how to change and check oil on my bike...they didn’t put enough oil back into the system....but charged me. After a few minutes, guy checks it a couple times and takes it back inside to put more oil in it. While it was warming up, recommends a valve adjustment.... asked him why nobody told me, could have had that done while I was gone....said come back Monday. Now oil light is off, going home, on the freeway, hit traffic and SUPRISE, no rear brake...called them back from the side of the freeway and another guy says oh yea the master cylinder needs to be changed, tried pushing fluid and didn’t work, proceeds to tell me that he can order the rebuild kit and “thought” the girl in the front told me. Almost died but that’s cool. On the ride home the FI light goes on, when I take off the seat, I see the servo has been disconnected. Overall not happy with the service I got here. I’m disappointed cause I thought I found a shop I’d feel comfortable servicing my bike, but I’ll just keep looking. Oh, and to top it off, the thing that actually makes me the most upset, they used a regular screw in place of my oem fairing screw. Seriously WTH.TLDR: Poor communication, lack professionalism, mediocre service, fair price. Won’t be returning for that valve adjustment, I’d be nervous to have them do service in my bike again.

Called around for a appointment with time restraints and found these guys. They got me in and delivered within the timeframe that I was working with. The price they charged me was actually cheaper than they originally quoted as well. Overall very pleased with the service.

I got two tires mounted and balanced for $45, their tech got them done while I waited no more than 20 minutes. Got a quote for same work previously at cycle gear (3 businesses down) $100. My fork seals failed me in Death Valley and this was literally the only place that would accommodate a traveler in need. Everyone else told me to come back in a month but I was travelling... Anyways, Moto Monkeyz helped me find fork seals in town and installed them next day while I waited. Save my trip!

I Bought a set of tires from their neighbor, Cycle Gear, and I saw Moto Monkeyz business sign and decided to stop in to see if theyd be able mount my new tires if I brought my wheels to them.The guy (Didnt catch his name) said sure, bring them by. I did and Moto Monkeyz did a great job for a great, reasonble price, and relatively fast turnaround time.Moto Monkeyz will be my tire mounting go to guys from this point on and will also use them for other services when necessary.

Fast and Friendly service. Exceptional work. If you need it fixed, this is the place!When I needed a rear tire, I decided to try them out. They are newly opened under their own place and with Justin, the place is absolutely fantastic.I messaged them about my rear tire having not only a plug in it, but a huge bulge from the heat. They said they could fix the plug. I brought it in and it needed a replacement. Believe it or not, they had a used tire that they just gave me for free. Took off my rim, put the tire on, balanced it, and we put new rear brake pads on. They inspected my bike, gave me pointers and tips, and let me watch them do the work. Any question I had, these guys answered it and were genuinely helpful and kind.Watching them work on my bike and the other bikes in the shop, I could tell that they really pay attention to detail and do quality work. They arent just rushing bikes in and out. They put the same care and effort into a Ninja 250 as the supersport bikes that were in the shop. I find this very important, as some of my friends ride smaller bikes as well as full race bikes, and Moto Monkeyz makes every customer feel valued, no matter what bike they are riding.I have seen Justin Drive out to a bunch of my friends, as well as give me a tow once just to be cool. They told me my motorcycle was ready and when I came to pick up, they had forgot to put parts back on, brakes and gears were messed up, they didnt want to give back parts I purchased and had an attitude with me like it was my fault they didnt do their job right. I will never come back or recommend them to anyone. So unprofessional.

My bike was cutting out when I rode over bumps, I called 3 shops and explained the problem the same way to all 3.The first shop said it would be a week wait, the 2nd it would be a $200 deposit since my bikes older and a 3 day wait, called moto monkeyz they said bring it down today whenever and They’ll look at it.Turned out to be an easy fix, had my bike fixed in minutes. Not gonna take my bike anywhere else!
